I have been looking for my new go-to salon ever since I moved to the area. After being disappointed by a couple of other salons over the last few months, I walked out of Nail Art Studio feeling excited that I found a home base for my nails! Agi is a master of her craft-- my dip nails came out flawless. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and welcoming. They answered my questions and patiently explained things to me as a new customer. I cant wait to return!

I had been going to nail art studio for over 4 years. Have always been happy to pay extra for dip plus shaping $47.00 + $12.00 tip. Owner David decided I should pay another $5.00 because they now block out 1 1/2 hours to remove dip and do dip manicure, $52.00! Everyone else pays the dip price, not an hourly rate! He tried to gouge me and complained In front of other customers.

Worst unprofessional experience! I made an appointment well in advance and when I got there and told them what I wanted to get done and turns out they didn’t have the person who does acrylic nails !! What kind of nail salons does not have staff that can do acrylic nails, mind you the owner Dave who did not acknowledge me or even apologized for the inconvenience and just gave me a dirty look 😠 at the end I had to pay more to get dip which is more expensive and my fresh pedicure was horrible. They give a lot of false information I I could give them zero stars I would

I arrived 3 minutes later and the attention was so bad. I wanted to be happy to do my hands and feet. and I was very stressed. they were very bad for others. I will never go back.

I had my appointment scheduled for today, April 9th, 5.30 pm, which I had booked online as usual. As I was leaving for my appointment, I received an email saying that my appointment was canceled. I immediately called the salon and told the receptionist about what happened. She explained to me that they’d tried calling and texting me to confirm my appointment, but I wasn’t responding and they had to cancel my appointment. I didn’t receive any calls or messages from them, so I asked the receptionist to confirm the phone number, and turned out they were calling the wrong number.I asked her if she could put my appointment back on the schedule, she said no, it had already been taken by someone else. Then I asked if she could cancel that appointment and have me come in instead (which I think is fair as it was their mistake), and she refused.Just lost a long term client due to an honest mistake that could’ve easily been handled.

They are actually good at applying dip nail polish but the prep to getting dip is my biggest problem. They dry cut cuticles and it’s painful! Even after asking them several times to soak cuticles and to please cut them prior to dip they do not! They make some excuse and continue dry cutting after and every time I leave I have cuts and it’s painful. Also when they dry cut they leave so much behind! I’m not one to write a bad review, but I asked themso many times but it never gets resolved. Will not be coming back.

Nail Art Studio was near my hotel. It was neat, clean and had absolutely no smell of chemicals.Since I dont need time for polish, I asked for a longer massage and was disappointed when it didnt happen and that they only apply cream to the hand and lower arm. Other than that I was very satisfied.

This was my first appointment at this nail studio and I love my nails! Also, I got my first dip nails and they look so natural. Leo did a fantastic job. I came in with terribly uneven nails and he got the natural shape I wanted. The dip nail color I got is 105 ballet slippers (I think that’s the name)

I have always been hesitant about getting my nails done because of previous experiences with other salons. But Nail Art Studio changed that for me, and I will be coming back because of how warm and welcome the staff were. Not to mention the absolute beautiful work that was done on my nails. The price for a pedicure and manicure with dip acrylics was $80! That is absolutely insane, as I’ve paid $150 for the same thing elsewhere. They were clean, knowledgeable, and David has a good eye for color (and cars). I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

In case you missed it in other reviews, Leo is the best! Im certain the other techs are great too, but I havent strayed from Leo cause why ruin a good thing? I got a solid 3 weeks before needing to be re-dipped. pricing is not different from other salons and they always offer something to drink when you check in. You can write your tip on the cc receipt and make your appointment online which I LURVE!

Hands down the best place Ive had my nails done at. I never leave disappointed and I always get compliments. Sara and Angie are the nail techs that I see and they both do beautiful work. Very professional and clean place, I highly recommend coming here!

I went here for the first time a few days ago and i still cant get over how much i love my dip manicure. I am struggling to find the words for how pleased i am with Davids work. I made an appointment with him after seeing so many positive reviews about him specifically and my expectations were surpassed! Not only is the craftsmanship A+ but the salon environment is fun, clean and relaxing. All of the employees there were fun to be around- you can tell they actually like each other and it makes a difference. Their color selection is also phenomenal and their staff is hands on and knowledgeable when it comes to finding what youre looking for. I cant say enough good things about this place. Just do yourself a favor and go!! You will not regret it! And DEFINITELY make an appointment beforehand.

This salon was so accommodating to me at 7:15 on a Friday evening. They fixed a poor job by another salon and even re-did my pedicure (polish change) that was poorly done when I asked them if they could fix a chipped nail. I will be a new customer here from now on!

They were clean before and meticulous after covid. I feel safe and always happy with the service here.

Went for my first time on Saturday I had an appointment wit Sara. She was absolutely the best, it was my first dip set and she helped me learn a little about the difference between dip and acrylic and I will never go back to acrylic after she slayed my dip set! My unicorn pedicure has my feet feeling so soft and amazing and I am absolutely in love with my marble dip manicure! I will absolutely be going here from now on! Thanks Sara!

I have gotten my nails done by Tiffany and Sara here. They are both incredibly talented, and have given me beautiful nails. Very nice, and clean salon. The ladies at the front are also really friendly. I will be a returning customer now.

Sara is amazing, never have i ever been happy with a pedicure until now. I have visited many places but Im extremely picky about how my nails look and being a perfectionist myself i was looking for same in my nail tech. Nail art studio has very professional staff and the employees are all well trained in what they do.I found my perfect nail tech in Sara .

Went to Sara for acrylics and I was so impressed with her work. She was very meticulous and focused on the shaping and length of the acrylics. Ive gotten so many compliments from people saying that they look natural. As someone who paints my own nails, the bar is set pretty high, but Sara exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend going to her for acrylics!

Best dip manicures out there! Super professional and friendly staff. Definitely recommend to everyone. Keep in mind it is best to make appointments, but they make it super simple to make them online through their website.

Checked out this salon after my friend recommended it to me. From the outside very unassuming, but it’s very nice on the inside. The people are very friendly. I got the dip manicure that everybody was raving about. A little thicker than what i usually get from the no chip. But it’s working really well so far. Still very shiny. Overall I’m going to be back and will probably make this place my go to salon.

I was a walk in customer but I did called ahead and asked if they could take me in and they were super nice to do so. First time being there and I honestly couldnt of had such an incredible experienced. Everyone was super nice, the receptionist, my nail tech Dave, the rest of the nails techs. The environment overall was fantastic, they make sure you feel right in place and conformable and offer snacks and drinks. I went for a broken nail 2 weeks after and they still gave me the same experience I first had. Plus they put a picture of nails on their website! Going back again soon. They do an overall nice job and they are willing to accommodate you. Really nice and wide color selection. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because they’re shady when it comes to pricing. Their website pricing is inaccurate. They charge much higher than posted, so don’t let these prices lure you in under false pretenses. Then they will quote you one price at the receptionist desk (even after I showed them a photo of exactly what I wanted, length shape color and everything) and then your nail technician will tack on charges as they see fit. I was told half through them working on my nails, after they already shaped them that they charged $5 extra for coffin nail shape (which is completely ridiculous and unheard of) $5 extra for matte gel top coat (as opposed to shiny? Literally no different in price at any salon I’ve been to) and $5 extra for length (I understand this due to the extra product but they aren’t exceptionally long I don’t have cardi B nails). All this after I showed the nail tech and the receptionist a photo. These prices were obviously just made up. $5 here and there for any subjective minor inconvenience perceived by the nail tech can add up quickly. By this point they’re already doing your nails so it’s hard to refuse their suddenly changed subjective pricing. Super shady tactic in my opinion. And a deal breaker for me. Just be up front about your pricing. Don’t scam people and change your pricing halfway through the process to take advantage of customers. I felt like I was being duped. That’s not how you run an honest business.

For a long time I was hopping around to different Nail Salons and settling with overpriced mediocre nails. I have been going here for about 6 months to get my nails done and it is salon is the only salon that has been consistent in their work. It is a great clean environment and the management as well as the technicians are always polite! 100% would recommend and if you are apart of the loyalty program you get a few dollars off!

Today was my second time at Nail Art Studio. About a month ago I did a dip powder manicure, and wow was I shocked to find that it lasted me the full 4 weeks. No chips, cracks, lifting NOTHING. My dip powder usually lasted about 2 weeks before it started lifting from other salons. The staff is beyond professional and nice! They make sure you are comfortable and most importantly are exact about their work! I love that they also have awesome deals going on too - keeps me coming back!

They have a great color selection. The check in area is small and in the immediate vicinity of the nail polish wall and the no chip color selection. The parking, although a private lot, has quite a number of designated spots for other stores only. I booked two services and the website listed pricing and made mention of a first time customer promo to ask about. So, my toes looked good, until I got home and realized they missed the edges on the front, which should be polished and it was hit and miss plus the color was dark, making it noticeable. I had a full set of acrylics w a no chip. Since the sample colors were put on clear nails, it was difficult to judge opacity. I was finished in exactly the designated time for my services. The person that did my acrylics was nice and conversational throughout my service, but when finished, said, your set, stood up and walked away seemingly annoyed, and focused on the next client. It seemed impersonal and cold knowing you are working with a first time client looking for a new salon since their regular one is not close by (job change). Check out was highly frustrating since the woman was not friendly, the prices were higher than shown on their site, and when I asked about the new client discount, was told they dont offer it anymore and the site is wrong. Great, well its advertised, the prices are advertised, and I did not expect to pay just under $90 for basic services including 20% tip. I am looking for a permanent place that is clean and reasonable. They are very clean, so that is a major plus.. its immaculate. Service is lacking, please update your website, and if you value growth and new client retention, get someone with a service oriented personality that can multitask, to work up front. I was not asked if I wanted to book my next appointment, so I didnt. I believe the owner was there and was very friendly, and did waive an upcharge she was insisting on for whit tip vs. clear tips. I may try them again and get a different tech. I am on the fence since my first impression is not great overall. This place had high reviews on Yelp. I may just have to go to the city and go to my regular place. Its inconvenient, but worth it.

My guy was very friendly and his work was good. However I didnt like how the polishes that were supposed to be matching for hands and feet werent actually matching and that some of the samples of the colors are for some reason not true to what it actually looks like.

Pretty decent for small town salon but my nail broke the same day and another one is about break because the acrylic is too thin. And I didnt have time to go get it fixed

Went to Nail Art Studio today for the first time. I normally go to another nail salon in Wheeling. However, I wanted to try Nail Art because Ive heard and read good reviews. Unfortunately, our experience wasnt as great. I also took my mom with me to try and do something nice for her and because we have a family even tomorrow and it was a complete fail. The individual who did her nails chose the wrong color. My mom doesnt speak English very well and it can be hard for her to communicate. When she noticed the person (I believe the person she worked with is Bill. Thats the name on the email confirmation) was not using the correct color she pointed it out to him and asked him if he was sure it was the color and number she chose, he said yes. He even got up to check and came back and confirmed it was the number my mom had requested. I wasnt near her and she couldnt look to me for help so she went with it. Turned out it was wrong. She was also not happy with his service. He didnt do any kind of maintenance on her nails like taking care of her cuticles. They did provide a gift card for the next service to be free of charge, therefore, I was appreciative of the gesture and pleased with the fact that they tried to do something to remedy the mistake. However, shes not sure she wants to go back. I also noticed other customers were offered drinks, we werent offered anything. I was also not told Ombre was an additional charge. Leo did a good job on my nails, I was satisfied with his work and definitely give him 5 stars. I will continue to go to my original nail salon and if I come back here I will specifically ask for Leo. I understand it was an honest mistake and hope that if I go back, we have a better experience.

I’ll start off by saying that this place is not all bad. It’s clean and the owner is really sweet but the nail tech that I had just did a really poor job. I went in for an acrylic fill and i didn’t get my cuticles cleaned up. I asked for a coffin shape with sharp edges and some turned out more almond and the others more rectangular. She also just laid the acrylic powder over the powder that was peeling so now there are air bubbles in between my nail and it didn’t not last more than a week before the edges started peeling. I’m really upset about it bc it was my first time trying a new place and I heard good things about the dip manicure hear but overall not a good experience.

Excellent service everytime. I stumbled upon them some time last year and have been a repeated customer. I mean every time Kailyn brings my pinterest pictures to life, everything from helping me pick the colors, to her adding a little twist and making it unique. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I am going to have to split my visits between their two locations lol!! Be sure to check them out!
