When the owner is there, they give GREAT SERVICE. When shes NOT there, they over charge and not friendly at ALL. Its a shame because shes a great person. I really dont understand that. I wouldve gave a perfect 5 if they were like her and the place was more consistent......

The service was on Sunday and it was my first time coming to this nail salon.I asked for a no chip pedicure. From the time I sat in the chair to the time they were done it was all completed in 15minutes. I was disappointed. They only filed my nails, removed my cuticle, barely scrub the bottom of my foot and they painted my nails. Then they said they would massage my feet and leg after my no chip was done, but guess what? They squirted oil on my leg and massaged my legs for thirty seconds. This was the worse pedicure I ever received. If your looking for a pedicure that only paints your nails then this is the place for you. I do not recommend anyone looking for a real pedicure to come to this nail salon.

Very loud, employees there are super loud. they do not listen to your request, and automatically did no chip on me without asking. And did a big mess on my nails. Over an hour on my nails I was dying to leave The girl next to Cindy..I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!!!

I called before hand and the “manager” i’m assuming said we could come in and they weren’t busy. We walked in and we had to wait almost 30 mins. They took people that were there after I arrived. The place is overall dirty, loud, and there’s poor customer service. Never coming back.

It’s an okay place if you absolutely have no where else to go. They don’t listen to you and you’ll end up basically having to raise your voice at them for anything. They will nick you with a tool and get mad at you for feeling pain and then not clean the tool off.

I’ve been living maybe 15 minutes away from this nail salon and finally decided to try it out. I received a gel fill in and a cut down. My nails were fat and the polish job is horrible. This is probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! The girl was very rough and did not clean under my nails. They offer two services for pedicures and no one asked me what I wanted they just did it. The yellow towels they used smelled like mildew... I guess I should’ve read the reviews before coming here....

This was my first visit and it was a very good experience. Service was immaculate!

Floors filthy. Chairs dirty. My chair was missing an arm. They clean the scrubbers in the water where your feet are soaking waiting on them to finish. I was caught off guard or I would have said something. Will never be back.

Communication was horrible, they don’t clean their supplies after using it and I had to repeat myself several of times. They are so over priced.

Me and my mom went here yesterday for a pedicure and one of the ladies did a rush job on her feet she had to tell the lady to stop rushing when servicing her also I got a no chip polish on my toes and the polish is already coming off which is unacceptable and We leave to catch our flight tomorrow If I could give the place zero stars I would!!!

The energy was low...I got a manicure on my natural nails and my hands looked like my 4 year old niece polished my nails, thin coats of polish...the drying equipment didnt work...awful

After I got started, many other patrons came in. I then noticed thatere was no social distancing when it came to the pedicures. They had the plexi glass for the nail technicians, however, once again there were no social distancing practices as far as the space. Although ny technician did an awesome job, the establishment overall was only trying to get as many of the clients in as possible irregardless of the social distancing.

I am so glad Happy Nails is back open!I love all of the beautiful flowers they planted outside, it looks fabulous.I can tell they worked very hard cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing their salon. They did a quick job on my feet they were very nasty did not follow code because of covid-19 they were sitting people close to each other was not cleaning their utensils and wasnt doing a pedicure properly did not paint my toes the Polish was all over my feet and the water was not hot for me to soak my feet in she immediately started picking and cutting with the skin off my foot not good for business I suggest no one goes there

My first time being there it was horrible I got bit up sitting there getting my nails done they have bedbugs they need to be Shut down for a deep cleaning the towels was Smelling real bad my nails look fat and horrible I will never will be back!

They is like a beginners nail salon 1st time I came I got my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure.. My eyebrows looked the same as when I came and they cut the side of my big toe nail.. Figured hey let me give em another chance maybe it was just that one worker, NO.. This time I got a pedicure and got my nails done 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ my middle fingernail is crooked and they charge for everything including the shape of the nails.. I will not be coming back here Lee Nails on North Ave and Cicero is way better.. I will not be cheating on Lee Nails never again.

The workers here are so rude went with my husband for a nice day out they ruined it for me Nancy was the most rude lady I have ever meet in customer service. She threw my credit card back at me. I was not pleased with the nail technician, she was more concerned about getting money and more customers instead of rendering good service. She tried to give me the nail polish color that she wanted instead of looking for the color I requested and got upset about it. Remember I’m paying so I pick the color. She rushed though the service and nicked my finger trying to get to the next customer.I tried this company on a Sunday. Will not return.

Really wonderful place to get your nails done! The people there were so sweet and understanding, I was having a really tough day and stopped in to get a Mani pedi and they did an outstanding job, they were gentle when handling my feet and hands and picked out a beautiful peach color for my toes and a pearl color for my fingers. Only place I would recommend. They care about their customers and give quality time and effort in their nail art. If you need any work done the prices are low and would be a great pick for a homecoming or prom night! 🌼🙌

Came to this nail shop for a no chip manicure there over priced nails looked a mess paid 20 extra dollars then what I normally pay. Plus the bathroom was disgusting would never go back worst service ever no stars are given they can get a star to close down

My last time at this location was THE LAST TIME!!! My Mom, Sister, and I went to get pedicures. The employees constantly attempted to sale additional items like a leg massage which was generally given free! Then do you want no chip was asked throughout the process. My artist was finished with me so fast, I didnt realize I was done. Paint was not on correctly and the lady had the nerve to ask me where her tip was? Said Im supposed to TIP. She got NOTHING.

SHERRY IS THE OWNER THE WORST MANGER EVER THERE LADY DIDNT WANT TO DO MY NAILS PROPERLY AND STEP ON FEET AFTER MY PEDICURE. Cut my hand while doing my nails and didn’t know how to do a fill in I have never been so disappointed in life. Never go again. Manger didn’t care if nails done right she just want her money

I read a few reviews on here that bad mouthed this place and I will have to say that Ive never experienced anything but a pleasant experience here with the staff and services here. The nail techs are very professional and are very welcoming. I used to go to the old nail salon on Chicago Ave near the 711 and believe this place is a complete upgrade.

Lisa can do pedicures but she cannot do a great/good manicure. She does not know how to shape nails (which is highly important) I had a whole other tech to shape my nails, she wont touch my hands again.

Nice location needs better customer service some of the workers are rude and they try and rush on their work. They also need to listen more to what the customer wants and needs are. The prices are reasonable, Alex and sherry are my go to people when I come here. Sherry does an amazing job on my eyebrows and Alex does my nails.

I have been a couple of times, they do not polish your nails all the way down it looks like you need a fill in and they just have to talk in their language rude. When i went my nails were long...she asked if i wanted them cut down...damn her nails were a nice short length....she cut my down to the edge. Its ok i have to go back to work in a week...but they could have stayed longer one more week. If you go in with long nails just trim and polish. I usually do my own anyway...will start back.

This place didnt even deserve one star!! Nicole and Nanc did thee poorest job on mine and my daughters nails!! My nails are super thick and gross when I asked nicole to take the color off she told me it was too late! Just totally unprofessional. And Nanc was totally aggressive with my daughter. She practically abused her while she was getting her nails done! I didnt know this until after we left. My daughter is 19, she was being respectful and didnt say anything. Anyway stay away!!

What kind of establishment only has 2 associates that can perform basic manicures. Happy Nails. Made the mistake of going to someone in the shop other than Sherry or Alex and it was the biggest mistake. Terrible polish, trim and shaping.

The service I got before was great from wait time to styling, but today was horrible!!!! They were overpacked and understaffed!!! This is not a first either!! They are always packed with only 2 or 3 workers actually doing nails!!! The lady that was doing my nails kept leaving to do 12 other things when she was supposed to be working on my nails! Then she started rushing and did a very sloppy poor job!!!! I was so dissatisfied and not pleased at all. I probably won’t be back again.

Clean and quiet. The women do a great job, men not so much. They always do a nice job on my mani-pedi combo. I go regularly.

The person doing my nails was rude and unprofessional she got an attitude because I saw she put acrylic on my skin as she was doing the fill in. Everybody knows acrylic on top of the skin past the nail bed will make the nail come up. I politely explained to her what she did. Before I could ask if she could fix it she starts yelling I didnt do nothing I said ok still calm then she says you dont want me to do your nails I wont... go. She doesnt need to work in customer service, nail shop anything is shes going to have a funky attitude especially in the new year. Then when I said excuse me to ask how much o needed to pay her for one hand she ignored me the three times I said excuse me. Then said nothing. Customers put money in her pocket its a proper way to do things.

Very unsanitary, everything was dirty. I walked in and she said come get pedicure, she did not put a cover up inside the bowl did not get new tools so I walked out to never return.

This place its the worst. A little girl broke a nail polish and they left it there in the floor all broken. Then right away the manager charging the mom 5 dollars but never clean the glass. Well when i got up to wash my hand after the nail set, I cut my foot. I had a 1 each cut, you think that they offer anything to me no . The manager only said you dont have to pay for your pedicure. I told her Im not paying for Nothing. BAD services, They argue like dogs and cats in their languages. I left took care of my foot and never return . Didnt pay I told her that I will send her the hospital bill.

I will NEVER patronize them! I walked in at 5:32 on a Sunday. They close at 6:00 p.m. They told me they were no longer taking customers and then basically ignored me when I asked a question. They are unprofessional and I thought I would give them a chance bUT I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here!

Dont waste your money or time.....this is the WORST nail shop Ive been to, I went for a simple French manicure. My nails are a good length just needed one nail lengthen due to me breaking it. The shape of the lengthen one was terrible, it was bigger than my real nails and the VERY next day the polish looked cracked, it had little cracks due to the cheap polish. Went on Sat, Sun my nails looked a mess and I didnt even do any house work. Will be going to my usual place tomorrow (Monday)......im so glad I didnt get a pedi or any other service cause I would REALLY be pissed had I wasted more money with them.

I go to this place often, but its not the best. Cathy or Cindy usually do my nails pretty good, but customer service is not the strong point. They arent rude or anything, they just dont know how to manage the flow of customers. I only return because of the location and prices. I wouldnt recommend going here for a special occassion, but for your typical everyday set, theyre ok.

I came for a Mani&Pedi and Lisa rush on my nails and toes. My toes where all messed up and I came back the following day they had someone fix it. I waited 1 hour for my nails to dry and 2 of them messed up as soon as I left. I came back they refixed them for a 3rd tume. I will not be coming here again. Waste of my time and Money. Terrible

Came here twice including today and never got serviced. I walked in no one acknowledged me or ask what service i wanted. Even after signing in no one ever told me how long it would be either time. After of sitting for 15 minutes practically invisible i walked out. The 1st time i waited 20 mins for eyebrow waxing it never happened. They were not busy so i dont understand. Didn’t even take the time to do my pedicure properly. My toes were uneven (both paint and shape) and had an attitude when I asked her to fix it. Same attitude with my friend when she messed hers up. Won’t go back.
