Absolutely love going to this place! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love that they have a stand up tanning bed. I try and invite all my friends coworkers and family to join or to try it out with me. Getting the black card is the best for the price. The massage chairs, hydro beds, tanning and the total body enhancement, not to mention a better price on their drinks.

Another great Planet Fitness location to workout at. I was near this location dropping my daughter off to her mom and decided to give this location a shot. Glad I did. The staff was super friendly, the gym was super clean and the gym was pretty empty. I will for sure be back to workout here at when I am in the area.

Nice, quiet Planet Fitness location. I go during various times of the day and have never experienced any overcrowding. The staff is very cordial and always keeps the facility clean. Other patrons are consistently cordial and engaging as well.

For me, the cleanliness, the super friendly staff who are always smiling and very helpful. I want to shoutout the staff for all they do with keeping the gym super clean. They need to know we appreciate them totally. Another plus of two for me is, I love the exercise equipment and the gym is in walking distance of less than a mile from my residence.

I enjoyed my experience. Black Card members the Hydro Bed and the massage chairs are Heaven.

Not specific to this location, seems to be all locations.Planet Fitness no longer allows anyone to sign up unless you are willing to also give then access to your bank account through auto-pay. If you do not feel comfortable allowing access to your banking information and want to use auto-pay through a credit card, you are out of luck! This policy changed sometime in the last 4 months and stopped me from joining.Straight from their websiteWhy do you need my checking account for a membership?The method in which members are able to pay for their monthly membership varies by location, but many Planet Fitness clubs accept payment through checking accounts only. We require an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through checking accounts for your convenience: This allows us to be able to continue your membership without interruption or the hassle of updating your payment information if your credit cards are lost/stolen, invalid or expired.Edited to add that they person that replied cant even read. PF markets needing checking accounts as a service when it is to keep from paying merchant fees and strip consumers of fraud protections required on credit cards. I think my home club may have me spoiled, so instead of 3 stars I went to 4. I have to be at work super early so I come in super early. No attendant at the counter for me to get my hydro massage or tanning in when I come in or 35 minutes later after my workout. The hydro beds only do 7 min instead of 10 and the beds are outdated. Where Im from isnt extremely nice, but somehow their tanning equipment is off the charts. Cant say the same for this location. Again, I could just be spoiled because my home gym is amazing.

If youre worried about catching Covid, either for your sake or bringing it home to loved ones. Id be a bit wary of this place.Pros: They are forcing space by using every other cardio machine; they are sanitizing periodically, and they have the establishment decently ventilated.Cons: Mask enforcement stops after the front door. Most people had it tugged down onto their chin while they worked out, even when walking past the front desk. The sign-in desk also didnt seem to be checking anyones temperature prior to workout. And while their cardio equipment was limited for the sake of social distancing, the rest of their machines were not... and this is a very popular establishment.I hope to return months in the future once things calm down, but for now Im going to stay clear. Stay safe, all!

Busiest Planet Fitness Ive been to. It has less equipment than my home gym and they dont have any of the combination lockers that the roughly 12 other Planet Fitnesses Ive been to had. Other than that it was great.

I love this gym! Its clean, but my favorite part is the staff. They are friendly always willing to help and they miss you if youre gone too long (which motivates me to keep coming).

Require a face mask while working out. Every other machine is already out of order for social distancing but to wear a mask while trying to breathe is a joke.

Love this gym. However, the one trainer is rude to the people who are there to workout on their own. She literally stands next to you until you get off the piece of equipment you are on. She wont move on to another piece or go do something else.

The last time I went to a commercial gym was thirty years ago. I prefer to stay home and do my routine, however my friend and co-worker invited me to accompany her and I am so glad I did. Rows and rows of equipment, no waiting in line. Large TV screens with every type of news outlet. The receptionist and trainer were pictures of healthy lifestyle, both available at 0700 and were polite, helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic. Every type of exercise experience you could want, all types of equipment. Facility was ultra clean. Apparently if you have a membership you can go to any planet fitness in any state which is amazing. I wish it wasn’t so far from my home I might rethink my exercise routine.

I need people to wear their masks at all times, it’s a privilege to come here in this health crisis and some people just don’t care, I want to work out and be safe

I usually dont go to this PF; I generally go to the one in Etown. When I first walked in here, I was very pleasantly surprised. I was promptly greeted. The facility is so dang clean! Ive been there twice now and both times, Ive seen at least 3 different employees cleaning: mopping, cleaning the water fountain, dusting the machines, etc. They have some of the newest machines and mats. The only machines that look a little older are the treadmills, but I havent had any issues with them and theyre comfortable to use. The female locker room is actually pretty fancy! I wasnt expecting the facility as a whole to look so modern and nice. I suppose the only downside is that it is small, and I have yet to go during busy hours. Ive only gone during lunch and its pretty empty those times.

Great place. This planet fitness is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff here are super kind and the gym is always spotless. There is also a common courtesy thing here where after your done with a machine, you clean it off for the next person.That atmosphere here is so welcoming and everyone feels like family. It is truly a judgement free zone. All of the machines also include a link and instructions for how to use it. To add to the awesomeness, they have free tootsie rolls!!!All in all, if your passing by or just need a gym to call home planet fitness is perfect.Like if this was helpful.

When the Army transferred me to another state, I cancelled my membership. A couple of days later, I was charged my next months dues. I understood the system hadnt caught up and thought a refund would be easy enough. When I called the store (Radcliff), I was told they didnt do refunds there and I would have to call customer service or corporate. Corporate said they had nothing to do with billing of local stores and the customer service line advised they only took in money but didnt do refunds. Again, I called the Radcliff store and the store manager acted like I just asked her for the formula to COL Sanders secret recipe. She told me she would email her boss (regional manager I believe) who would call me soon. A week and a half later, I called back to the store and the manager told me I must have gotten lost in the shuffle and would contact her boss once again. A while later, I got a call from a gentleman (sounded about 19 years old) who explained that I should have cancelled my membership sooner and he will not refund my money, although I was no longer a member of the gym when I was billed. I have a feeling that membership fee collected after cancellations make up a large amount of their profit. I cant imagine this is legal but whose going to take legal action over $10, especially a military member whose been moved out of state. This is a real ethical issue with me, but what do I expect from a company run by children. Also, most of the staff is very unfriendly - not worth complaining about in itself but I might as well point it out since Im on a roll. Glad Ill never step back into that gym again.

Had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts and not being able to make it to the gym enough. Only way to cancel is physically in person at the gym despite having a full service (supposedly) website that was more than happy to take my money for signing up. Fairly inconvenient considering the reason im having to cancel my membership.

Love the staff. Love my workout. Bathrooms are always clean. Lots of machines for whatever you want your workout to be. Whether cardio, using machine to lift weights, or free standing weights. I also use the 30 min workout when I dont have a lot of time. Its great. I love going in and seeing the smiling faces of the staff. I do miss Lauren though. She was great. She always made me and soccer my first was feel welcomed. Oh and love the tootsie rolls. I go 7 days a week so its nice to see familiar faces and the staff joke around with you. Even on a busy day, theres so many machines to accommodate everyone. Love you PF

Good clean place friendly staff

Ive been going since opening and usually have a positive experience. But today literally 10 treadmills in a row would stop after a minute or 2, error messages came on and wouldnt work again. Its very demotivating and frustrating.1 good thing is that the staff over cleans Abit. Its great until a bunch of treadmills are out of order and the few that work are too slippery to be used. Also a couple of elders were a bit annoyed with the close proximity of cleaning because it they almost got bumped. Other that, fine place to workout.

My 18 year old daughter is tanning for prom! Affordable and everyone is super nice! Great atmosphere!

Trash! My wife had to cancel her membership after like 4 days. The opening was delayed twice, No Judgement only applies if youre intimidated by people that train hard and the 24hr staffed is just that staffed they have very limited knowledge of the equipment and proper form/technique. In the few days she was a member:1. She was talked to because you could see part of her bra through her tank top2. She wasnt allowed to adjust the preset weight on the smith machine3. The staff had no clue on how to adjust certain equipmentI guess its better than not working out at all (slightly) and of course you get what you pay for.......no judgement though

The tanning beds are the worst Ive seen comparable to other planet fitness locations in and out of ky Ive been to. They are old and cheap. 👎The hydrotherapy massage beds are actually better than some of the other PF locations Ive been to, that is Plus. 👍 i Radcliff they are reclined compared to the ones where you are laying flat. I personally prefer his.The gym overall is very Nice, clean equipment. Never a big crowd the times I have been. Locker rooms are clean.➡️The staff- they are in general pretty friendly. Alot of them are younger. Had some issues with billing that was never taken care of. Wanted to remove a bank account off of my account bc I dont keep funds in it and replace it with a second bank account for my monthly auto debits. Was told this account was successfully removed (in person at the store) however, I kept getting billed to that account, which has over draft protection.. so I was being charged $19.99 for the PF fee and then an additional $35.00 over draft fee for MONTHS .... Was told that it can not be removed bc there HAS TO be an alternative account in addition to your main form of payment.HOWEVER THIS IS NOT TRUE BC I WAS NOT ASKED TO PROVIDE TWO FORMS OF PAYMENT UPON SIGNING UP!!! VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND STILL THEY REFUSE TO REMOVE IT!

Despite all the negative hype, it really is a great place to go, especially for the price. The Radcliff one is never too busy although the Elizabethtown location can get a little busier.
