Oh my god, I honestly can’t put into words how absolutely amazing everyone at this salon is. I ended up booking a last min appointment to have my nails fixed because the person who did my nails yesterday at a different salon completely ruined my nails. The owner and her staff took such good care of me by completely redoing and making this very insecure mama feel so much more confident with this absolutely stunning set. There’s no doubt in my mind that I will continue my business here. The environment of the nail salon was clean modern neat. Our appointment was pushed back a little bit because they were still busy working on the current clients, which we didn’t mind we just sat around and chatted. The pedicure receive could’ve been a little bit better it was very fast as though I was at the mall so I didn’t appreciate the rushing. They did a good job on shaping the nail and scrubbing. The only issue I had was that the chairs were quite tall so it was kind of hard to keep my feet soaked. Oh I also got a manicure a gel manicure and I noticed that steps were different from what I was used to, which it’s fine because every salon does it differently. The color match was off, but Not a big deal. When I was finish she charge me more than what her services are listed on the website, I didn’t complain, I thought maybe the services that I package together might’ve cost a little bit more. I ended up leaving a pretty nice tip, I always appreciate these hard-working individuals at the salons cause I know customers can be a bit feisty. Well it’s only been a week and my gel manicure has already started lifting, on top of that the next day I had clear nail polish around my nail beds, which has never happened before. I ended up taking a q-tip with polish remover to clean them up. What a hassle! Now one side of my nails has gel, and the other side I just polish with clear nail polish . So long story short I definitely am not going back to the salon I don’t think their skills are up to par.

First time coming here and the owner Nola did my nails. I didn’t have to wait at all, she took care of me right away and exceeded my expectations. I have very short nails but she made them look so good! They have a great color selection too!

Had made reservations for a party with the manager or owner of salon, we showed up on time as scheduled. We were informed by the same individual that because the people before us showed up late, that we’d have to wait. We had a party of 4, they sat 3 of us at the chairs after waiting 30 minutes. One of our party had to wait an extensively longer period of time. Then, I didn’t receive any massage or warm towel with my pedicure despite paying for that service . I would probably never go here again unfortunately because it looked very cute and very clean.

I was not very clear when I made my reservation and ended up backing up the whole salon, but Nola was very accommodating and made sure that my party and I got the services we wanted. She did an amazing job on my pedicure and first every dip manicure! I will recommend this salon to everyone I know because it is great!

I absolutely recommend Nola and will most definitely be returning! I called two days ago for appointments for 2 people to get a mani and pedi, and they were SO nice and got us scheduled right away. This morning I called to add a third person last minute, and they were SO accommodating. They got us in and were very friendly the entire time. We had a fantastic experience!My mom even smudged a nail while we were drying and they fixed her up without question! It wasnt even their fault but they made sure her nails looked good. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have used Nola Nails for years now and dont know them personally. I absolutely love them!!! I have been in there getting my nails done when people have complained and I can say the two times I heard it, it was NOT Nola Nails fault! I would ignore some of the complaints as I think people like to complain after they got exactly what they asked for. Why would they do that you ask? Because they want it for free! If you want good service and excellent product from an experienced team with a fun environment then please go to Nola!!!!!! I never do reviews but had to stick up for Nola as they dont deserve this.

Right before Xmas they were able to fit me in for a dip manicure on last minute notice. I had great service and good quality, most importantly I didn’t feel like they were rushing through my apt. The atmosphere is nice, decorated cute, and it is clean! I will be going back.

LOVED NOLA NAILS & SPA. I went in for dip manicure and my friend came for a pedicure. We came in originally because their prices were very reasonable and I saw that they had good reviews. Our flu shots took much longer than expected so we came in quite a bit later than our scheduled appointment. They called and checked in with us, but ended up being very accommodating and understanding especially considering that they were closing in half an hour. The place is beautiful, she really did an amazing job with the interior design. Nola is the owner and she is very nice, friendly, and hilarious. Shes a perfectionist and so am I so when I came in to get them done I switched my choices of color a couple times to find the perfect shade for my skin tone. They had a lot of colors to choose from and had really nice shades for both acrylic and dip. The colors are true to the ones they have displayed. She loves shaping nails and I love the way she shaped mine. I would recommend her to any of my friends. Support this local growing business!

Im new to the area and just went to Nola for the first time yesterday with my sister-in-law who is a regular there, I have officially found my new nail place! The staff is super friendly, the salon is spotless and they do a fabulous job! The prices are very reasonable but its best if you bring cash to save $3 on the credit care fee they have. I will be returning! :-)

Nola nails is by far one of the most accommodating nail salons I have been to. Nola made time for me even though they were busy and took her time as well. Looking forward to seeing her again in two weeks. The salon is clean and all the staff are nice as well as attentive.

This was my first time going to this salon, I made my appointment, was there on time, also asked if it was ok for me to have my children there, waiting for me, with mask on and they said it was ok.I went to the appointment, the lady tried to remove the mess that I had but it was bad, so she said I needed to soak my hands for I while. I did but she was not polite at all. She came back and check after 20 minutes of me sitting there, it wasnt gone, she left. After a while, I checked and the polish was gone, so I was talking to my daughter (she was by my side) and the lady came back, I told her that the polish was gone and my hands were very white and dry... then, she just yelled at me for no reason, saying that I wanted to get rid of it so I needed to do it... I asked why she was rising her voice and she continued to do so... everyone was just in shock, my daughter couldnt believe her eyes. She left, a men came, I told him I knew it wasnt his fault but I wasnt going to do the whole gel. He cleaned my nails, painted them clear and that was it. I still paid $28 for a regular manicure.

Multiple times i showed up for my scheduled 9:15am appt and they werent open. They just mosey in as they feel like it. Its horribly frustrating. I have dealt with it for a year because tina was awesome but now that shes gone, I wont return

First of all I came in at my 9:30 appointment and didn’t get taken until 10. Then I picked out 5 different colors from their color wheel they gave me and they didn’t have any of them so I had to go with just plain white. Then I asked for a regular full set which on their website says $35. At the end, the lady who did my nails and didn’t say one word to me the whole time charged me $55. She apparently put gel on my nails (which I didn’t ask for) but that didn’t even make sense because a gel full set is only $45 anyways. Which means since I technically did get a gel set she charged me $10 extra than what I got and $20 more than what I wanted. When I brung this to their attention the owner refused to give me my money back. Would never go back there. And this is the second time (that I know of) when they cut someone’s foot when doing a pedicure.

Awesome experience! I booked a group appointment for my wedding party and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere created is so welcoming and fun! Everything was clean, and I loved that we had the option to have the place to ourselves for the bigger group. All of us were very happy with our nails- I highly recommend booking at Nolas for any occasion!

I waited 45 minutes for my pedicure appointment. They didnt apologize and I didnt get the technician I requested. Service was fine once it actually started, but several of us were waiting on the foyer for 20-30 minutes for the same appointment time before we were called. I waited the longest. If you value your time, dont go here.

I dont know what these one star ratings are about... I stopped going to two other salons after my first appointment at Nola. The staff is hilarious, the owner is amazing and I get nothing but compliments on my nails when I leave. My best friend and I refer Nola to literally everyone we know.

The Owner was very sharp and very obviously stressed out. Me and my group had an appointment at 2:00 pm, we didnt get our pedicures until 2:40. The workers were very friendly, just the owner was dismissive and frankly, rude. She didnt say a word to me or any one from my group. Overall, our nails looked nice, but the experience left me with a bitter taste on my tongue.

I have been seeing Noi for a few months now and I LOVE her work! My nails used to always lift when I went to other salons and her application is seamless. My nails have never looked so good! The salon is modern and has a vast selection of polishes. 10/10 would recommend!!

By far the best nail experience Ive ever had.Everyone was super friendly, everyone spoke to everyone and it was so welcoming. It didnt feel like a hole in the wall, very modern.My favorite part was that my nail tech was so detail focused that there was not a spot of polish left on my skin and every crease was properly filed or trimmed.Something to note, you can only tip in cash. So come prepared and be kind to your technician!

Went here for my very first time since it is 2 minutes from my place. I went in for a fill and a fix. The lady who did my nails was very rough she made me yell twice and flinch at least a half a dozen times. I told her that it hurt and she just kept on going.she also filled my nails way short when I told her I wanted to keep them long!!!! I was and am so PIST that she didn’t listen to me on how I like my nail length!!!! The lady who was next to me working looked like she would do a better job. I will never go back to this place again!!!!!! I left no tip which is very uncommon for me since I am in the service industry also. I will go back to Top Nails at least they listen to me when I tell them something!!!! Save your money and go to Top Nails!!!!

I just moved to the area and was in need of a new nail salon! I was recommended Nola nails! Lots of color choices, and friendly service. The music choice is poppin too. My pedicure looks so good, and they use good quality polish here! I will forsure be a regular here from now on.

Very beautiful on the inside, however will not go there again. Nails did not turn our nice, my nails had a dip on tip of nails and it was not pretty at all. First time there and surely the last. At first I was excited because the owner was doing my nails, but sadly left quite disappointed.

Sat down at a tub to soak for a pedicure the same time as the woman next to me. Her pedicure and GEL POLISH were done by the time mine was just getting started. No apologies or discount for the long wait, not good for business.

This was my first time to Nolas and I loved it! I was a walk in and had on a terrible thick dip manicure from another nail salon that they did a great job taking off! I got another dip manicure and it turned out beautiful! They were a very friendly staff and it was a great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back soon to try their pedicure!

Sam is awesome! The owner is very responsive to any issues. I love the location. The greeting staff are more interested in bead making jewelry than their customers. I have been going there for about a year, have brought my daughter in and they still are unable to greet you by name. Seriously thinking about going to my former salon that is a further drive, but well worth it.

I swear Asian folks have the best nail salons. Incredibly nice, professional, and accommodating. They do a great job with nail designs, and treating my feet almost spa-like. Made my bf comfortable for a pedi and well most likely come back. Only thing is you have to tip in cash.

I had the best Mani and Pedi this evening! I had a friend who owned her own shop, but but she decided to take her talents down to Texas. After months of searching for the next best thing, I finally asked her for her recommendation, and she suggested Nola. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m so glad I went. The shop is conveniently located in a strip on Howell Avenue with parking. The shop was clean and the decor is gorgeous! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Satthai did a very nice job on my pedi. It had been 4 weeks and I was overdue. He was very gentle and took his time, and he put in that work when it came to the foot and leg massage. I popped over to May for a shellac fill, and she gave me the perfect shape, her strokes were precise and she was so pleasant!The vibes were fun and friendly, the staff seem to enjoy each other’s company and you can tell that they love what they do.The owners were doing some maintenance, and were so courteous, to not interrupt the workflow of the staff. And they made it a point to say hi to their guests and chat with their employees, too!I cannot wait to go back!

Very nice space! The staff is super friendly and seemed happy to be there. They use CLEAN instruments (files, buffers, etc) and send the used ones home with you. Prices are comparable with most other good nail salons. I am very happy to pay a reasonable price knowing that 1) the staff is treated respectfully and 2) the implements used are clean and sanitary. Lots of regular and gel polish choices to choose from, but I could use more variety in the dip colors. Lots of pinks, reds, and purples... Id like to see more earth tones and jewel colors added. I will definitely be going back an sending refferals!

I have gone here for about a year now! I took my mother in law there and she walked out with her feet floating on clouds as she said! I got done 3 manicures & 1 pedicure and my eye brows waxed and I love it! I brought my 2 yr old daughter in for her first mani & they were soooo patient with her! Everyone talks to everyone! I love them all! Beautiful building with amazing people! This is my new go to! I live in Racine & dont mind the drive for amazing service!

Came in as a first time customer for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure.Shellac manicure - super thick application, uneven coats, the natural state of my nails look better than the polish I had and it didn’t even last 2 weeks before they started to literally peel and chip away because of the poor application :(Pedicure - had white polish done, application was at the bare minimum of alright and definitely not salon quality work, worst part was the trimming.. don’t know how it was possible for the nail tech to not notice that he had ended up trimming them to be lopsided even after the polish was already on :(Don’t know if I was just unlucky or had an inexperienced nail tech but definitely not worth coming back if the quality of work is this careless and sloppy.

We went as a group for my little sisters wedding as preparation and they went above and beyond, both with nail services (May did a PHENOMENAL job on my cracked/split fingernails). The environment was clean, everyone was extremely friendly and they helped make it a wonderful experience while getting ready for my sisters big day. I live 40 minutes away but will go out of my way to come back!

I love Nola Nails. I have returned many times and I am never disappointed! This time I got a pedicure and it looks great! My appointment started right away and it was done really well. The salon is clean and has really nice decor. The products looked really clean too. I will be returning! The owner is also very sociable and great to talk to!

My new favorite nail salon! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have had both manicures and pedicures with May. I have been using the dip for all my manicures. She does a fabulous job and they last at least 3 weeks without chipping or breakage. Its worth the extra money.

I came here last min with my mom and was right away greeted by friendly faces and lovely decor. I myself got a filling whereas my mom got a pedi. The lady that worked on my nails was very sweet and did a fabulous job. She was fast, but clean and they had fast drying equipment that I personally very much appreciated, I always mess my nails up before I even leave the place 😂 For my mom they did a great job exfoliating and adapting to her crutches. My best friend got married this past weekend and we went Thursday evening as her bridal party for mani/pedis and Nola shut down the whole salon for us. We were provided champagne and snacks and were truly treated so wonderfully. I would highly recommend them for any service as they truly do great work!

The other handsome lad Toto fit me in for a last minute pedicure and made my toes Beautiful. May does an incredible job! Establishment is very clean, everyone wears a mask, must wash hands as soon as you enter, plexi glass separating eac technician. And the ambiance is really relaxing.
