This place is amazing, we loved living here. The community is clean and the apartments are spacious. Most importantly I would like to mention the lovely Property manager Dawn Miller, who is so helpful and is prompt with all the requests. Also the maintenance team Devon, Mike and Jason does a great job. Sandy is also very helpful with any requests. Over all we had a pretty nice experience and will miss this place.

I havent actually been inside, but I did make an appointment and had it confirmed by the secretary through email. No one ever showed up. When I tried contacting the woman I had been speaking to again, she wouldnt reply anymore. I waited 30 minutes past the time we were supposed to meet and left.I havent heard anything since, but I did find a much better apartment above a house in Lake Orion, so all is well that ends well!

The office is utterly incompetent. Takes over half an hour to respond to an emergency. Maintenance staff however does an incredible job despite all that.

Great place to live. Normal apartment rules, prices good for the area, nice neighborhood. Office and maintenance staff are professional, knowledgeable, and quick responding. Best bang for your buck in the area.

I have lived at Westgate VI Apartments for a little over fours years. During that time, any encounter I have had with Dawn has been positive. If I just stop by the office when I am in to reload my laundry card, Dawn will always take time out of her busy day to ask me how I am and if there is anything she can do for me. The few times I have called the office, they are quick to handle any problems.I am writing today because I am very happy about the resurfacing of the parking lot next to the dumpster across from my carport. It will be so nice this winter not to worry about getting stuck in the ruts the garbage truck causes. Thank you, Dawn, for taking care of that.Up until my moving to Westgate VI, I had always lived in a house. I wasnt sure I would like living in an apartment. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the professionalism and work ethic of Mr. Devon, who is one of the maintenance workers at Westgate VI Apartments in Novi, MI. He arrived quickly after I called and was one of the most courteous people I have interacted with. He took time out of his schedule to explain to me why the A/C broke and why it could potentially happen in the future. I believe he is a shining example of what any new hire should aspire to be.

I lived here for a year back in 2017 I believe? I had a wonderful experience throughout my entire time! If I hadnt been transferred for my job, I most definitely would still be living at this community. The community is very quiet and walking distance from the lake. If I ever need to move back out that way, Im coming straight to this communities office!

I lived here for almost 10 years and have great experience. Great management, great maintenance.Apartment is quite spacious and has big closet spaces. Very nice neighborhood. Safe and clean. If I did not buy the house would not move out from here for another 10 years. Would highly recommend this place!

I wrote a review before about this place. I don’t know what happened. Anyways, I love this place! The community is beautiful, people are friendly, and staff is professional. Highly recommended if you want a management company who considers your needs.
