I usually dont post bad reviews however, this is unexceptable. This is my no chip fill in 6 or 7 days after leaving this shop. The nail on my right hand thats broken happened the very next day. I have never had a no chip look like this in 1 week. I usually need a fill in or soak off before my nails get this bad. As the polish is peeling, this feels more like real polish that they tried passing as no chip (was in a no chip bottle and all). Sorry, but I will not be going back here again for the nails.I rated this place a two because they did GREAT on the eye brow waxing. Ok on the nails withing 24 hours; after that it was a wrap.

Very rude and unprofessional guy tried to charge and extra $20 for essentially a French tip. i stated it was only lines he said verbatim “ I don’t care it’s still a design”. I walked right out. I will never be back I only went cause it was last minute and close by but theyre horrible!

FUNGUS!!! I went in to the salon with clean hands, week later, a fungus developed on my hands. :( eww

I just got home I got there around 11AM today on 04/07/2021. Cocoa did my nails they are horrible did I say anything no. She wiped acrylic from my left hand 4 times 3 times on my right hand. Then dried up ball of acrylic behind my 4t4th4t4th finger on right hand & 2 balls of dried acrylic on pointer, middle on left hand. Thumb nail are uneven. I will go back but I will make sure to let the lady know I DO NOT want her. I took photos but dont know how to put them up so they can be seen. I will not be returning, I will go down to the one by the cleaners a little further down from them.

Its like 1 person does nails. Everybody else does the pedicure. So once my pedi is done now I have to wait 45 mins to an hour for someone to do my nails.

I went here for a gel powder full set. While the salon was clean and well-kept, the service I received was horrible.The guy that did my nails did not do a good job. The nails were lifting the next day, and when I removed them all of my nails were split underneath. Now my nails are destroyed and in tremendous pain. I would never recommend any of their services.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. However, it was the worst no chip manicure and pedicure Ive ever received. I had not had a pedicure in about 6 months due to the pandemic. The one manicurist finished my pedicure in about 15 minutes flat; in other words, it wasnt thorough. Her polishing skills were very bad. When I complained, the manager came over to re-do my big toes. I didnt discover until I got home (it was dimly lit in the shop and closing time/ dark outside when I left) that her polishing was worse than the first manicurist. The polish on the no chip manicure was so thin, on my pointer finger, it appeared that I didnt have on any polish at all in some spots. Ahain, the lighting in the salon is very dim. Perhaps that has something to do with the quality of the paint job for both my big toes and fingers. By the way, the no chip manicure chipped on day six. Five stars for customer service, but two stars for the quality of work and my overall satisfaction with the manicure/pedicure. Its a no return for me.

I went there to check it out since it recently opened.It was an ok manicure what took me by surprise was how dirty it was. Dust everywhere and especially now during pandemic everything needs to be cleaned sanitized many times a day. It looked like areas werent cleaned in weeks. Please clean. Customers notice that. And they will choose to go somewhere else just for that reason.

Unfortunately I have to write this review and lost a great technician (Vivian) who was off on 2/26/21. Mind you I’ve been to this establishment two or three times before the 26th of February. I got a mani and pedi and forgot my cardholder in my coat which was in my truck. I informed the technician and the host at the front desk that I left my cardholder in the car. That I was going to get it so I could pay and leave a tip.So I left my book at the station to come back to get it so they know I was being Integral. The host told me it was their policy that they keep my phone while I get my card holder. Mind you my car (Lexus GS 350) was in the parking lot facing the shop. I told the host that she couldn’t keep my phone, one because I was on FaceTime and second I left my book because I needed my book. Then, the host and four to five other people who worked in the shop chased me out the door asking me if I’m going to pay.As I’m walking to my truck to open it, mind you not my drivers door to get in it to drive off. I, informed the owner it was very unprofessional and poor customer service in how they treated a returning customer. Vivian if you get to read this review, I’m so sorry but I can no longer come to an establishment that doesn’t value their reoccurring customers. To spend $70 to $75 every time I come there to be treated like I did that day is unacceptable and unforgivable with just an apology.

I stepped into the private area for brow wax..it was disgusting and totally unsanitary! I refused to even lie in such filth..I asked if this is typical and she responded “sorry busy day”I WILL NEVER RETURN! We are already struggling with COVID-19 AND YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE AT LEAST SANITIZED!!

Their always so sweet and professional they also have changed up their process during the pandemic to make sure their customers are safe

I love the Pedicures with CoCo shes the best so Patient, Friendly and Professional this is the place to go for a good relaxing pedicure, they have the Milk&Honey, Orange, AloevVera,Lavender and my Fav Green Tea Pedicure.

Don’t waste your time or your money. Went in for a pedicure and all they did was wash my feet and polish my toes. I always get no chip so the feet wash cost me $35. I got a fill in as well which is even worse. I’m wearing an overlay and my nails are all crooked. When I told the young man who did them he said it’s my fingers that are crooked. I’ve been getting my nails done 30 years, even if that’s the case it’s your job as a nail professional to make them loook good. The acrylic on the side of my thumbs chipped off and my no chip polish is peeling off same day I got them done. So I wasted $65 dollars because I have to get them redone because my real nails are breaking and snagging my clothes. I didn’t tip because the service was so bad and I always tip. This place will NEVER get my business again.

The employees are nice and all but they don’t do good work. I’ve seen other reviews and people feel the same. I felt the work was rushed. My nails look crooked and he had the nerve to say my natural nail was crooked.

You know I never write reviews but I have to. I came in here for a pedicure and there was no wait. An old man seated me and began to do my pedicure. Let me tell you it was literally the WORST pedicure I ever got in my life. Can’t even call that a pedicure. He didn’t cut my big toe nail at all he maybe cut like 2 of my toe nails and there were all uneven he did not file them down. He did not remove the cuticles it was like he was scared to touch my feet. He did not remove the old nail polish off my nails. He couldn’t get the cuticle oil out the bottle and ended up spilling mad oil on my feet. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. But I waited until he was done and luckily Fiona came and basically redid my pedicure. She got it right and I’m content. If your gonna come here ask for Fiona or at least avoid the old guy. He should not be doing nails. I’ll give this place another try with Fiona. Oh they have the hot stone massage included which is a plus but the sugar scrub is 6 bucks extra so yeah the pedicure was only 18 and during the beginning of the week it’s 15.

Wow... What to say here. Im just going to. The staff itself are young and are trying their absolute best. They do standard pedicures and manicures. My problem here was the crowd of clients coming in for service. Very discourteous ; Extremely rude and overly entitled. They treated the nail staff like peasants and one customer started yelling at the nail tech for not putting her shoes on for her..... I never seen such things and was extremly disgusted that African Americans were doing this.... I will never go back here just to avoid me being in such a hostile environment.

Really slow and although decently friendly their actual nail craftsmanship is poor. Yikes.

Only washed my friend feet took 15 minsGot my nails done all my nails was not the same length or straight they didnt offer a deal or anything they dont have and supplies I wanted my nails a certain way they only had 2 dip powders

Ive been coming here for over 5 yrs same cards now they dont want to honor them. Young lady was rushing on my pedicure telling me its new owners when i was just here 2 weeks ago and got a card signed. Now that ived reached a free pedicure they dont honor it. I live too far so now i will not be returning here. Where is MAE?

Poor quality and over priced!!!! Not to mention not up to date with popular trends. The staff yell amongst one another. Not very friendly and understaffed.

The new owner is horrible. She started a fight with a customer and actually hit the lady, jumped into the customers face and told her to get out of the business because she didnt have enough staff for all the people who had arrived. One customer said she had been waiting for a pedicure and manicure for 4 hour. The staff was totally clueless as to do different styles of nails. The staff was using the same equipment on each customers pedicure no sanitation at all. The lady who said she owned the business had to be told how to do a pedicure. Then one of the employees brought her toddler daughter who really wasnt being supervised and she was picking up sharp toe nail clippers, picking things off the floor. This place is a mess. Will never return to this business at all horrible.

Got a gel manicure here. They did a rush job. Made a couple of my nails bleed near the cuticle. Skin is starting to peel in that area too. Nails already need a fill in after a week.
