Do not recommend coming here when there are so many better options like Tres Bien or Rock Star Nails in the area. Second time my wife went here and was very disappointed. She decided to take my daughter also as a treat and they were 20 minutes late and rushed through my daughters nail painting. On top of that they asked for an additional $5 to paint some flowers on her fingers after they told us they would do it at the base price.

I was really excited to try this place because it looked very clean, and I am new to the area trying to find a nail salon I can keep coming back to. Unfortunately my customer service experience was bad, and it felt like it was night and day from how they treated other customers. I feel they pick and choose how they treat customers and I see another review that says the same. I was treated very differently from their white customers. Before I got service she emphasized loudly that I had to keep my mask on the entire time which of coarse I had no plan to take it off so I’m not sure why she felt the need to tell me that. I was also the only customer told that. When I was checking out before I could even get a chance to give it -a tip was demanded “you’re going to give a tip right “ - which I think is very rude to demand as well. Especially since they had messed up my nails and gave me one color on one hand and a different color on a different hand. I will not be back after the rude experience I had. The two stars In giving is because the salon itself is nice, very clean and nicely decorated but the customer experience was horrible. But you should treat everyone nicely with respect, not just your old customers! And give people a chance to tip without demanding it.

I called for a dip service after seeing on their website, they confirm. I get there, they say they don’t offer dip service and are also very rude.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived all over the US and the world. Clean, efficient, incredible attention to detail. Longest lasting no chip...normally lasts 4 days for my weak brittle nails but lasts 2 weeks here...!!!!

First time I tried Green Nails Lab . They use organic products which I like . I received Great service from my technician . All clean, disposable file and buff . Complimentary coffee, green tea, bottle water and Diet Coke . They have organic nail polish. I tried them so far so good . No chipping after cooking n swimming .Im happy with my nails and service. Must try place .

I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the rude costumer service received by the owner! Also she started my friends pedicure and then left her hanging because “ an old costumer requested her right then” 1.thats rude 2.we had an apt that person was a walk in! Besides her rude self, i love the other girls! They r Very sweet . Her not so much!
