Pam is literally the face of Beachwalk! She made my experience easy knowledgeable and satisfying. She made sure I had a CLEAR understanding of what to expect and what I would be charged. Pam went into great detail in very little time, and made sure Beachwalk would be the perfect home for me. Pam was very polite over the phone before I even decided to apply. Her friendly approach and professional manner got me off my butt and straight to this place when calling for availability. Very apartment leasing office needs a Pam because she’ll make sure your apartment is a home not just an “apartment” she also explained how the apartment looked in detail before even going to look at it and her words were exactly as what I seen in the place so she’s also trustworthy!

I want to say thank you to Keila ONeal who worked hard to get me situated at Beachwalk. She was professional, efficient and very welcoming. I found her to be an exceptional employee. She is one of the reasons I am excited to move into Beachwalk. She displays a genuine enthusiasm for her job.

Absolutely amazing staff. I was urgently looking for an apartment for relocation and had amazing help and support from Pam and Keila. They were both above and beyond in their level of support. They followed up to email and phone calls immediately and on one occasion, they had contacted me after their office had already closed for the day to verify information and answer questions. Knowing the urgency of my request, they spent their time to walk me through the application process and all documentation to make sure that it would be processed quickly or without errors. Pam and Keila are an asset to this organization. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help through the stressful experience.

Maintenance works very hard all year round. This past winter they made sure salt was on the ground and that the snow was shoveled and that the entire grounds looked clean and welcoming. If I had a problem in my apartment they came quick and fixed what needed. Maintenance works very hard here.

We were moving in from out of state and Pam was very accommodating. She seems to be the manager and she was very through and respectful during the application process. It makes me feel good that the company does take time collecting information and renting to the responsible renters. While Pam was out for vacation, Keila answered all of our questions and took care of us. We had zero issues while renting here. Yard/grass was well-maintained regularly and they cleaned the interior of the hallway/building often. They are always responsive when I called or emailed. There was an issue with flushing in restroom and the handy man came same day and took care of it. If you are thinking of renting in Novi, this is one great place to be. CVS/Starbucks is walking distance.

The handyman and office workers at Beachwalk are great!! Anytime I call the office they immediately put a ticket in and is taken care of same day usually. Pam and the other office worker is very kind on the phone and in person. I’m confident in their ability to execute a plan and fix any problem. Thomas the handyman is very professional and polite and does quality work. He is helpful and kind and goes the extras mile!! I’m satisfied with living at Beachwalk Apartments. I been here over three years now.

I lived at Beachwalk apartments for two years. I just moved out this end of 2019 due to a change in employment that put me off the grid. But Beachwalk has been one of my favorite places to live.In the two years I spent here, I never ran into any issues - and when I did, the team over at the leasing office was super quick to respond. Im super grateful for the people working at Beachwalk for making it such an easy and wonderful place to live.A little about the location: Beachwalk Apartments sits right on the corner of 14 mile and Novi Road - just across the road from a strip mall with a few places to grab sushi, Chinese food, a decent Mexican restaurant (though we discovered two locations across the lake in Wixom that were to die for, and only a 10minute drive), and a Starbucks thats usually not very busy!The apartments have a private beach access area, open to us throughout the year at any time - I met a lot of neighbors here bringing their dogs to the lake, during bonfires and fireworks over Walled Lake, or just to experience that beautiful sunset. Im going to miss the area greatly.The lake itself is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartments, and has a small restaurant on the corner (it changes names pretty often, but its a solid spot for some food and a drink). Not even 10 minutes south of the apartments, down Novi Road, is Twelve Oaks mall and the highway. You really have a bit of everything in the area! I loved taking walks to the parks and walking trails south of Walled Lake during the summer months, and having the shopping district so close made it super easy to find everything I needed.The apartments themselves may be a little old, but I had zero issues with my residency. We were so lucky to have Spectrum as an available Internet Service Provider, and I never had a single problem with my internet service at home. The apartments are roomy and have nice sliding glass doors that look out to the grassy fields between apartment buildings (which were filled with fauna throughout the year - was very lucky to see a family of deer tread through, red-tailed foxes, wild turkeys even!) that bring in a lot of natural light to the space. During my time there, gas and water were included in your lease, so my bill from DTE was generally very reasonable, only having to be charged for electricity (which means air conditioning in the summer months - heat is covered by the lease when it gets cold!)In my circle of friends, my apartment became to go-to place to hang out each week...having so many good places to eat in the area, the beach access for bonfires after work, and some of the sweetest neighbors who never complained when we got rowdy (sorry!), it was hard not to want to be up there! I recommend Beachwalk to any colleague that lives in the area, because it really felt like a little home on the lake. Enjoy the quiet, peaceful winter months, and the fun weekends at the lake during the boat races - thank you Beachwalk for being such a great place to live!

I think the area and units are great. Also the emergency hot line responds quickly and address issues promptly. Management is always available for help.

As usual the staff at Beachwalk Apartments are the greatest. I have lived here for almost 12 years . The grounds and buildings are well maintained and requests are handled in a timely fashion. Thank you Pam, Tom, Tim, Jeff and Rhonda.

I absolutely love living in Beachwalk Apartments!! The location cant be beat, the staff is so friendly and on top of everything, the amenities are great, and all in all it just feels like such a safe environment! Definitely dont plan on moving anywhere else in the near future!

I have been at Beachwalk for nearly 10 years and I stay primarily because of the staff. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, management deals with it quickly and directly. They always accommodate me as I keep unusual hours because of my job. The grounds are kept in pristine order. Their workout facility is open at any hour for use. The pool is well maintained throughout the Summer. Most importantly, the rent is cost effective. Beachwalk is a great choice for a busy professional or small family looking for a place to hang their hat.

We lived at Beachwalk for a year and loved it at first. The ledies who work in the office are absolutely amazing and super friendly. The apartment wasnt anything special, although it had a nice walk in closet and big bathroom. The walla are extremely thin, we would wake up to our upstairs neighbors just walking around. The fridge in our apartment was a small apartment size fridge and the bottom shelf was broken when we moved in, even after telling management they never came and fixed it. They said the apartment was cleaned before we moved in, yet everything was absolutely gross. The vents had built up dust, the cabinets were gross, the bathroom floor hadnt been cleaned. We had multiple maintenance issues while there. The faucet in the shower would get stuck and would fill up the tub even though it was set to shower mode. We had maintenance out 2 times to fix it and it still didnt get fixed properly. We moved in during fall and the HVAC system worked awesome, by summer time we had bills of over $100 a month to run the air-conditioning. Again we asked maintenance to come check it out and after a few minutes they said the system looked good and nothing was wrong but again not fixed. It was common for the system to run all day/night and never get to where it was set(which was in the 70s). They also only have 1 washer and dryer per 8 apartments. We had multiple experiences where our neighbors forgot laundry for most of the day or the washer/dryer were broken. When we moved in rent was $995(with cat fee) when we were moving out it had gone up to $995ish without the cat fee. In my opinion that apartment isnt worth that amount. The location is nice but thats about it.

I have lived her for almost three years and have enjoyed every moment. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is very personable and friendly. Any maintenance needs are attended to quickly.I love the community and our private beach!Consider myself blessed to have the opportunity to live here!

I have lived here for about a year and a half and it is a wonderful place to live. The pool is new and they are very speedy when you call in a work order. It is a perfect walk to pavilion park from here. There is also a private Beachwalk residents only beach area on walled lake. I have no complaints.

I have lived here at Beachwalk for over 4 years. I truly love it here. I moved here after my divorce. I was hurt and wanted a place to rebuild myself. I found long walks by the lake and early workouts to be the perfect therapy. The guys that work here are super friendly, esp Tom, hes always professional but still have time to share a kind word. The ladies who run the office keep things moving like clockwork, esp Pam, shes been a pleasure to do business with. I have really enjoyed my time here, it was just what and where I needed.

I’ve been here about a year now. The staff is great. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood. Apartments are...decent. They look great and are updated BUT you can literally hear everything in the apartment next to you and if you stay on the first floor, good luck because you will hear EVERYTHING above. Floors creak extremely loud even when the person above you is just walking. It’s to the point that I’m woken up out of my sleep just about every morning when the people above me get up and start walking. My heat went out almost every two or three weeks in the winter which was frustrating. So apartments are ok but they definitely have their flaws.

I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to rent in the Novi area. The office staff was always helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner. Great location, very convenient!

I have lived at Beachwalk for 7+ years. At my recent renewal, management offered to install new luxury laminate flooring in the entire apartment except the bedrooms. Of course I accepted, and the manager sent me 2 different flooring colors to choose from. Getting my apartment ready was difficult, but the installation process was so smooth. I left my apartment at 8:30 on a Friday and when I returned home at 5:30 the floors were done. They did a great job, the floors are gorgeous, and this flooring will really help with controlling my allergies. I couldnt be happier that Beachwalk offered me this option. Typically a large company doesnt offer a long-term tenant something so nice.

This is my second time living at beachwalk and I couldn’t be happier. Pam in the leasing office is so personable and understanding. She has been great to my son and I. Tom in maintenance is super quick and so friendly! He really does his best to look out for us and make sure our apartment is perfect at all times. Im very thankful for these two and all their hard work.

Loved this apartment. Staff is great. The maintenance team is quick to respond. Right next the lake and good path to run on. My only problem is shared laundry for 8 units, not bad but still.

I have lived at no fewer than eight different apartment complexes in and around Metro Detroit. I have lived at Beachwalk Apartments for going on 3 years, and it is the BEST - hands down. It is very peace and quiet-like and the neighbors are very friendly. The ground are well maintained during all seasons and just as importantly, communication is always good between residents and front office. Speaking of, there have been a few times I have needed some assistance from the front office (locked out of Apt, needed something mailed out FAST) and they always are glad to help.I highly recommend that this place is worth at least checking out if you are looking for a high quality, affordable place to live.

Pam is a great manager! She is always on top of things. Her customer service and friendliness are outstanding.

Staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly! I love the location next to the lake and that I can store my kayak for free right by the water. I am friends with many of my neighbors and everyone gets along pretty well here. Rent is normal price for the location and amenities.

Great place to live. Quiet complex, good management, affordable and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This place is well located close to shopping, walled lake and restaurants.My personal experience with the administration staff was excellent and very supportive.

Worst maintenance. There will be minimum of 8 to 10 days in a month where heater does not work in winter. No heater in entire house, no hot water. There will be sewage clogged for many days In a month. Apartments having 1 bathroom should suffer when this happens. Everytime this happens we need to call maintenance guys. They show up when they like. I would never recommend these apartments.

Prices are good and so is the location. If you are on the bottom floor you can hear everything above you. If people play the radio loud you can hear it. My unit smelled like a dispensary. Lake access was a plus.

Since living at Beachwalk apartments, I have been very happy. Ive been here almost two years and Ive never had a problem. All of my appliances are up to date. The maintenance is very responsive. If I email them about a problem in the morning, its fixed by the time I get home the same day. I recommend Beachwalk apartments.

Terrible maintenance. Management is a joy when you want to rent from them but once you move in forget ever trying to communicate on any level with them. Extremely rude. Most of the time Pam has no idea what shes talking about. Was tricked into signing a new 12month lease with out being told. Currently at court with them.... watch out for bedbugs and cockroaches as well...... overall stay away

Extremely flimsy apartment and old. One day bathroom ceiling over the bath tub start leaking and took weeks to fix. It was ok when rates were low but now it is not recommended. Management is not trustworthy. Good thing is its location in novi and walking distance to lake.

Accessibility to the beach, location and serene atmosphere and affordability makes this apartment a great option .
