Im so happy I found serenity nails! The service is unbeatable, and the pricing is far more fair than some other options in town. They accept walk ins and reservations. Tan is super skilled at making some really elaborate designs. I go for a more basic style because Im hard on my hands, but Im always so impressed how well they hold up. When I was going to another salon in town, I was having nails pop off and break all the time. When I would go they would ask if I went there for the manicure in the first place. Tan, Maria, and Anna always remember you and stand by their work. It is top quality. I am so happy to go to serenity and wish I started sooner!

Serenity Nail & Spa is a wonderful nail salon with great service! I have been getting my nails done there for years and even continue to go there after I moved because it is worth the drive. Friendly staff, great service, and I always love how my nails look!

So I got a manicure and pedicure, which I had an appointment for. I sat down to have them done and 10 mins into it the technician has to re-do another woman’s manicure. Then a women came In to get get her eyebrows waxed, and once again she left me sitting there. And if that wasn’t bad enough my nails have all chipped one day later!!!!The place is also dark and old looking, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t sanitize their tools either.

I literally come from New York City to get my nails done here. That’s how awesome they are— Anna always takes her time to ensure the best possible manicure, and Maria does excellent pedicures. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

I love going to Serenity Nails! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Tan and the ladies always greet me by name and with a smile. Whenever I need a special pick-me-up, Tan is ready with her Tan special pedicure. It never fails to relax me and put me in a better mood. My nails are always perfect and I am always satisfied when I leave. I highly recommend Serenity Nails for a dazzle dry manicure, a relaxing pedicure and a very special facial. Serenity Nail & Spa has been my only place to go and get my nails done for the last 3 years! The owner is very professional and takes very good care of her customers. The place is super clean and relaxing. Anna makes my nails and hands look so beautiful and glamorous every time, she is like a magician ! I always feel good after a visit at Serenity, and the dip lasts at least 5 weeks! I very highly recommend this place!!!

I love Serenity Nails, the spa pedicures are amazing and my nails always look great. The real hidden gem are the facials- they take time and care with them and my skin always looks amazing afterward. I chose this salon based on other reviews on this site~ I work with children so my nails are VERY unsightly. The technician who worked with me did an amazing job cutting my cuticles. (Honestly that was my favorite part) The professionals here are super kind and were very welcoming. I used their Dazzle line and the polish dried within minutes :)

I cant recommend serenity enough! Your nails will come out perfect every time and they have dip manicures which last 3 or 4 weeks! The prices are great and everything is clean and relaxing. Not to mention Tan is amazing and can give you any design you could possibly ever want!

This place is the best salon in Northborough. The quality of the services and the professionalism and care from the staff are incredible AND most importantly consistent.What really upsets me is seeing a 1 star review from a lady by the name of Catherine Lachance, Who placed a review stating her 16 year old daughters nails were bleeding and she was crying. I was here this day to witness and in fact it’s complete BS. The 16 year old sat through her entire service, didn’t complain not once and was never bleeding. Her mother, Catherine, came into the salon acting belligerent demanding her money back immediately and made false allegations that Tahn cut her daughter. She accused Tahn of being dishonest about receiving a tip from her daughter in which the transaction NEVER occurred. Catherine was entirely belligerent, condescending, embarrassing, felt entitled, and was simply not wanting to pay for a service. Tahn was nice enough to refund her despite her false allegations. Catherine, YOU should be reported for false allegations and hostility towards the staff at this salon. How dare you write a fake review to try and harm this business.

HORRIBLE!!!! Stay away! My daughter went in a few weeks ago for tips and dip and came out to car in tears. She had TWO bleeding fingers and her tips were raw and unfinished. Her polish was a mess and not even the colors she asked for. DO NOT GO HERE! They need to be visited by Board of Health and Better Business Bureau!!!!!

Serendipity Nail Salon in Northborough is the best nail salon you can go to in Northborough-Shrewsbury area. I am very particular about manicure (dip powder) and the owner Tan and her staff do great job to satisfy their clients! They are actually cheaper than other salons too! Needless to say the interior is very zen and clean! They do all services including acrylic and dip powder and very professional. Best value and service! Highly recommend!

I am not a regular but my daughter is. She gets her services by Nicki who does an amazing job.Just got my eyebrows waxed by Tan who I assume is the owner and it’s the worst waxing I’ve ever received. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and saw that I was bald in a part of my eyebrow that wasn’t before. When I said something she said that was how my eyebrow was and I argued back that it wasn’t. She refused to take responsibility for her mistake and still had me pay. Then when I handed her my card she asks do I have cash to pay with. On top of that, tried to up sell me. Never again!

Finally found someone who Ill go back to every time. Kristine is amazing, she takes her time and makes sure your nails are shaped how you want them and she pays attention to detail. ♡♡

Tried them for the first time. Going to a wedding so I wanted tips put on and wanted them somewhat longer to go with the fancy dress I had. They kept trying to talk me out of the length, then pushed the dip on me (which I’ve had before and didn’t like) until I finally agreed. It cost me twice what I was expecting because while they raved the benefits of the dip, they neglected to tell me, unlike every other salon I’ve been to, that they charged for two separate services instead of combining them. As I expected, the dip came out poorly and my nails are awkward and crooked. The people definitely were pleasant, don’t get me wrong. But the quality of this manicure is NOT worth what I paid, which really sucks. I’d save your money and hit up any of the other dime-a-dozen places near by. So sorry to say I’m disappointed.

Very calm and relaxing here and friendly staff. I got a basic manicure and was told I should upgrade to the $35 dip manicure, which was kind of annoying since I just wanted to relax. My second concern is that I was asked if I was paying cash about 5 mins after we started. Got it that they don’t want to pay cc fees, but jeez. A nice place and I do recommend it - just say no to the extras that they try to push.

I called Serenity Nail & Spa and the Manager, Tan, personally scheduled my manicure and pedicure. I had been to Serenity once before and was impressed with the relaxing environment and personal care to detail that was taken during my first visit.This visit exceeded expectations as Tan showed exceptional attention to my needs and graciously accommodated my requests and answered any questions I had. My French manicure and pedi are both beautiful and the treatment left both areas soft, hydrated and now my skin has a healthy glow. I would recommend this salon to anyone who desires time away from the daily stress of your day to feel relaxed and refreshed after you visit Serenity. Tan did a lovely job and I can not wait for sandal weather to arrive to show off my pedi!

I went there 2 days ago was talked into trying the powder dip nails instead of gel ( and that was fine I don’t mind trying new things). The lady who did my nails went so fast. She probably finished in 20 minutes or less. She kept making Calls on her cell while doing my nails. And then Would get up and go help another client and leave me sitting there. I was not impressed with the finished product and for $45 you would think they would do a better job. And to top off the bad experience in the salon 2 days later one of my nails cracked and a chunk fell off and 2 other have cracks in them. I was not impressed and will not go back.

I had Tannguyen as my nail tech. She was rushing my nails and working on someone else at the same time. It was incredibly painful when she was working on my cuticles. She wasnt even looking at what she was doing for a good majority of the time. The polish is all over the sides of my fingers, it looks awful. Will never be going back.

Always friendly, professional, relaxing. I get gels and they grow out, never damage.

I used to go every few weeks up until 4 years ago, when I felt manager was rude 2 occasions (first time thought it was a fluke). I tried it again a month ago. Loved my spa pedicure, thought it was fabulous. Then I got my manicure... instead of the girl who did my pedicure I got moved to the manager... who just kept trying to upsell me, the services, tell my friends about how much cheaper they ate then everyone else, ect. TOO MUCH. When I left I was told the tip had to be cash. I only had 9 cash on me so when I informed her she changed her tune. I added 11 as tip I said give Lan this 9 and 6 from cc and keep 5 for yourself. You should think I nipped them???? 15 top for pedicure and 5 for manicure??? I thought that was a great tip. I guess not. I had to say Id be back after I went to the bank.. NOPE... never going back. I love their work but hate the attitude.

This salon is one of the few in this area to do powder dipped manicures. I was very interested in the process so I went in. It took longer than getting a gel manicure and was more expensive, so I am hoping it is worth the cost. My nail technician really wanted to put tips on my nails because they were short and she said she wouldnt charge me, so I let her. My one complaint is that the color looks a little blotchy on a few nails but it is not noticable from far away. I was also pressured a bit to give cash for the whole thing (I only had enough for the tip). That makes me feel very awkward, and so they had to take my credit card. I will go back again most likely.

The associate who did my pedicure was great. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. The lower rating is for the woman who was clearly in charge. Im not sure if she was the owner. She agressively tried to upsell services and overcharged me for everything. She ended up working on my nails and did a terrible job, cutting 6 of my fingers with the electric file while she tried to rush through the job. Its really too bad because everyone else there seemed great.

The people who worked there were very nice and my nails came out amazing.
