This was the first time I ever got my lashes done, Thi did an amazing job she made me very comfortable and it was honestly one of the most relaxing beauty appointment ever had totally worth it

I have been going to Lush Nail Lounge since they opened and love it there! I couldnt imagine getting my nails done anywhere else. Super clean and well run. I would highly recommend.

After going to this salon for months, I will not be going back until they get their act together. Ive been noticing over the past couple months that they get very lazy when it comes to performing services for returning customers. I went to the salon today to get my acrylics taken off, simple as that. What shouldve been a 30-minute appointment, 45 at most, took over an hour. I understand yall are understaffed because of COVID and I am very sympathetic to that as I used to work in the service industry, but no one customer, returning or new, is any more or less important than the next. I find it WILDLY unprofessional, not to mention inconsiderate, that my service provider would leave me with my nails soaking in acetone for 45 minutes while she takes another pedicure. To add insult to injury, she didnt even apologize after she finally came back to work on my nails. Lush Nail Lounge, do better.

I enjoy going here. Recently I had made an appointment with a certain nail tech and arrived at my appointment and had someone completely different. I was not happy with her work at all. Seems like a hit or miss

I have been getting my nails done here for 4 years. Thi is amazing!!! The salon is super clean. The technicians are extremely nice and very knowledgeable about all nail coloring options. They are also very creative! I find it to be a very safe and comfortable environment with numerous safety precautions in place for these crazy times! Hands-down the best salon in town!

Highly recommend their services. Ive received nail services from almost all of the techs. Theyre all skilled, neat, meticulous and accommodating. The place is q-tip clean and has a warm welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and parking at the center is super easy.

I love this nail Salon. It is a great atmosphere! All the workers are extremely nice And accommodating. I enjoy the “girl/mom” talk as I’m getting my nails done. The Salon is clean, well kept and organized. The salon is kid friendly.I’m so happy I found this Gem in Northboro!

Went here for the first time on a Friday at 5:30 and had Shayla for a dip manicure & removal. I got there 15 minutes early and was taken almost immediately. Shayla did a really great job and would absolutely go back to see her.You can pay cash or card, you can also tip on your card which isnt common. I’ve been seeing Linda for my dip nails for about a year now & absolutely love her. 10/10 recommend! I also love that you can book online

Had my nail broken from another nail salon job and Lush took care of it ad some glitter too. And you know i didn’t even paid for that.... they were pro nice sweet quick and really patient. I talked about it to my all family and friends around that area. Will definitely come again on my next visit. Thank you from Paris with love!

Have been numerous times. Sometimes by myself, with my mother, and boyfriend. So very clean, and the staff is incomparable. Would recommend this place over anywhere in the area. The only downside, is generally need an appointment. So plan a little bit ahead.

Bright, open salon with a full range of nail services. Staff is young and friendly. For regular manicures they use OPI polish and have the most current colors. Reasonably priced and easy to get an appointment.

Thi did an amazing job with my liquid gel nails. I went in to try silk nails, but she went over my options with me and I decided to try liquid gel. She answered all my questions and the manicure was amazing! Ill definitely go back.

This was the worst experience I have had with the services. I had to go here because I was visiting Northboro and this place was close by however my nail paint didnt even last for 5 days and they did a terrible job on my toes.. no difference at all after the pedicure.

I have been going to Thi for years! She is THE best nail tech I have ever had. Now that she has her own place the experience has just gone to another level! Bright, clean, professional and customer friendly!

Less than a week later 3 of my nails are broken and chipped. They look like they were done 3 weeks ago, they are so grown out cause they were not dipped right to my cuticle. They were filed down so much on the top and the underside of my nail tips they are paper thin. They were so beautifully grown out and now my nails are ruined.

Great and friendly nail salon. Everything looked clean, they take too on card, and they mentioned you can book online. They offer drinks and cookies while you wait .They didnt rush me either. I would definitely come again. The only thing is my nail tech used a gel polish on me for a rwgulre manicure. I did mention it to her but she said it was regular...it wasnt because it came off and started peeling a few hours after my Mani.

After going to this salon for several years, I will not be returning. They get very lazy with returning clients, and put in very minimal effort once they get comfortable with you. I went in for my appointment with a cracked nail and informed my nail tech of this. Rather than remove the nail to replace it, or even totally file off the cracked portion, she just put more gel over it and called it a day. Anyone who does nails at all knows that the crack will just continue up through the new layer of gel placed on top. Due to this, my nail cracked later that day once again. I called back the following day to have it repaired properly, and was told to come back later that evening. When I returned, I was ignored upon entering the salon. I stood waiting while there were people working and moving around me. They looked up and saw me enter the building, but didnt say anything or acknowledge me in any way. After standing and not being greeted or even paid attention to for a solid 5 minutes, I turned around and left. Once I got home, I called the salon and asked why I was told to come back when there was apparently no one available to help me. I was told oh, im sorry, I was in the back, and she said she saw you when you came in... can you come back? Being that I live 25 minutes away, I didnt want to make the drive again, and was told to come back Friday. When I returned, once again the nail was simply filed, not down far enough to remove the crack, add more gel applied over top, just like previously. Obviously, my nail cracked again the next day. I called once again, left a very detailed message explaining the issue and asked for a call back to rectify the situation. It has been 3 days, and I still have received no call back at all. This place looks nice appearance-wise, but you can get a better manicure and way better customer care literally anywhere else. Dont waste your money. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

It was my first time going to Lush and I absolutely LOVED it! It’s so clean, super nice in there everything looked so good, the girls were very nice. It was the best place I’ve ever been to I was so suprisse that Leymi knew exactly what I was talking about when she doing my polish gel change. She took her time made sure it was perfect and it was! Definitely recommend it and fe now on I’m a regular client !

Went in for a mani and pedi. The manicure was fine but they did a horrible job on my toes...A bit over priced compared to other local salons.
