Another fantastic pedicure and manicure. So happy with my nail art!! Make sure to ask when making an appointment if you want nail art because not every staff member does it, but they never fail to impress!! Clean, efficient and friendly atmosphere. This place is horrible first and last time going there the two older mens can not do nails or a peicure they need to go back for some training . When I first walked in I had a bad feeling about this place, I shouldve turned around and walked back out.Sorry to say but Empress Nail Spa SUCKS!!!

She really took her time and gave me a perfect shape that i love. I messed up the paint too before leaving and she gladly fixed it for me. Super kind.

I took my best friend to the salon across the street originally. After they completely lost my business because they were taking too long, we decided to try Empress. They were absolutely fantastic. Clean, friendly, and the nail techs were so gentle. It literally doesnt feel like I have anything on my nails. Empress nail is now my go to.

I walked out, because they are rude.. They moved me twice and I thought someone was going to start giving me a manicure... nope... waited and waited... the way they spoke to me was too much for me to handle, so I left.

This nail salon is amazing I went earlier today to get a pedicure and it is so nicely done the employees were polite to me needs I have also got a manicure there before it’s my favorite manicure to this day I love their service!

I had heard different things both good and bad about this place so I decided to check it out for myself and see. I’ve been getting my nails done professionally for years and had just moved to the Oak Creek area recently. I heard from a friend that they love the place and from another they had a horrible experience. I went in and had a lady ask me what I wanted and I told her acrylic set of nails and I like polish on them with a little design on two of the nails. The place wasn’t what I exspected walking in the door but it didn’t matter as long as my nails turned out nice. The woman was very short with me and seemed kind of rude. I told her what I wanted and the design wasn’t anything I wanted when I explained it to her. Then within only a week of having them done, two of my nails broke and the one design started wearing off. I won’t be back a second time. I left a generous tip and she didn’t even say thank you or goodbye. Lack of customer service and my nails braking the first week I had them done did it for me. I won’t be back or recommend this place to anyone I know.Disappointed.

They are amazing. I love that the girls take their time. The pedis are amazing if you have ingrown toe nails they get them out and prices are really good. I love Kim and Sara they are absolutely the best.

Ask for Sara! Shes been there as long as theyve been open. Shes a perfectionist. If you want a type, if its on Pinterest or you have a photo she can literally do anything and with meticulous breathtaking results! Shes always busy (because shes THAT good) but make an appointment beforehand and you will not mind if you wait, guaranteed!!!! 💅🏼 👍🏼 💯

Pearlyn does a great job!!! Ive seen a few others there as well and everyone is really nice. I love getting my gel manicures here. I would update the place a little and get new stations and chairs. Looks a little rough. But Ive always had a pleasant experience here!

Went here twice before and the nails lasted a little over a week but looked great. Went back to get a new set and while removing an old nail he ripped off half of my real nail. They tried to put acrylic over the wounded nail but i told them no. I had to pay full price and they seemed to not care about the nail they hurt. they just moved on to the rest. will be going to urgent care to get the rest of the acrylic removed due to pain.

If you want to be treated bad and want your nails to look sloppy then come here. Told the nail tech I need my nails shorter and she didn’t do it so when I told her again she started freaking out at me. Attitude was horrible. Took over an hour for her to complete my nails which has never taken more than 45 mins at my normal place to do. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish. She got up 3 times and was gone for about 5 mins each time. Didn’t say a word to me about where she was going. She also was the only one answering the phone and writing down appointments so that also added on time. She didn’t make sure the nails were all the same length and she also didn’t clean up the color. Never going here again. And I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go to the nail salon across the street. They are why better.

Went for the first time today for a fill and had some specific requests, she accommodated me without hesitation. I am so pleased with how my nails turned out!!! There was a little bit of a wait and the staff may not be the most welcoming, but they are very kind! Also, be aware that while you can pay with a card, tip can only be in cash! I didnt know this and had to run next door to the bank! Highly recommend!

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have found that Empress Nails has great customer service and also employs experienced technicians. Prices are reasonable too. You can make an appointment or walk in and be taken care of quickly.It is also CLEAN.

Each tech I’ve ever had does a fantastic job and the pricing is great. Last visit I had the gentleman doing my nails seemed like he was annoyed and didn’t want to be there with how busy it was but that only affected his tip in the end..

My last dip set the dip was soooooo thick. Nails had bumps and unevenness to them . Not a huge selection on dip colors.

Ive been to MANY nail salons and this is by far the best one. Ive been going here for about a year and a half now. People are great and prices are good!

Nice people! Clean! Much bigger than it appears from the outside. No real reception desk. The manicure and pedicue chairs were uncomfortable. When people used the massage features on the pedi chairs they shook like crazy. Love my manicure. Pedicure is a bit sloppy. They use the cheese graters which I dont like.

You cannot beat their service and pricing. I drive 25 minutes from my home just to get a pedicure from them!

Always a good experience. They have a lot of chairs so getting in at the same time as a friend is usually possible.

I was there after closing (late appt) and was VERY impressed with the amount of cleaning I witnessed. They were wiping down EVERYTHING. The staff are quiet, but friendly. My nail tech was Lan. She did a GREAT job! Reasonable rates....$37 for a mani/pedi.

*** BEWARE *** This is what they did to my daughters nail! Ripped it off, then wanted to cover it with an acrylic nail? AND they charged her full price in order for her to leave. No remorse or sympathy for the pain this has caused her makes me believe this is NOT the 1st time something like this has happened. Very sad business practices.

Walked in today for gel mani/reg pedi. Got service right away. Busy place. Gel mani very nice, well done. A little concerned that my nails were filed on top (roughed up) but I am new to gel manis. Pedi was disapointing. Still had rough spots on heels when I left. Polish on toes lovely. Very little conversation going on here.

Every time time I go there with or without appt the make you wait at least 40 to 60 minutes.

Two of us went and mine took almost 10 minutes more - Im not complaining, but the other person seemed to have gotten jipped.

The chairs are terribly uncomfortable :( I really think that the prices are inflated & the gentleman that did my mani & pedi would not talk & skimped on the massage. Not going back.
