They were nice and she did a good job on the design. The only complaint I would have is not all of my nails were the same length, and she didn’t ask what shape I wanted. But they still turned out really well.

Im amazed that a small businesses in todays service industry can manage to keep their doors open when they are rude and treat new clients as if they are doing them a favor and not interested in their return business or their business at all, really.

This was the absolute worst manicure I have ever had. I got a full set a few weeks back. Came back 2 weeks later for a fill. I had a wedding the next day and was leaving for vacation the day after that. So it was pretty important that I was happy with my nails. I paid $55 for my full set; pretty normal/average price. I came in for the fill with a nail tech whom I will not name 2 weeks later. BUT I found out that it was the same nail tech my roommate had an issue with! (I just moved to Deerfield and was hoping this would be my new nail place, it’s definitely lost it’s chances with that). When I tell you this was the worst nail experience of my life, I am not exaggerating. Forget the fact that she tried charging me $10 more for the fill** than the actually original full set…. Their color selection was lacking and I told her that I want a light pink. When she put an obnoxious hot pink color on my nail and I told her no, she acted ANNOYED with me and took it off. She was extremely condescending and absolutely horrible. I showed her a picture of some light pink nails for reference. She ended up picking a color and putting it on my nails. I mentioned that I think the color is too white. She said to trust her that that the color was going to get more pink as she put more layers. I trusted her. Big mistake. When I tell you this was the worst manicure of my life, I mean it. This rating is only get 2 stars because the owner did my nails originally for the full set and I was satisfied with it. I was upset that the fill was going to cost more than the original full set. That is absolutely ridiculous. Never heard of that in my life. After she took off the nail polish from my original full set, she drops the bomb on me that this fill was going to cost $65 dollars!!! At this point I’m too far deep and can’t go back. Very upset but I let her keep going. She continues to put a color on my nails that I did not agree to. A few layers later and I absolutely despised my nails. The acrylic was raised to a level that made it seem extremely unnatural. I was very unhappy with the color. And above all else, the attitude I got from this technician was literally unbearable. She was so condescending I wish I had a video to share with you all. When I described the experience to my roommate, she was like “omg, what it ….?”. I said yes. We had the same GOD awful technician and I will absolutely never go back here again. We bonded over our horrible experience and realized that she treated us the same way. Very condescending. Acted like she was above us.Although I had an EXTREMELY busy & packed day, I literally made an appointment with my old nail technician over an hour away to get my nails fixed THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER MY APPOINTMENT WITH 321- because I was THAT unhappy with my experience. I told this technician that I was in the market for a new nail place since I just moved to Deerfield. I was hoping it would be 321. She urged me to look at other places around there to compare because she was so confident and arrogant. Do not come here.. unless they fire this sorry excuse for a nail tech, you are taking th chance that you will have the worst nail experience of your life.

I would give zero stars if I could, we have been to this salon as well as the wheeling g location many times. Well today I brought my 89 year old mother to get a pedicure while I got Dip, her technician would not even help her take her shoes and socks off even after she asked her for help, she told her “ you do it”!!!!! The excuse was she doesn’t speak English, no apology no nothing, needless to say we left and got nothing done, went down the street to another salon and got treated totally differentl.

I loved my nails, there were some mess ups but anytime I brought it up the nail tech adjusted without seeming inconvenienced which is comforting. the people there are so sweet and welcoming. I don’t really have any complaints from my experience with them.

Its not hard to have good customer service. A little kindess and courtesy goes a long way.This place is unprofessional and I would never get my nails done here.

Went in for a full set. Asked for a coffin shape was given a square shape which is fine no big deal asked for a no chip and my nails started chipping the next day. I work an office job so definitely was not work related. As well as what was put on my actual nail is the cheapest material. Don’t recommend very disappointed and for what they charge they should offer better quality.

I waited 45 mins. They served other people who came later than me. I still waited but no service. They didnt even apologize. Terrible service. I will never go back.

Joe is amazing! I was looking for a new nail salon to turn it into my go-to spot and I decided to give this one a try... well I am so happy I went with my instincts. this place is great. Such a pretty nail salon. The girl at the desk was very helpful. she offered to help me pick a color. And joe was just great. He recognizes his clients when he sees them and calls them by name and that to me is very important.

Rude and will never go again.

I love this salon! It is very clean. We were some of their first customers. My daughter got her nails done for her graduation and they were amazing. I can’t recommend this nail salon enough. Great work! Great prices!

I made an appointment at the salon for 3 o’clock today when I got there I ended up having to wait 30 minutes before somebody took care of me, they’re very unorganized . After I asked twice if Someone is going to take care of me I finally got the NEW GIRL, who proceeded to give me my pedicure and then cut my foot with the cheese grater. When I show the owner my foot and where she cut it all he said was oh. I asked the girl to design a flower on my nail for me and she said she didn’t know how. The owner was so busy moving things around that he neglected his customer service skills and it’s such a shame

Halan is the best she does a beautiful job on nails . Hard working and very creative . Joe is a great manager and a great listener and open to ideas ! I enjoy coming here to relax and unwind

I have been a loyal customer for five years and they have slowly gone from average to way under in their attitude toward their customers, the owner, Joe is as bad as his employeesI have had all different nail and pedicure services done and nothing they do is above the average but my major problem is with the attitudes of the staff. I recently tried the no chip manicure which worked ok the first time I had it done, but the next time the nails were to be done the nails were soaked in remover and covered in tin foil, after which the girl scraped off a good portion of my nails, which had finally grown back after years of abuse from gelsI finally had my nails good and strong, getting manicures weekly and they were looking beautiful although the polish chipped off after 2 days. Now since the abusive way they remove the old non chip polish my nails have gotten weak again and are bending, causing a crack in them. I I went in for the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks to have the cracked nails re-polished and joe told me it was my fault because my nails were week and one of his snotty employed chimed in and told him that I had them done 2 weeks ago. She was wrong as before I went in I checked my receipt and it was less than 2 weeks. She kept arguing with me but it was non of her business as she didn’t do my nails. Joe reluctantly took off my polished and shoved me off to another employee who finished with me although she had another client at the same time.I can spend my money in at least 10 shops that are close to me. I will never give this shop any more business.They are extremely rude, disrespectful and definitely unappreciative if the customers they have. I feel like I have been treated like garbage and I don’t want to give them any more business.If you don’t mind being abused verbally in a place that does a luxury business be my guest and go there but it won’t be long before they revert to their usual style

I have been a customer since they opened. They have recently moved to a new location and the store is beautiful, clean and very spa like. The staff is very friendly. The quality of the work is great and the price is fantastic.

Made first time appointment for mani/pedi. When I walked in (at my scheduled time), I told a man (who I later learned was the manager) that I had an appointment. He told me to pick my colors. I chose my colors and was ignored. After waiting fifteen minutes, I asked a woman what was going on and told her I had an appointment and nobody had acknowledged me. She told me to talk to the man because he is the manager. A customer sitting at a chair across from me, overheard me and asked me if this was my first time. I said yes. She said “me too” and proceeded to tell me that she had to wait 25 minutes after her appointment time and that she was ignored as well. At that point, I walked out towards the door and the man says to me “you can’t wait another 5 minutes?” I told him I was ignored and it was bad business to keep me waiting without acknowledging me. he said “ok, thank you”. I left and will not be back.

My Nails looked terrible after seeing one of their technicians! Too much powder, very wide at the end, not natural looking at all! Honestly all the salons in the area have this issue!!! Luck of taste from the nail technicians for sure!!!!!!I can’t recommend this place! They all should take additional classes on anatomy of the nails!

The service ws not great, i had much better manicure for same price. They were rude about tip being cash only and made me go outside in the cold to get cash to pay for the whole thing instead of just putting it on the card. They inconvenience their customers to avoid paying tax. Never coming back

Joe and his team are great. Everything is clean and they have a lot of options for colors and designs. Shop is beautiful.
