I went to Aqua salon for a haircut today. Loren did my haircut and it turned out amazing!! She went a little shorter than I wanted but it’s not bothering me because, the haircut looks so good on me.Friendly people and good service! Will definitely be going here for more services.

Just terrible customer service from receptionist. She puts you on hold for 10 min and than hangs up. Than I called few times and she pretends they are closed and she doesnt pickup her calls. Awful customer service in a job were these things really make a difference.

This is the only place my wife will go to get her hair done. She goes in happy and comes out happier. My wifes cuzzo also works here. This is her favorite place to get her hair done. Im a penny pincher so I will always suggest we get her hair done at one of those $5.99 hair and oil change places but I would probably end up in marriage counseling so we just go here instead. Great place!

This was my first visit to the salon, it was very clean and professional. Lexi was my stylist and she did an amazing job, I am in love with my new hair cut and color! I would highly recommend this salon!

Always had a great experience until today. Scheduled for a full color with a stylist Ive never seen. The stylist I typically see is booked out for weeks and I needed to get my hair done for my baby shower this upcoming Saturday. I scheduled my appointment well in advance. I took time off work, arrived 10 minutes early yet I was seen 25 minutes past my scheduled time, so I waited for 35 minutes with no updates on when I would be seen. Once I got back into the seat of the stylist, I showed her what I was looking for (a full color) She returned with a quote for balayage, toner, a haircut and highlights. I was quoted well over $200 for something I did not ask for. I asked for full color. She then recommended to start with just a full and or partial highlight which I also did not ask for. At that point, my time was being wasted. I told her I would come back another time to see my usual stylist. Being 7.5 months pregnant, I just wanted to look nice for my upcoming baby shower and maternity photoshoot and left crying. Because I still work full time, the next availability for what I want with a stylist that actually listens to me is just 2 weeks from my due date and thats not going to happen. I left so frustrated and disappointed. Ive been going here for years and I honestly dont think I would return after this. I wasnt listened to or acknowledged during an important time in my life and it didnt seem to bother the stylist one bit. Im 4 days out from my baby shower and photoshoot without having my hair done feeling awful when I just really had high hopes to look nice. Ive never left anywhere in tears.

I got my hair highlighted blonde and within two weeks it was orange. Then I went back and got it fixed and then the stylist finally told me to start using purple shampoo. Now it has been another month after my second appointment and my hair is orange again. And there’s nothing they can do for me besides having me come in and getting my hair colored again by the same stylist. That’s not gonna happen.The stylist is a great person and has a nice personality but her coloring is not what I needed to be.

These ladies are the best! Theyve also done my wedding hair and my bridesmaid hair! Love, love love! I can not say enough good things. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

This is a fantastic salon and spa. They all treat you so well. The inside of the spa has wonderful decor and is very nice overall. Stacey did my hair and she did a great job dealing with my curly, unruly hair. Left as a satisfied customer and I will definitely be coming back!

I cant believe this hidden gem is here in Oak Creek. I never would have thought from the outside that such a gorgeous and luxurious salon existed inside with such talented and beautiful people. It is seriously the best salon Ive ever been to. The price is a little on the high side but its completely worth it. Allie was able to restore my hair color and the cut was exactly what I wanted. I had life and body and texture to my hair for the first time in ages. I couldnt stop touching it for days because it was so smooth and soft. It has been so long since I had such a fantastic hair experience. I will be going here for all my hair needs from now on.

I went to Aqua for the first time yesterday for a haircut. As a new client, I was randomly assigned to Stacy for my cut. I have never been this happy with a haircut before IN MY LIFE! My hair is very long (almost butt-length), very straight, and pretty fine, so most of the time it just hangs there and I have no idea what to do with it. I told Stacy as much, and she came up with a great plan to add some movement and texture to my hair with all sorts of layers, but was able to still retain quite a bit of length. She cut off the bad ends but didnt go crazy with cutting off all my length. She was very fast, super efficient, and she was lovely to chat with as well as she was working! I cannot recommend her or Aqua enough. The ladies at the front desk were also awesome -- I was immediately greeted and offered refreshments when I got there, and they were amazingly chipper considering I was their first client of the day. The space was very clean and modern, and overall I really enjoyed my experience. Ill definitely be going back!

The staff and hairstylists are very professional. Vicki cut and colored my hair. She was very knowledgeable. She took a lot of time to choose a hair color that wouldnt look to faded in the sun. She was also very personable and the salon offered a free paraffin wax. I would highly recommend this salon and stylist.

I was given a gift card to here. I received good hair trims I thought the pedicure would be out of this world, since I have had great ones at another nail salon. Not impressed I told her that I was going on vacation. I went home and had to file the callouses off of myl feet. Not worth $55..Nothing special Dont do it..

This has been my salon for several years. With that, its unfortunate that my recent experiences have taken such a negative turn. Last Mondays appointment took me over the edge. At 3:47pm, I approached the receptionist to see when I would be seen for my 3:30pm appointment. I was asked, Why do you need to reschedule? Ummm, no. Id just like to be seen. A couple minutes later, my stylist arrives stating that it would be another 10 minutes... Thats 30 minutes total past my appointment time! I realize that delays happen, but 1) it would have been nice to have been notified in advance or even in the midst of my wait, but no one was the least bit concerned and 2) it would have been nice to have received an apology of some sort (from anyone) for this inconvenience. The nonchalant communication made it apparent that no one there values my time or my loyalty as a client.

Its a little pricier than I would usually be willing to pay, but totally worth it. Taylor did my hair last time and both the color and the cut aged remarkably well, where usually a haircut feels only good and new for a month tops. I was VERY happy with my experience and enjoyed the soothing spa atmosphere so much, it was exactly what I needed at the time. Thank you, Im a pretty low maintenance hair person, but for what its worth you have my loyalty!

Such a rip off. Every time I go there the girls dont know what they doing. Whatever u tell them to do its completely opposite. They talk to u so much that in courtsey u always pay whatever they want. They charged me $225 for highlights which are not even low lights. Rip off bad service. Easy way to make money. PLEASE HAVE SOME SHAME !!!!

Went to see Jill for my monthly massageMy wife and I have been going to see Jill monthly for the last 4 years. Always a great experience! Jill is an excellent masseuse! She has helped relieve the pain from severe tennis elbow, neck and back pain. She is always friendly, fun, and caring. We look forward to each appointment! Highly recommended!!!

Ive been going to Aqua for years (back when it was at its old location). Ive never had a bad experience there. I love getting my eyebrows waxed there, Ive actually fallen asleep getting them done. Everything about this place is relaxing and fun! Would highly recommend it!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went to get a short asymmetrical cut, showed her a picture of what I wanted, what I got was not even close. Parted my hair too close to the middle and just chopped a huge chunk off the side that is now too short to lay right. The longer side is just one long layer and not blended at all with the rest of the cut. Too long on top for how short the sides are. I wish I could post before and after pictures on here with the picture of what I told her I wanted it to look like...Would not recommend going here.Edit: the stylist took before and after pictures of my hair and at the end of my appointment told me to check their Instagram to find my pictures. I still have yet to see them posted. Probably because either she realized what a horrible job she did or someone else did and told her you cannot put those on the site. Worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. I should have just gone to cost cutters. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I went in for a root touch up and said dont touch my blond in the front please. Well lets just say I hated it!!! Charged me $90. I had to go home and fix it myself. Offered nothing!!! Will never go back. Wish I could post my before after pick.

I would have given my experience at the salon zero stars; but, the system states that I have to score the salon in order to write a review. I had an appointment on Saturday, September 15th at 10:00 am for my best friends wedding. The wedding party was small, it was the bride, the mother-in-law, and myself. So, three people. I went in with fresh extensions, clean hair (no product), and said that I needed a partial up-do with extensions added. I was not 100% sure on how I wanted my hair, but the way that the lady explained it to me sounded pretty. That is the last positive thing that happened. I told her prior to starting on my hair that she would have to use a ton of hair spray or my hair would not keep the curl. I understand working with new extensions can be difficult; however, thats when you use a smaller curl and a ton of product. The top of my hair was flat, there was no texture to it at all. The curl, even before I left the location, was falling out, and you could actually see where she placed the extensions in my hair. I went to my friend (the bride) to have her look at my hair, and she was not happy. She told the woman that my curls were already falling out, that you could see the tracks for my extensions without even looking for them, and that she would need to fix it. It was then that we were told that I would have to make up my mind on what I wanted because she had other clients that morning.Not only did I not have my hair done there (I ended up going to another salon and it was done perfectly), but I was beyond repulsed by the way that a stylist would speak to a client. The stylist then tried to tell my friend (the bride) thats not what she said. So, she basically called me a liar. I left the salon in tears and I will NOT be going back! I would avoid this location at all costs. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon.Fast forward 2 months, I have called this location numerous times, in an attempt to get my money back, for the unprofessional atmosphere and the fact that I had to have my hair redone. No one has even returned my phone calls. Ive went into the location to speak to a manager, and each time Im told shes not there. Well, no wonder this place is garbage. You have stylist that dont know what they are doing, and a manager is not there to oversee the situations.Avoid this place at all costs. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this. If you want your hair to look like garbage go here. They are completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and lack any type of professionalism.

Love this salon and have never had a bad experience. All the the stylists are fabulous. I recently moved out of the Oak Creek area, tried different salons but ultimately decided to make drive to OC to get my hair done here because no other salons do as good of a job.

I see Vicki at Aqua and shes the most talented hairdresser Ive found. I cant recommend her enough! Her coloring skills are phenomenal. My color was a mess when I first came to her and she not only fixed it, but my cut is so much better too. I couldnt be happier!!

No matter who you see here you will get amazing service. They have great hours that work with anyones schedule, and its so pretty in winter with the snow on the surrounding trees. They dont just do hair either. They are a salon and spa for a reason! Id recommend Ava and Stacy if youre considering coming here.

I went to Aqua for a one hour massage and have to say it was a very relaxing experience. I would definitely go back again!

More than one bad experience here. When I went here to get my hair colored and the stylist said that she had to get more dye and that it would be $10 extra dollars for that. Then she did that 2 more times!! I was only getting a single treatment hair color. No highlights or anything too fancy and I was NOT happy that a single color still cost almost as much as other more expensive treatments. My hair was not extra long or anything like that either. It was average length and not thick. I have gotten my hair dyed before at other places and that never happened before. I also went to a different place a few months later and when I told them of my experience at Aqua, they said that that should not have been necessary for my hair. Also, DO NOT GET HAIR DONE HERE FOR PROM. My sister recently went here to get hr hair done for prom, and it was horrible. She came out of the salon in tears. She showed them pictures of what she wanted and it was a half-up french braided crown and some curls. The stylist rushed to do her hair, and curled it right away at the beginning. She put 2 tiny little braids that were not the french braids and tied them back then said she was done. By that time, the curls fell out, and when my sister asked to have it re-curled, the stylist gave her attitude and didnt put any effort in to re-curl. The salon then wouldnt pick up the phone after several calls even though they were not closed.

I went here for a lasar vein treatment. Spa looked very nice but tricky to find.

I just got my hair cut and blown dry at Aqua. I went to my car and put my fingers through my hair and it was HALF WET. Eww, not the best feeling, especially when you pay for that specific service. I wont be returning to Aqua and I dont recommend it to others. There are other salons in the area that will, at the minimum, make sure your service is completed.

Refreshing: When I visit its a micro-getaway with woodsy views out all windows--and theyre usually serving coffee, tea and snacks.
