1st time going here and I was super impressed! I called at 9:30am to request an appointment that same day at 10 and they got me in no problem. Did a great job on my nails and didnt cost a fortune. This is officially my new nail salon! Highly highly recommend this place!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!DO NOTTT! get your eyelashes done here. Let’s start with I asked for short classics. I was upset so I payed and left but she knew I was bothered :( 2 hours later they started falling off. (Eyelash pictures from the next day LITERALLY) so I called her because who wouldn’t be mad that’s 120$ down the drain. I went the next day and the lady was furious screaming at us. So I asked for a refund and to get them removed and she said no she’d fix them and they fell completely off after 2 days taking my real lashes along :(. And the room was dirty filled with lashes on the floor.

Easily the worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. It was my first time coming here yesterday and I wont be coming back. The place is so dingy and dusty and cramped. The guy who did my pedicure cut my nails so short it makes my toes look stubby. Theres nail polish all over the skin around my nails and my feet feel like sandpaper because he took approximately 15 seconds exfoliating them. It was all so rushed and he did a very poor job. My toes look ridiculous.

Come here at least monthly to do pedicures. Very good service and quality pedicures. Highly recommend this place

Had 2 pedi appts for 1pm did not get worked on until 125. My daughter was asking a simple question and the young gal could not answer her. And what we paid for we did not get all of the services.

Was not happy with my experience. The gentlemen who was tasked with giving me a pedicure seemed to be in quite a rush. Quite sloppily painted my toenails. Skipped multiple steps when doing a pedicure. Ignored my requests to slow down or fix something. Very disappointed, a huge waste of $60. Could’ve done them better at home. :/

Always a great place to visit. Wife of her nails done and I got my feet done. Little but pricy but they make you feel relaxed and take their time.

I have received both pedicures and manicures at this location, and I have always been exceptionally pleased with the outcome! I rarely get my nails done, but when I do, Ive found that Circa Nails & Lash has the kindest employees and the most consistent performance. Easily my favorite place to go!

I have come to this salon many times but the last few times I have been here is has been nothing but issues. First few times I let it slide thinking, meh it happens. But it has now been nothing but poor consistently. This last time set me over the edge. Walked in and he said he would be able to get me right away for a standard manicure. Then he asked me to have a seat. 15 mins later I said I needed to just come back and he said he would take me now. He started with filing, then decided to let someone else to do my manicure while he went to do someone else’s nails. Then to top it off the person doing my manicure literally trimmed and painted my nails and that was it. Any other time I have got a manicure here it has been much more with taking time, cleaning up cuticles, lotion, and a short massage. If I would have known I just sitting waiting and being tossed around for a nail trim and polish I would have done it myself at home or gone to a different salon.Very very disappointing!

Great first impression. Chose pedicure option 2 and so glad I did. Massage was wonderful. Paid extra for no chip polish. Will keep this place in mind to go back.

I had Hai do my pedicure and he was absolutely amazing. He took his time and really cared about all the little details, which is hard to find now a days. He also gave a wonderful foot and leg massage. I had Mai do a full set of Acrylics and she was phenomenal. I have never had a better set of nails than these. She cared about every little detail, making each nail perfect. She copied the design I wanted perfectly as well. The employees all were wearing masks and everything was very clean. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which I have many times in the past at other salons. Absolutely will be coming back here. Their prices are great and service phenomenal!!

I don’t know what’s going on here but I used to love this place. Seems as though they are rushing and messing up nails left and right. Don’t go to the old man he’s messed up on my sister and the girl before. Time to find a new nail place.

Regarding the review complaining of the wait time... i just call ahead so i can plan accordingly. Got a pedicure and manicure. Left satisfied. Will go back.

Jenny did my hair and its GORGEOUS! Nail area was a little busier than normal and seemed unorganized but nail tech did a beautiful job. Thanks ladies.

I called and left an appointment for 6:30pm. They told me even if I come in at 6:20 it would be fine. I got there at 6:20 and told them I had an appointment & they told me to pick a color and sit and wait for the next available person. A girl walks in like two minutes before 6:30 and she also had an appointment for 6:30. A women walked in with no appointment and got seated before us. The girl that came in for a the same time appointment got seated as well. I never got seated and I was just sitting around for an extra ten min and I ended up leaving. I was a loyal customer to them but now I will never go there again. Very rude and unprofessional. Also they lie about wait times, except to wait like an extra 20 min or longer that what they tell you. When I left they just watched me leave and didn’t not care one bit.

Love this nail salon. They always have many employees, and I have never had to wait when I walk in (weekends are busier of course, I go on week days). The salon is very clean and I always feel safe getting my nails done there.

Mai does an amazing job and I love how meticulously she does nails! Always great service and a beautiful interior.

Place is clean and up to date. Typical pricing. Large price differences between regular polish and gel. Can make reservations, however had multiple experiences where our party still had to wait even with a reservation.

I got my lashes done last Sunday (9/12/2021) and today (9/15/2021 I woke up with my lashes on . They lasted 3 days . I’m going somewhere for now on for my lashes … I wouldn’t recommend getting them done here ladies !

I have been coming here every 2 weeks since they opened as Bellagio many years ago, and even with ownership change, this place has NEVER failed to make my visits WONDERFUL. They are very professional, very quick, reasonable and will always go above and beyond for customers. I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to do so!

I asked for ombre nails that are coffee shaped. Nails are not straight and have that bubble look. Not happy with the results at all.

I got there at 9:00 and the lady she did not do my nails properly I told her I did not like them and she got an attitude with me so I had somebody else supposedly fix them for me and they still look terrible I did like the pedicure but Im very upset about my nails they were supposed to be ombre and on their big and bulky very unsatisfied I paid $60 for them did it leave until almost 12:00

I have gone here 3 times for a pedicure since they opened under a new name. The first 2 times were fabulous. The cheapest pedicure is $35. That is more expensive than most salons in this area. However, I felt it was worth it. They start by exfoliating your feet and legs and gave long foot and leg massages. I was not impressed when I went there today. I hope it was just the person that did my pedicure. She only put the sugar scrub on my toes and washed it off right away. She barely massaged my feet and did a bad job putting polish on. I will give the salon one more chance.

Love the nail work but I can’t trust they are clean- guy at desk wears his mask on his chin, owner doesn’t wear one at all and looks sick, let multiple people in without masks. If they can’t follow these rules how can I assume they are sanitary in everything else they do? My tech was great and I hope this was a fluke but not sure I want to risk my health or loss of a finger/toe to find out!

May did a great job and was very gentle. We had a nice conversation and would highly recommend her. My nails grow crooked and she made them look normal!

This place is now called Circa Nails. I went there once as Bellagio and got a snobby vibe coming from the place so I left without getting service. My husband and I went today and had a great mani/pedi experience. They used fresh oranges for our legs and fresh lemon for the handsoak. Well be back!

Honestly, the most negative experience I have had with getting my nails done. They were nice, but the nail tech made my nails bleed when she was cutting my cuticles. She dug under my nail to cut the cuticle and I have never had that before... that is what made them bleed (3 fingers). My fingers STILL hurt pretty bad 7 hours later. She also cut my nails SO short and didn’t ask how short I wanted them... so short to the point that again, they hurt. In addition, she applied the polish unevenly and it looks very bumpy. I truly can’t get over how terrible my nails feel and usually they feel good after getting my nails done. Quite disappointed based on other positive reviews.

I wish there was a zero star I was there for an hour and 30 minutes for a pedicure. and at the end of it all my toes were slated and I told them not to cut them and they did. And I was very disappointed with this nail salons have been to way better. DO NOT GO THERE!!

It was not a great experience communication is hard. She left old nail polish on nails and un even. She was getting frustrated when I would point out little things. I went on to get a refill on my gel nails. I always leave a good tip.

When I was paying I noticed that there was paint missing on my thumb nail. I let the guy know at the front and he said the women who did my nails would fix it for me. When I came to sit down for her to fix it, she was rude and angry. She looked at me and said “usually people aren’t this difficult.” I was shocked that she would even say something like that. She fixed it, put the new gel coat on and didn’t even put it under the light. When I left the gel was not even on my thumb and I ended up going to a new nail salon, and they fixed it for me. Will not be going back.

I visit this salon every time I visit the area and love it here! Been about 10 times total over a four year period and have gotten excellent service each time. I usually get the Deluxe pedicure. Great place and reasonable prices.

Worst experience EVER! I wish I could give zero stars if it was an option. The nail tech did not remove properly, and ended up ripping one of them off. I wonder if she was even licensed, sure doesn’t seem like it. Tech refused to admit she had made a mistake. They straight up ripped off the acrylics, didn’t even soak them. They were not gentle, the whole experience was rushed, painful, and downright awful. I absolutely do not recommend. They’ll rip your nails off, leave you with a split and bandaged. Then blame it all on you, and refuse to give you their insurance information. I hate this salon, they’re unprofessional and awful at what they do.

I called ahead on Sunday late am to see if get could get in for a boys haircut right away, made sure to confirm ETA. We ended up up waiting for a little while longer but it was worth it. My sons haircut turned out fantastic! The receptionist ended up doing it bcs we had to leave for another activity. She was so nice! He received so many compliments on his hair. They do a great job! I would recommend this salon for children older than 5 along with men and women.

Wish there was an option to give zero stars. Ive been trying to repair/regrow my nails because the last 2 times I went (which I only did bc it was last minute and late both times), they used drills to remove the shellac which made them super thin. The owner (who is super sweet btw) advised me to tell her technicians not to use the drill on my nails anymore. I asked the guy not to use the drill as he pulled it out, and he said (I kid you not..) soaking is not efficient. Im a professional and know what Im doing. He proceeded to try and use the drill again (twice!) and even though I told him the owner advised me of this, I had to literally pull my hands away and tell him I was leaving. Another man came over and they began talking about me in another language while the nail tech gestured towards me saying I dont know she just doesnt want to finish. I cant even begin to tell you how rude that is. They still charged me for a regular manicure. I will NEVER go back.

The two ladies who did are nails were very professional. It was a very special occasion for my 7 y/o & I. The only thing that could have been better was the little panda chair massage didn’t work. ( We went here suspifically for the chair)Overall I loved the special bond we had at Bellagio.

Im graduating college this Sunday, so I was like hey Ill get my eyebrows and nails done. Well I should have not gone here. The girl screwed up my eyebrows, I want to cry. They dont match. It took me about two years to get my eyebrows full, well it looks like I have to do that process all over again. I have to fill them in. I got my nails done and the guy nicked me so many times. I asked to have them trimmed and he made them so short. It seems like there is no way good to get your nails done anymore.

I use to love this place! its been a few months since Ive been! Prices were increased ridiculously high. I came in for a basic pedi which I normally get! The cost was 44 dollars. I dont mind paying for a good pedicure but the service sucked. Usually any tech I usually go to goes above and beyond really taking their time! The tech this time rushed through the pedicure. The lady next to me started before me and I was done before her! We both got the same pedicure and had shellac! The tech also didnt do everything a basic pedicure included. She didnt use anything to scrub my feet with to get the dead skin, she just rubbed my feet with scrub. I didnt get hot towels which is normally included in the basic pedicure. I knew this because I asked for a list of the different pedicures and what they included before telling her which one I wanted. Overall very disappointed. You can get a better deal and better service!

The salon is amazing and excellent with client. Kayla is absolutely amazing and has never done me wrong when it comes to helping me decide on how I should do my hair next. Her skill never ceases to amazes me. Shes the best stylist a girl could ask for.

Loved how big the place is. Huge selection on dip power unfortunately after two nail appointments my dip was chipping off after 2 weeks being done. Dip and gel pedi was a lil pricey compared to other location and due to the fact my nail would constantly chip or break

My goodness!!! I came in with hair down to the middle of my back and gave Tony complete freedom to do with it what he wanted and pick my colors!! I absolutely LOVE MY HAIR!!! Long usually ends up doing my nails and does a great job! Sometimes hes chattier than other times so looking at other reviews that doesnt make him rude. Ladies...really?? Hes still a man and we all know what they can be like!! The salon is ALWAYS clean and for the most part EVERYONE is friendly. My 5 yr old granddaughter came with me and she got a trim n a Manicure but after that she hung out and colored. They offered her cookies and a beverage cuz she was hungry and we didnt expect it to take as long but Tony really took his time and got a new client!! Thanks Bellagio!!

I’ve come here for pedicures for several months and have always been very happy. They stay open later than other nail salons which makes it very convenient for me. Tonight they outdid themselves. I made a last-minute appointment for a traditional pedi ($29) at 7:30 pm, thinking they were open till 8 pm. When I got there I realized they were only open till 7:30, meaning they stayed open for me. Emily gave me the best massage ever. I didn’t have her do any polish tonight but I’m giving her a 50% tip because she went above and beyond. Very clean salon and I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service and quality, a handful of kind people. Most of the employees are rude. I liked going here because they were open late and always fully staffed, but I’ve had many poor experiences. One guy got frustrated with the color polish I chose, he messed up my nails and blamed it on the color I chose. Also, when I had to use the restroom he got upset that he had to stop and “shooed” me off. I got my eyebrows microbalded here and my eyebrows started peeling and chunks of color were missing. The lady barely numbed me and every time I asked for a break from the pain she also got frustrated. She also answered a phone call and was talking on the phone through my whole service. She charged me $250 but didn’t tell me I had to come back for a touch up that at would be an additional $100 until after the service. She said it would last three years, it ended up lasting 4 months and I had to go somewhere else to get it done correctly.

I would give no stars or negative stars of I could.This was my first experience trying this placeMy nails have a dip in the center of them. Each color nail is slightly diff. Some have more polish on them and look darker. Some are lighter. Some have thick acrylic on them. Some are thin. Like I said very un even and when u look at them and feel them you can feel and see the surface isnt even and flat there is a huge dip in the middle of the surface of the nail. I also waited 20 mins after my apt time to be seen. I will never try this place again

I had a great experience at Bellagio. My neck and back were killing me for weeks. One half hour massage at Bellagio fixed all my problems. Very relaxing experience at a very good price. Highly recommended.

It was ok but definitely not a good first experience. I had a male doing my gel set and it was my first time. I got scolded for not knowing the difference between shape of the nails despite saying it was my first time getting gel nails. They dont even take your name down. They also speak another language which I speak a different language other than English as well and I would never speak it around someone who doesnt know the language and is a customer of mine. Makes you feel uncomfortable like theyre talking about you. They did a decent job on my nails I will be fair except my thumbs are different shapes but thats about it. No complaints for quality. I did not wait either so it was fast. Service needs a lot of improvement. Ill drive to downtown Milwaukee if I have to for good service.
