This is my 3rd visit and unlike my first visit (which was perfect) the last 2 visits have been totally problematic 💯 first off I told the lady I didn’t want the woman in first chair but they gave her to me anyway she ruined my REAL NAILZ even after I showed her the shape of nailz I’d prefer she still rushed and gave me THIS! I asked for stiletto nailz and is THIS WHAT I GOT EVEN AFTER POINTING OUT THE MISTAKES SHE CONTINUED TO MISSHAPE MY NAILZ AND RUSH ME OUT then charged me 80$ laughable 💯💯 THIS PHOTO IS 12 hrs after service 💯💯💯💯💯🤔🤷🏽‍♀️

The staff speaks minimal English with makes it hard to communicate. The service performed was good. If you only care about services being performed its a good place. If you are seeking an experience they leave a lot to be desired.

Always friendly, they do a thorough job with pedicures and they treat my kids so kindly.

The staff here is always kind, they are very sanitary, they are up to date on covid-19 protocols. So far all nail techs that have serviced my nails have been skilled. They are willing to take corrections without resistance (you know what Im talking about; some techs may give you an attitude if you point out the inside of your nail isnt getting polished 😂) Im always satisfied here. They are pretty swift too. One critique, I do think they need at least one stronger English speaking staff member at every shift.

Dismal hygienic practices. While,covid-19 protocols are observed (masks, hand sanitizer), the tools used are disgusting. I did not see the tools being sanitized between clients. The cuticle trimmer was dull, and nail tech would cinch the cuticle AND YANK IT off, ripping the cuticles with dull trimmer. The results were horrifying. The rest of the week I had frayed cuticles and hang nails. No complaints about the no chip mani or pedi. But Jesus please get some new tools and sanitize them between uses

Every time I go to this nail salon there is an issue with my service. They are ALWAYS rushing and never take their time to do anything correctly. They have absolutely no skill or technique. A huge disappointment and waste of money.

Great price and service. My go to for mani and pedi in the area. Ive tried other nail shops in the area and I always come back to this location. They also have a little punch card for pedis that just make you want to come back.

The service was great even over the phone. Quick and really well done! My nail tech was so courteous and made sure everything was perfect. For a reg mani/pedi (not no chip) it was SUPER affordable. Also, the color/polish has lasted longer than any other shop I’ve gone to. Thank you J&W!

My nails were recently done by Chris. They were cut too short and he handle me roughly and not as a customer. I had to come back to the salon since he didnt service me right. My no chip nail polish came up. That has never happened before. Chris didnt redo it-May did. She made sure my nail polish didnt come up after a few hours. I would recommend to get your nails done by the ladies in the shop and not by him. He seems only to care about how many people he can service quickly (money) rather than doing a great job with the number of people he can service.

Hanna did my manicure and pedicure. She did a good job and fixed her mistakes before I could say something.

I have been coming to this salon for years mainly due to location and pricing is fair.They were much better under previous management. I usually only allow May and Wendy to service me but this day Wendy was off and May doesn’t do gel fill ins so I tried Chris. (Of course I was told he is good)Worst mistake ever he has no customer service skills, he is very rude, unfriendly and rough with customers. After he finished my nails, which were sore, the color did not look anything like the color I chose so I asked to see the no chip nail board I picked the color from and then he ignored me. So I asked again and was shown the color board and May attempted to explain it. I usually try not to complain but I had to say something so I asked about manager and was told Wendy was the manager and to call next day. I’m disappointed and after reading other reviews about Chris, ( I wish I read prior to allowing him to service me) should have just left the salon. Also, I would not recommend wax services my friend stated she broke out into a rash after being waxed and discovered they use the same stick on different people!!! I’m officially done with this place!

They are very nice and courteous. Usually the guy takes care of me, and he only messed up once. He shaped my nails square instead of rounded but it was still a professional good job he did, which is why I didnt complain. They are right around the corner from me which is super convenient.

The guy that did my acrylics was horrible. He was rude and rough with my nails. He got the acrylic powder all over my skin which left burn marks on my skin. He refused to do the nail look I asked him nicely for. The nails I got were horrendous, they were uneven and ugly. Never coming to this place again.

Literally the worst nail salon I’ve been to. My nails look terrible 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Also he cut me, he tried to fix it. They’re very nice, just not good at doing nails.

I wanted to like it, but the entire experience was a disaster!I walked in for full set gel nails & pedi. Prices are higher due to it’s location, but I was willing to pay if they took walk-ins!Man tech, Chris, was sweeping. Looked at clock & I asked if they were still open? He acted as if he did not want to service me. Told me I had to get pedicure tomorrow only time for manicure. I chose to stay since I live 2 minutes away & could return in the morning. I regret that decision now-hindsight!Chris was not friendly, had an attitude & argued with me about my color choice & he chose a different polish similar in color. Charged me $2 extra for that polish! Applied 2 coats white gel polish before 2 costs of the other color. I asked why so many coats-looks too thick? He acted as if he didn’t understand English.I felt he was rude & didnt answer my questions. He rushed my gel nails full set & did not shape them properly! My nails have never been so thick looking, misshapen & lumpy! Plus the polish was on my skin & he would not clean the polish off my fingers! He only put oil on it! I was extremely dissatisfied with his service!The lady who sat in 1st seat spoke English well & told me to come again so she can do a better job, because he didn’t understand me. Why didn’t she tell him what I was saying then? And come back for full price? She should’ve apologized & corrected his errors before I left!No thank you, I’ll spend my hard earned money where there is good customer service & where the tech has time to do a proper full set gel nails & enough time to do my pedicure. This place is conveniently located - walking distance from my home, but unfortunately I’ll have to travel for better service! I do NOT recommend this nail shop.By the way, the polish he used can’t be removed with regular polish! It costs extra to have the polish removed. I only asked for gel on my full set as opposed to acrylic as I am allergic. I did not ask for shellac polish that cost extra!So Very Dissatisfied!!!

A friend of mine recommended this place to to go get a pedicure and it is a great place but not everyone can do your feet and your nails I would recommend May she is great she will give you whatever design you want and shes really a nice lady. So go see May

First time here and pedi was nice. Acrylic nails are not the best but regular manicure my daughter had was good.

Very nice local shop in Oak Park the people are friendly and warm and do a phenomenal job on your nails or pedicures just very welcoming and definitely a make it my nail place. The prices are quite reasonable. They are cheaper than in my home state of Florida.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for a GTL fill in and the lady did not put the powder on my fingers all she did was file them and then put the gel polish on my fingers and now my nails are not looking like I got them done and it only has been two days. I went back to the shop to tell her and she said that she did put the powder on and that my nails supposed to look like that. And they are not supposed to look like they are growing out already. And she refused not to do my nails again. I am taking my business somewhere else.

Prices are fair and there is never a wait. The women great but dont let the guy assist you, my no chip polish chipped in like 2 days by him.

I have been going to this nail salon for years but lately it is very inconsistent, depending on person performing service. Today was the worst ever and I will likely discontinue going. My feet are just as rough as when I came in, and my manicure which I requested no polish, but buffed instead..did not even get buffed!And I mentioned it to the guy he acted like he did enough. I left without tipping, the first time ever to not reward bad service.

Went in for a fill in, only because my original shop was closed.. when I walked in it was 2 female clients one getting pedicure and one in the chair, didnt look busy, but apparently it’s must have been a busy day because the male tech that served me was really rude.Before he started on me he asked if I could wait 10 mins. so he could get his lunch, I didn’t mind I’m a patient individual. He acted like he did want to respond when I asked about his day, pulled my hands and pushed them away like I was a rag doll.. he must have had a bad day.. never the less.. that will be the first and last time I will be going to that nail shop.

Great place! Cindy did a wonderful job on my mani pedi. Making an appointment that same day was a breeze. They have a good amount of colors to choose from which was nice. They are affordable and give you quality service.

I called them to ask if they where still open and they close at 8 and I got here at 8:50 and they closed the shop doesn’t make sense but alright 😒 and on top of that only one person does eyebrows good

Ive been going here for several years to get my mani-pedi and waxing done. It totally depends on the technician who works on you. She was on vacation when I was there this week and the one I had did a lousy job!
