The two techs showed up a little early because i specified that i may need them to get the install done quicker to make it to pick up my wife. They were in and out in a matter of 2 hours and were very kind throughout the entire process. They showed me how to work my thermostat and how to trouble shoot if in case something were to go wrong. 100% would recommend!!!!!

I bought a new home under the condition a new a/c unit was put in, unfortunately, seller used this company. They wouldnt transfer the warranty to me, (the new home owner), and half my rooms have no a/c. Highly DO NOT recommend this company.
