I love this nail spa they always get me in and out and they make me feel like family.Vivian and her husband are so funny and her husband Simon can sing so good he sang a song for me on my birthday and for both moms when I took them. If you want to be treated like a Queen this is the place to go.

The man shaped my nails beautifully. Then a woman who was working on multiple people at one time, rushed through painting them. At that point, the polish was so sloppy, they were ruined. They look globby and totally uneven. Not pleased. Asked her to fix a really rough piece of cured paint and she rushed through that using a clipper instead of gently filing and peeled up the whole edge. I would not recommend, nor will I be returning.

Great salon family owned..Vivian and Simon wonderful service and staffNail and pedicures provide excellent service. Simon one of the owners has a beautiful voice and if your lucky he will serenade you a song. I have been to salon around 10 years and am very happy with services.

First time visit to this Nail Salon. (I had a pedicure.) Many polish colors available... I was very pleased with the final result, and plan to return the next time I want another pedicure. Reasonable prices too. I would recommend this Nail Salon.

Do not waste your time on this place. When I first went here I got a gel manicure, the job was ok. I went back and even referred a friend but when we went back the technicians were very rude and treated us like we were burdens. While we were getting our nails done 3 separate technicians switched off on both of us the entire time, which resulted in our nails being poorly done because the other technicians did not know where the previous technicians left off. Along with this, they expected us both to tip all 3 technicians because they all worked on us This is an unprofessional way to run a business. Also when I went back to the nail place to get my nails re-polished with just gel, they told me to pay $30 plus tip for just the color and no manicure, when it was labeled as $20. To be clear it is $30 for a gel manicure and $20 for a re-publish. They never have clear prices and are constantly changing them. I will not be going back there.

I tried this place only because it was closest to me. My daughters and I went four times and we will never be coming back. The owners are so unprofessional and are always in a rush that the quality suffers. This final visit was the last straw for me. I mentioned that one of my nails was cut uneven and I was told that If you dont like the way nails are done dont come here. She said that she is the cheapest place around here. She also said that she doesnt need the money its not worth the headache. This is incredibly unprofessional for a a business because I asked to have my nail corrected. None of us will be going back

Walked in on a Saturday at 4:30. Their sign says they close at 6:00. There were two workers sitting and no one waiting and all she said to me was No...no more. Then shooed me out the door. Super rude.

Prices are always changing. Very rude and disrespectful. Always files nails crooked and if you ask for something different, they try telling you it would look funny because they are too lazy to do it. No one should have an opinion on your nails but you, Especially if you like them. Also they are unsanitary.

Vivian changes her prices every single time I go there. She is very unprofessional and rude. She is always disrespecting me and my family. If I ever tell her something about my nails she tells me that’s just how they are and leaves my nails crooked. Never going back there.

First time going. Very loud environment (the technicians). The woman who did my eyebrows was kinda rough while doing the waxing, she kinda yanked my head back and forth and never said a word. She also didn’t finish plucking some obvious hairs. I guess that’s why it costs $8... The man who did my fill was very loud and especially while talking to me. One technician sat by the front door with her phone, tablet, and feet up (while the place was fairly busy). The man who did my fill answered a phone call on his personal cell with speaker on right in front of me. He also did not properly shape my nails to what I wanted. I didn’t feel welcomed. Kinda unprofessional. However, the prices are great. May or may not go back.

Ive tried them twice and they have amazing customer service, clean environment and they get you in right away.! Which is why I have them the star rating. My issue is that the nail work is sloppy for the price. I usually walk out spending a min $65 for a full set and even more my first time around since i got myself, and the person with me hands and feet.First time I went i got a full set and pedicures ..the pedi was a wrap before leaving but I didnt complain and gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a holiday weekend and it was last minute.. My nail design was cute, but the nails were uneven. In terms of shape and length. .2 weeks later my nails completely popped off.. ( strange) yet, I decided to try them again since this has never happened to me before. Upon arriving and having my nails done again, I explained the issues I had ( uneven shape, nails popped off) and they seemed to brush them off and not really be interested in hearing it. Okay.... ( again benefit of the doubt), I paid the full price again to get my nails done, just no pedi. Left mildly content with the new design..nail shape even, but now the coat on my nails is so thick it appears a beginner did my nails. ( deep breaths, lesson learned) im now on week 2 and my nails look horrid, obviously I need a fill.. and strongly enough they are starting to pop off and the thick layer of gel just isnt working for me. I think its fair to say I gave this business several tries and for the price it isnt worth it. For me, I prefer my nail tech to listen to me, the best customer service is listening to your guest, everyone has their own style and preferences and i think if they slow down and listen to the customers they would have been able to retain my business. Vivian is extremely talented, but Id just recommend her slowing down and taking her time.

Everyone is always so nice and my nails look fantastic every single time I leave. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel a little pampered. I drive past 3 different nail places in order to get to Vivian Nails Spa. I will not go to any other nail salon except them.

Update: I got a gel manicure FIVE DAYS AGO, and the polish is peeling off of my nails. Ive never been so annoyed. I should have spent my $35 where they burn my finger tips occasionally. At least they last. I absolutely do not recommend this nail salon. Theres many other options in the area.The employees were very kind, and they werent rough with my hands. However, my nails look bad. Theyre all mis-shaped and the paint is blotchy in some areas. Theres like a rubbery plastic texture all over my fingers (maybe from the clear coat, but its super thick and hurts. It feels like glue all over my fingers.) Really disappointed. I chose to get my nails redone instead of taken off because the price was nice. But I wont be coming back here.

I have been serviced by Vivian for 7 years now!!!! I have the most crusty feet with ingrown toe nails, and after visiting many nail spa, I finally found Vivian. Vivian bought out Celine nail spa about 3 years ago and even though its a bit of I drive for me, I would not trade her and her services. Very people and family oriented, personable, and professional. Her and her family are very genuine people AND she knows her stuff very well. Fast, professional, reasonable prices, and efficient..love this place, STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

My daughter got shellac and it was the worst manicure I have ever seen. Polish all over her fingers and under the nails. It was lumpy and looked like a 5 year old did it! The owner tried to fix it but all she did was clean the polish off her fingers, not fix the bumps and missed areas around the cuticle. Not very friendly when she had to “fix” it either. NEVER AGAIN going back!

Got a fill for 35 and gel nail polish is coming off and it hasn’t even been a week yet nails aren’t even and bumpy they rushed while doing nails . I will not go back to this place

So the staff was really nice but my nails turned out horrible. Initially, I thought they looked great but when I got home I noticed how awful they were.I got a full set of acrylics (I was told they’d be gel but really they just put shellac over the acrylic). The shellac was put on extremely thick, making my nails all bumpy, and it was still tacky when I got home. The nail tech even felt them before I got up so she had to have known they weren’t right.I came home, pulled out my dremel, took all the shellac off, and re-shellaced them myself. What a waste of money ($48 plus a tip because I thought they were good) and time (an hour and a half there and another hour or so at home). My own fault for not checking them before I left. I won’t go back.

Cute place! I love how they worked efficiently; one completed my shellac mani while I was getting my pedi done. Great work done, no need to ask to fix anything bc they were on top of it. Clean, polite, and very willing to do what you want.You can see by the pics this place is located in a strip mall. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.Id recommend this place to a friend.

I had gone to this salon with my friend and the owner had proceeded to do our nails at the same time. She was rushing through our manicures as the salon was getting busy and had done a really sloppy job. My nails are cut and filed unevenly and there is polish slopped all over my cuticles. She was explaining that the polish looked messy due to the color that I picked. Overall, my experience was not good as we were treated like a nuisance and had received a rushed and botched manicure.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had this appointment booked for 3 weeks for a wedding party and not only did they not have the place closed down for just us like they had previously said, they were understaffed and most of us left extremely unhappy with our nails. My “pink and white” full set is all pink and corners of my nails are missing....which they did not fix even after saying they would, one of the girls had to repaint her own toes, one girls French tips were uneven and blotchy, and another girl was so tired of dealing with it...she decided to pain her own toes. Not happy.

Terrible. Went in THREE days ago for a gel manicure, the woman put SIX coats of polish on my nails. Theyre SO thick and two JUST PEELED OFF. Beyond annoyed. Definitely going back to get it fixed ASAP. Do not give them your business. Go a little further down the street and check out NAIL DESIGN.

Manager is extremely rude! My daughter and i went to get pedicures, the lady wasnt even done painting my toes and he told us we had been in there too long and we had to leave. He said that we could come back tomorrow and have our toes redone but er would have to pay for our pedicures and again the next day to have them fixed. The nail techs are nice but it is not a professional place to go! Dont waste your time or money in this place!
