I would not recommend this place for acrylic nails. It was my first time getting nails, so I decided to go all out and get the acrylic no chip for 50$. The ladies were very nice, and everything went smoothly until she finished. I noticed more than one nail was crooked, and later that night a few of my nails already started to chip. The top of all my nails were very bumpy and wasnt smooth at all. Other than that, everything seemed clean and everyone was friendly.

First time at this salon and so far Im very impressed with the service! I had acrylic no chip nails done - cats eye (see pictures). The staff are very warm, welcoming and friendly. Tina did an incredible job with my nails! Shes very passionate about her work and it shows!!! She truly cares and goes the extra mile to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I am so thrilled that I gave this salon a try. Definitely pay them a visit, you wont be disappointed!

I am very disappointed at this place because i thought i had found my nail place, so i went there on Friday 08/20/21 3:30 and walked in and asked for a pedicure and a fill in.. they agreed to my service i had asked for a specific nail technician table #3 they asked me to choose a color and have a seat ( pedicure) as im getting my pedicure the lady in table #1 and #3 said i am sorry we wont be able to do your nails Im like what why? she is leaving and i have an appointment at 5 it was 4:15 i said you agreed to do my nails they said we are sorry they asked if i could come the following day and i said i couldnt, made me get up as my toes still fresh not even dry paid and leave.. they didnt even bother try to ask me to stay even when i told them they had lost a new client... never again coming here....

Back when I lived in the area I had my nails done here quite a bit, never with an issue. Last Friday I went to get a no chip. Not only did it take longer than it should have the gentleman messed up multiple nails. He pushed my hand further in the dryer which smudged my thumb (and then put two coats over it instead of fixing it) then he smudged my pinky and didnt even fix it.. just added more layers. My friend who went with me, hers chipped after 4 days and mine just is chipping and peeling. Not sure what happened to this place but never returning. If you are thinking of going here, dont!!*****Edit- my friends pinky is infected. Beware!!

I have stepped into this salon 7 years ago when moved to Chicago. I’ve tried other places to compare, but has been back as I have found this place the best for me. I have very soft nails and no other place could do a good job to keep my nails looking good for 2-3 weeks. Tina and Cindy had listened and came up with the product that works great! I have met a woman who moved to Evanston, but came back in a few months, as she also thinks you can’t beat that place.I found this place always busy, during the week or weekend hours, the place is always crowded. Tina is the most friendly person who runs this place and she always will accommodate and get a spot for you, even when you didn’t call ahead.It is clean, feels like a family place. Tina seem to know all the families, mothers, daughter, and fathers. One thing that surprises me most, is the number of husbands who would do pedicure along with their wives.I would definitely recommend this place for good quality and excellent service.

This evening, I received my best EVER manicure and pedicure from Concept Nail Spa. Truthfully, from a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I rate my experience a 10!!!! Ishared with Tina that I wanted my nails to look natural. In the past, most nail salons I frequented did the nail extensions overlayed with powder to do my French manicure. Tina meticulously painted my nails in French manicure style all with powder. My nails look so natural and are not as thick as they are with extensions. The spa is super clean and the customer service is excellent! Highly recommend that you try this place! You would keep coming back! Thanks Tina for a great experience! I will be back!

They do not do airbrush, or any basic designs. Just solid colors or basic French. If you are looking for more, this is not the place.
