The service was good. I came in at 2p.m. and was asked to wait in my car because so many people were there. I sat down at 2:35p.m. and didnt get finished until 4:40p.m.

The acrylic was left so thick under the tips, they feel like clubs! I cant pick up anything off a flat surface! Mia was the tech. Someone else did my pedicure, but she left dead skin on my heels . NEVER going back!

I would say this experience was in the middle. I received a shellac pedicure and dip powder manicure. Everything was going great until the end when the person servicing me began to rush and the evening. As my manicure was ending I got a good cut on my finger to the point I had to go to rite aid to buy gauze and a bandaid( I wasn’t offered a band aid either). Lastly I went out and when I came home all the shellac on my big toe was gone😤. The reason you pay extra is for it to be long lasting, I didn’t make this review to bash anyone just to inform about my experience.

My nails and feet were nice and neat. I was in and out. I gave a 4 star because the nail tech wasnt experienced at nail art/designs.

The policy is only walk ins now. I was a regular customer giving them a lot of money every other week and now since the policy is walk in only everything is chaos. They don’t open the store on time, you’re not able to set an appointment and when you call to check before they will ALWAYS say they’re not busy. You’ll walk in and have to wait 2 hours. I used to live it here now I’m forced to go somewhere else. They don’t care about loyal customers.

I called a week or two ahead of time and asked if they could take a party of 4-5 for a wedding and they said yes absolutely. When we got there they had everything ready and waiting for us even though they were busy with walk-ins they were staffed appropriately. All of us loved our nails! We got a mixture of, dip powder, shellac and just regular paint. I would definitely go back!

I will NEVER go back to this place; Tina is rude unprofessional in a business setting. I visited this establishment on a Saturday; they immediately placed me at the pedicure station and left me there for 2 hours unattended. I asked for assistance and the only reply I received was “I can add more hot water”. I will not do business here again!!!

I was offered water, pop, wine, or tea while receiving my pedicure. Everyone was nice. I have never had too many good experiences especially with pedicures and shellac. Usually is it only 1 or 2 people at a nail salon that do good work. Everyone does good work at this place. And a very good job with eyebrows. They have good prices and good customer service. I will always come here.

Was able to get service right away because I walked in as soon as they opened. Down falls were: equipment werent so clean from services the day before, disrespectful to customers by having hour long conversations in their language and speaking on the customers looking at them continuously as if its unknown that they are talking about them. Staff were upset because I had wanted a pedicure and did not want a new polish or shellac because they were freshly painted beforehand and made an issue in front of me inspecting my nails and fussing with one another. Staff also get upset when they arent clear to customers and arent understood. But the concept of all services listed are good intentions. They also offer tea, wine, and soft drinks. Convenient location. And the answer no thank you doesnt sit light when they offer another service while you have already requested what service youre in for...

Friendly but a little expensive

My last visit was horrible. Dont go here. I have witnessed many customers be disrespected and disregarded by staff here just for trying to explain what they wanted on there nails. They dont seem to care about customer service, showing no value in you, the client. Being I frequent customer here and showing your loyalty to them does not benefit you in the end they consider you as nothing. Dont go here they dont value customers. Tina is the owner and she shows the same disregard. Henry is the most polite and considerate technician there.

This place is going down hill. Even though the turnover of nail techs is not high, they definitely seem like they don’t want to be there and it’s projected onto the clients. They are one of the higher priced nail places in the area, but the quality of service doesn’t match the price. I continue to come here because it’s close, and I’ve been a patron since they first opened, but I’m on the market to finding a new place.

Had a pedicure and manicure. The service was great and I was done within an hour. They offered drinks when I was getting a pedicure, the music is great, and most importantly theyre very CLEAN! Definitely recommend. My nails look great.

Andy and Tina have been in this business for a long time, and they are both excellent at their craft. They are very appreciative of the customers who come from near and far to patronize their business. The shop is beautiful and clean and catered to the customers needs.

Nail care is something I squeeze and every little minute counts. I called Tina at 6pm and said I will be there at 7:30 and gave the nail of the tech I preferred. I arrived at 7:20.. Early right? Wrong. Tina told me I was the second person who called when I signed in and her husband came up to me and told me to never do that again as he shook his finger at me. I cant believe how rude they were. My suggestion, ride down another mile. It will save you a headache.

I have been going to Tina Nails for 2 years and today I gotten a pedicure which was great. Once I got a fill in, the person doing my nails was very rude. The acrylic on my index finger was very uneven and when I asked him “Can you check to see if my nails are dry?”, he replied saying “No.” and took to the back for me to sit. I might come back but I’ll be having a different person doing my nails.

I walked in on a friday about 10a, it was very busy, but I was able to get into a chair for a pedicure rather quickly. Was offered something to drink. Because they were busy I felt like my overlay was rushed and the acrylic/gel was uneven. One of my nails broke the next day. The pricing was comparable to any typical nail shop. I did witness a patron being yelled at after shed waited for about 25 mins and was told to come back the following day to have her eyebrows waxed because they were too busy. I dont think I will return.

Dung, amazing at doing nails, took my wife in last minute and they were awesome.

This was my first visit. Pedicure was great & dip powder nail job looks great; will have to see how long it lasts w/o chipping. A few things of concern...no liners used in pedi bowls, although I did see them clean it. No manicure w/dip powder service, & they remove most of the existing dip powder w/the drill before & after using the acetone. I expressed my discomfort w/the continuous drilling but that didnt seem to matter, or they didnt understand why I was concerned. Then when the dip service was done, they drilled over it again!! All drilling was w/the coarse drill head. Lastly, they finished the nails w/a top coat that required the led lamp used for the gel/shellac polish; the point of getting the dip is to avoid the lamp! LSS, Ill go back for a pedicure; for less at another shop, I will get a manicure prior to the dip service, & be exposed to much less drilling.

Just came from Tina Nails and Spa and had the worst experience on my pedicure. First the proces on the door was not what they charged me. They were misleading. My toenails were cut jagged and the nail technician nicked me several times and cut way too deep. I question whether the tech was licensed or not. Ill never go back there again!

I️ went to Tina’s nails to get a full face wax and I️ wake up the next morning and I️ have severe burns on my face. The wax felt hot and I️ didn’t anything about I️t, until I️ woke up and have four burns on my face. I️ have been calling in order to get in contact with someone as I️ am frustrated and upset. They open up at 9:30 and I️ have been calling for 15 minutes with no one answering the phone. I️ will never go there again. I️t is obvious that they do not check to see whether their wax is too hot especially before applying to a client’s face. I️ will never go there again.

First time here today..very horrible experience nail tech was rude because i had complained about the nail polish look. I got a fill in, the nail polish was sloppy. very cheap brand from dollar store. Was also overcharged. Ask for price before getting a service here. Would have done a better job myself.. Never going back😤

Paid for $40 worth of work for Chrome Polish . I wound up with a batch job and only walked away with $28 worth of work and was not given a credit for the Remaining $12, After spending 6 hours between the night before and the following day when I had to return for the repair. If youre looking for a great customer service experience and talents at nail text this is not the salon you wanna go to.

I used to love this salon. They offer beverages, they play great music, theyre welcoming, theyre tidy, and I love the way they lay acrylic but the products that they use are CHEAP as hell. It did not used to be like that and as much as I love this salon I do not love just throwing my money away.EDIT: A newer employee gave me a pedicure and caused me to get a fungus by jamming one of the tools into the side of my toe causing it to bleed and flare up. I was limping on that same foot for almost two weeks from the pain. I addressed the situation and they were not accommodating. I was recommended a pedicure which I received at full price after the fact of me spending extra money for urgent care. All I got was a “sorry.” The funny thing is: this place was getting at least $140 of my money every month. So for them to treat a loyal customer like that, I have not gone back and probably won’t ever go back.

Very detailed when working with you. A lot of patience and will correct anything you do not like. Good prices. Lashes and eyebrows are great.

Very unprofessional.. waited 10 minutes before being greeted.. only reason I was acknowledged was because of the ups man walked in.. I told the woman the services I needed which was eyelashes and eyebrows.. she asked me to wait a few minutes & it was only 3 people ahead of me.. another young lady walked in, waited with me and made her way to the back to sit down after picking out a color.. I was there before her.. I then asked how long will it be she then stated 40 minutes after I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes..Pros: cleanCons: terrible customer service and communication with future clients 😩I’ll never return here again

I got my nails done on Saturday and my index finger nail broke from putting on an ankle bracelet!! As soon as I walk in and they ask..what service I needed...I said a repair and the owner says well did you pick up something heavy? That doesnt matter just FIX MY NAIL!! Other people walk i and I continue to wait over 30 mins for a repair...I got up and politely left. I will never go back there!! The attitudes suck and the service.

Terrible experience today. I went in for a manicure and but still had a few thin pieces of acrylic on my nails. The nail tech didn’t want to do the work to remove it, and my gel polish manicure turned out horribly. Rather than fix it, she said I told you, you had to soak it off!! That’s your job!! And still had the nerve to charge $28!

Ive been going to Tina for years and her new salon is beautiful, clean and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I drive from Lansing just to get my nails done.

Im a regular at this shop and have never had a problem until now. They over charged me saying my length and shape was an extra 10 dollars when my shape is just regular squareI expressed to Tina that my shape is normal and should only be charged extra for the length so at most I should be charged at extra 5 dollars and from there they were being rude. The guy that was doing my nails stopped doing my nails until I payed him and then processed. If anything regulars should be treated well I am literally funding your business by coming back over and over again so for you to act that way towards me because I know I was being charged wrong was upsetting to me. Goes to show when these Chinese people feel a threat about their money they turn on you quick. Wouldnt go here unless your prepared to be overcharged

The girl that did my manicure and pedicure was horrible. She kept playing on her phone. She also didn’t give me the color I asked for on shelac. Then when I was done I walked to my friend who was going to pay for both of us and the girl acted like I was trying to leave and not pay! Horrible. And she’s horrible at painting nails. They look terrible.

Ive been here twice now. the first time my nails started lifting after a week, i thought maybe it was the nail techs fault or a mistake was made, even though ive had acrylics many times and this has never happened. i came back in exactly 2 weeks later with my horribly lifted nails, and was told id have to get an entire new set after the fill in because of the lifting. but i thought that since i had a different nail tech theyd stay on better this time. i was wrong. the next day my nails had lifted again. and now, less than a week later, 2 of my nails have almost ripped off and im having to glue them down until i find somewhere to fix them. the workers either havent received proper training, or just dont care enough to properly prep for acrylics.

Excellent service. Got in and out within an hour. I recieved a full set and my best friend received a full set as well as a pedicure. We didnt have a wait at all. They offered my bestie wine while she got her pedicure which she said was really tasty. Really clean and well put together shop. Friendly staff. Seems like they treat theyre regulars very well too. Easy to come get what you like done, quickly. The guy Johnny did my full set and did them perfectly! This will be my new spot for getting my nails done. $20 for an acrylic fullset and $25 for a pedicure.

Very bad experience here this past weekend. I typically go to Diamond Nails right off of 696/Greenfield, but during my last visit there one of the girls filed one of nails down too much and it was misshapen. I had always seen Tinas salon when I would drive down Greenfield and decided to step in last Friday. First, there was some confusion with the sign-in list and they were overlooking people who had been waiting. No big deal -- it happens. I didnt mind the wait since it was midday Friday. The tunes playing were great as well.Now typically I try to avoid male techs because they are too rough and never listen (I wish I had trusted my gut)! The tech that called me over was loud and obnoxious and he ended up drilling into my skin, which was painful and caused burning. He also didnt bother to ask how much of my nails I wanted him to trim down -- He just started grinding them down, plus the paint job was sloppy.When I complained that the skin around my nail was stinging and hurting he applied Neosporin to my skin. Just what I want someone with dirty hands apply topical products to an open wound. You know hes horrible when he has Neosporin on standby at his station. The next day, the area began bleeding and 5 days later its now red and swollen. Im treating it with antiseptic and Neosporin and hoping it doesnt get infected.That was my first and last visit here. Tina needs to get her people in check.

I got my nails done here less than a week ago. Today I was opening a drawer and one of my nails ripped off. Not only did the nail pop off but it ripped a large amount of the top layer of my nail and section of skin where he put NAIL GLUE ON MY SKIN! These people will never get my business again and they shouldnt get yours either. Horrible experience.

The customer service is horrible here. I called to make an appt with a specific nail tech and was told they only did walkins. I still went waited 45 min and then a sigh was put up that said no credit or debit cards for the rest of the day. When I asked if I could go to the atm I was told I would lose my place in line.

Been going for years. Clearly they have changed materials. Most of my stones fell off after 3days. This is a problem for me because it’s an up charge per nail!! 1 day later my shellac bubbled. Shellac is expensive. Had to go back. 3 days after, 3 nails broke. I’d go back but my nail tech had a HUGE attitude when clearly I’m not the problem! Been patronizing her for 6 years. Damn shame. Go elsewhere. Go where your valued. They use cheap materials.
