This was my first time here;but Ill definitely be back. They are very professional. The young lady was very thorough with my pedicure. The massage chair was very comfortable and high tech. They also offer a punch card for $10 off your 10th visit.

They are extremely talented! The whole place is very clean & the workers are super professional in their craft! I got a red and nude valentine’s day set with hearts on two of my fingers and the placement and application couldn’t have been more perfect! The prices are also very reasonable, I 100% recommend!

This salon is so convenient, only 5 minutes from home, I have never had an issue getting an appointment, its so clean and they have taken every COVID precaution. The owners are so kind. I love getting my nails done here!!! Would recommend to everyone!!! They also have a huge color variety for polishes!!!

Top Nails just lost 3 loyal clients. I called to make an appointment however, the time slot they offered didn’t work with my schedule. The owner then called me back within minutes telling me their 4:30pm cancelled and to come in right away. She knows how close I am to the salon so I jumped in the car and was there within 10 minutes. We arrived, picked our colors and ended up sitting there for over an hour. There was with absolutely NO recognition from anyone, not even a hello. They finally took us back and were told that we should’ve made an appointment. What? Is this a joke?!? The owner started my acrylics and his wife took over to paint them. I have never seen someone paint so fast in my life. I asked her to paint a flower on 2 nails and was told she was too busy! I waited over an hour and you’re too busy to draw a flower on 2 nails, you have got to be kidding me! The flower I asked for turned into a few diamonds on 2 nails. As I’m looking at my nails, I could not believe what a sloppy job she did. A 10 year old could’ve done a better job. Another worker came over to fix the owners mistakes but even then I had to point out her mistakes as well!When leaving the salon and getting into my car, a few nails got caught, snagged on my brand new sweatpants! Not one but 4 badly rigid nails! I went back inside for her to fix them and and was with another client but popped her head out. I pointed out the snags and she filed them down. Not one word, no apology, nothing. I walked out and she went right back to what she was doing. If only I got the same level of attention. Why they thought my time was any less important than anyone else’s time in that salon is beyond me. I am a paying customer that has always left nothing short of a 45-50% tip. They have proved the stereotypical nail salons main focus is money. Later that evening I found another a huge lump on a nail and had to go back the next day. I decided to tell them how unhappy I was with the entire experience. From the phone call telling me to come in right away, to being ignored and left sitting there for over an hour. I also expressed my disappointment with the sloppy job, my nails not being even with one another because of their numerous mistakes and the long acrylics I came in for are short! Instead of offering a solution, I got a blank stare. Her response to me sitting there for over an hour was that the 4:30 showed up at 4:45. I asked her if it would’ve been appropriate to let us know so we had the option to stay or not then finally got a measly “I’m sorry” then back to a blank stare. I checked the nail again and I was was in disbelief when it was not completely fixed. I wouldn’t expect much from them if we weren’t loyal clients who had been working with them for so long. I will never go back and will no longer be recommending their services or lack there of.

Top nails has wonderful people working there. They go above and beyond for their clients without question. This was my first time and I will definitely be back and recommend this place for all your nails, waxing and spa needs.

Top Nails is the best! The massage chairs are huge and modern. The pedicure was majestic. They dont rush through it. My friend and I had pedicures at the same time. We were both done at the same time. The choice of nail polish is huge. The prices are very affordable. Some services were $20 less than my old salon. The place was very clean. They are so polite and thankful you have come. I recommend Top Nail for everyone, for the rest of time. I will be making this my knew spot. As well as bringing friends. I love you Top Nail. I would live there if I could. I will be back!-!

Wonderful experience. New ownership (husband, wife and aunt) treated me like an old friend. Most comfortable treatment chairs for a larger frame. Gentle, thorough, sanitary, and friendly. These people deserve your patronage. I know Ill be back.

Waited over 20 minutes for drive thru order. Young man working drive thru window would walk out gingerly to deliver orders to waiting cars with NO pep in his step and rather than get back to work after food was delivered to 2 cars took opportunity to check his phone for most needed communication with his buddys rather than focus on customers.

Super nice but busy all the time

I had a full set of gel nails done. The facility was clean and the owners were very nice. However, they did not fully fill my nails. It has only been a week and there is a sizeable gap between my nails and my cuticles. The polish has also chipped on two of my nails. At $50 for a full set, I was hoping they would last a few weeks...Im not sure I will be returning.

Wow Is all I can say!! My nails are gorgeous. Truly a work of art 😊‼️🎉 She took her time and was very particular getting everything perfect just like I wanted. I will be back. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much 😊

Love this place! Amy was so helpful. I had a flight to catch at 2:50pm on a Friday & it was important that I get my toes done for my trip. I showed up around 1pm and Amy was able to get me through the process in less than an hour. Its was definitely helpful thst they are less than 10 minutes from the airport. I was done in a jiffy and my toes looked great!!! I will always recommend this nail shop!

Went in yesterday and was taken care of by TAMMY who is so professional and did an AMAZING JOB for my pedicure. I enjoyed chatting with her and it was like talking to a long lost friend! She never once stopped her service while chatting with me and she made me feel so comfortable. THE WORST THING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS THE OWNER ON HER SPEAKER PHONE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE!!! Talking loud, talking with family members in the back room very loudly. Tammy kept saying she was sorry and I said I know their is nothing you can do about it. The owner had a client and the client looked over at me several times because of instead of getting personal attention the owner was STILL TALKING LOUD ON HER SPEAKER PHONE! Having a service in a nail salon should be a relaxing and quiet place with maybe some background music. ALL I HEARD WAS THE OWNER ON HER SPEAKER PHONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I hope she reads this and changes her ways or others will not go and experience the wonderful treatment I received from TAMMY. She is the only reason I will go back.

I use to go to the mall to get my nails done and I wanted to start going somewhere new. I did a lot of searching on google and came across Top Nail. I love this place! I have been to this place a number of times and the owner and ladies there are very friendly and professional. I have been very happy with my designs and they go out their way to make sure you are happy with your nails.

Just paid 45$ for the ugliest nails i ever got in my life the shape was wrong to the point it couldn’t be fixed because they were so skinny go to the place down the street by pick n save. Much better
