So pleased with the way my nails came out! Nice atmosphere, very clean place. My pedi was amazing!! They also played good movies. My service was phenomenal. No wait time. & the woman that was working on my feet was very gentle so was the man working on my hands. Highly recommend!

Love this place!!! I been going the entire pandemic and its good and faithful. Super clean and covid safe. Friendly and great service. They stay booked but they will call you when a spot is opening. You are also allowed to pick your tech. I love it. Love it. Love it!!!

They make you sign in with you name and number. But the never called me stating it was my turn. They take walk ins over those people that have signed in and left. Im still waiting on a call and I signed at 10:30 am and its now 11pm. Bad customer service. Wooow.....

I love Diamond Nails! Everyone are always so pleasant. Im so happy to be reunited with them after so many years.... I used to go to Nails 2000 in Northland Mall. They were wonderful then and theyre even better now!!!

Horrible service. I came and sighed up for pedicure. They told me come back in hour, but 15 minutes prior they promised me to call. They didn’t. I called again and they told me again in hour you can come. They didn’t call me again and I came to figure out what’s happening. They told me again that I have to wait for half an hour to get pedicure. rediculose service. Never come back again

Was suggested to get a pedicure for my gnarly workers feet. Was assured it would make my work day better and that was true.Worried about being ticklish but they have so much going on with massage chair, people to watch, your phone, and Tina kinda made it fun to distract me.Reasonable Price, clean environment, and if you’re unaware; like servers, tips are their actual income.Tina did great and I’ll request her next time.

I went today for a fill In and pedicure. At first, I wasnt greeted as patrons should be greeted...so I was going to take my business elsewhere. But, Im glad I stayed! Nancy got me together! I will definitely return to see her!

After moving here from NJ I was looking for a good place to get my nails done. After 4 different places and being unhappy after leaving I was referred to come to this place. And I have been VERY pleased ever since. Jimmy does my nails and he is one of the best there. He reminds me of my nail tech back home. Hes is very detailed. Everyone there is friendly and I have never had to wait long after arrival.

I took my daughter to get shellac on her nails and it lasted three weeks. No issues with this place. The prices are very reasonable and the staff friendly. It was our first time going there. We will return and tell others. Its clean and reasonable and shellac lasted thats what we like

I’ve frequent the place every two weeks since Xmas. They are two VERY nice technicians, 1 is Lisa and the other I don’t quite know how to pronounce or spell her name. They each do EXTREMELY nice work and are really thorough. However I went today and took my daughter for a pedicure and my service wasn’t the best. They never greeted me, I had to say hello and we couldn’t get our pedicures at the same time. That was not how I had planned, but nonetheless I will just try to schedule an appointment for the two ladies that I like. The owner I will say was friendly and I had no complaints with him.

So it’s a decent place. The first time i went i got the first guy directly across from the door when you walk in. He did an awesome job but wasn’t friendly at all. The next time i went I got the guy directly to the right of the door when you first walk in, behind the register. He was friendly but did an awful job. My shellac was sloppy, he didn’t completely fill in my fill in...it was just not to my liking at all. With that being said, i guess when i go back I’d rather put up with Mr. rude pants because at least he does a good job🤷🏾‍♀️ Average prices...my overlay with shellac was $35 one day but apparently that’s a price only given on certain days of the week

Worst place ever. Dont know how to communicate with costumers, not pleasant staff or owners, very average job, low professionalism overall, only money motivate at least based on my experience with them, treating costumers and staff like dirt. Need to improve drastically in all areas described above. Not going there ever again! Thank you anyway!

Sometimes is pack. I never make an appointment. I walk in and get mani-pedi. I use buffer on both. Super clean. Price is great. The ladies are awesome. Always will come back. My favorite spa.

Went in to get a French manicure. To keep I️t short, THE WORST French manicure I’ve ever had done. My nails aren’t even smooth, they’re very bumpy and very thick. The man didn’t even shape the tips after he applied them on, he pretty much just freestyled I️t and called I️t good.Went in for the man to fix them and informed him that I️ was very displeased with the way they turned out and he was just looking at me like I’m crazy and said everyone does I️t differently. You can’t even tell a so called professional did my nails, that’s how bad they are. Just very sloppy, and ugly. Taking them off, and definitely will NEVER go here again. What a waste of my time and money. Should have read the reviews first

Im a first time visitor. I got a fill-in and pedi. They did a excellent job and I definitely will be returning to their shop to get my nails done.I received excellent customer service by the two individuals who took care of me.

Been coming here for months always happy until Lisa tried to do my pedicure with the gloves from the pedicure before mine and when I asked her if the tools came from the sterilizer or barbicide she said yes and then sprayed them with an unlabeled bottle. There’s a reason tools are supposed to be STERILE before use. If they are reusing GLOVES then I can only imagine what else they don’t care about when it comes to sanitation and the safety of their guests.

Worst experience I have ever had. I blame myself because I was told by family and strangers that the quality isnt the best and they each had their nails done by the man.I received a pedicure and acrylic full set and was disappointed with both. My heels were still hard after the pedicure and my nails didnt look groomed. It was obvious that he rushed the process. I assumed that he was nice because he greeted me with a smile and, to be honest, I am not used to that at Asian salons. However, I noticed an issue when I peeped that he consistently acted as if he could not hear me when I requested anything differently than what he said. Or he would reply, oh no youre fine.When it came to my full set, he overdrilled most of my nails and tried to convince me that that was normal when I told him that I wasnt pleased with how they looked. I had to keep insisting for him to fix them before he did, with an attitude. This man rushed the whole process and my nails proved it.Two days later, I noticed my nails lifting but nails werent growing. I then noticed that it was the acrylic wearing off and cracking at the bottom. This made my nails look disgusting and weeks old! I called a day later to ask if he could check it out and he was so polite on the phone and told me to come in right away and he would fix it, no questions asked. I came in an hour later and his disposition was much different. He constantly looked me up and down and yelled at me, what you do to your nails?!. I told him nothing because all I do is clerical work at my job, nothing that requires rough work. He immediately told me to leave his salon after shouting obscenities at me and threatening to call security. I was shocked because he was the one yelling and pointing his fingers in my face!His wife came out and was rude at first but thankfully, agreed to fix my nails. She did the best she could and I am grateful but her husband ruined my nails. I will never be back again.I blame myself because my sister and four strangers told me to stay away from the man because he was a horrible person and technician but I was in desperate need to get my nails done that I ignored their message.If I ever have an encounter like that with him again, I am calling the police. Immediately.If you must go, only if youre desperate! Because the prices are pretty good but not quality. Go to the woman, I saw how she took her time with her clients and was kind of envious of them tbh.

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE ON LIFE .....I frequently get my nails done with my niece of whoms eight and I tried to come this salon and I was quoted $30.00 for a mani and pedi for my niece!......I then decided I would just get her feet this came to $18.00?......because cause I thought it was 15 a piece which was high for me but I was informe by Richard that nails were 12 and feet were 18.... how is this so if a womans pedicure is $20.00 .....Never again!!!!😡😡😡
