Steer clear! After waiting 25 minutes I was asked to leave and come back later because everyone was too busy and they didn’t wanna “keep me waiting.” Would have been nice to have been told this earlier! I went to La Vie Nails and was taken care of right away. Very unprofessional place.

I got my nails filled with no chip polish for $35 LAST NIGHT, and they were too thick. I came back in today just to have them filed down a little, and instead of going through the hundred+ colors to find the EXACT color I had from last night, I just chose another one. They waited until I was LEAVING to tell me it was $25 to change the color! $25?! Just a FILL is only $35, and its $25 for a different COLOR!? Absurd. Very sad because I really liked the people here but I PROMISE I will NEVER return, nor will my co-workers who now know what has happened, as well.

Best place to get your nails done. And if your a dude who hasnt done it before they make it chill. Just had my first pedi done and it was awesome.

This is a small nail salon - definitely not one of those spas that pampers and caters to every client. They are quick, polite, fairly priced, and do a great job. They do take walk-ins, but you run this risk of a long wait if its a busy day or time. Making an appt is advised, or just call ahead to see how long the wait is. Ive been a customer at this and their Deerfield location (by the Sec of State office) for 15 years and have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. If you have a no-chip manicure, its up to YOU to remember the color number!

I have made two appointments at the salon in the past month and each time I walked in was not acknowledged and waited twenty minutes past my appointment time without acknowledgement nor apology. No recognition nor reassurance that they even cared about me as a person. I’ll never go back

Called at 2:15 to make an appointment. I asked for 2:30. They said 2:45. Since I went last week after a recommendation from a Friend. We drove from Highwood to make our 2:45 appointment. We sat for 14 minutes to no conversation from anyone. 2 others walked in with same appointment time. They too were ignored.We said we were leaving. They never apologized etc. My nail needed repair as well. Very dissapointed. Will not go back. They didnt seem to care😞
