Vivian did such an amazing job on both my nails, my toe nails and as well as my eyebrows! She was kind and courteous the whole time, checking in making sure I was comfortable, nothing was to hot, and that I liked what she was doing. I really enjoyed my whole experience and it’s totally worth the 35 minute drive to get them done. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going to Mademoiselle for several years now and am consistently pleased with the quality of service I get, whether it be pedicures or manicures. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is always very clean, and there is a nicely varied selection of colors to choose from for any service. The hot stone pedicure is a little splurge I like to treat myself to every once in a while. I highly recommend it! The staff always have masks on, and there is sanitizer plus a sink for washing hands (which all customers are encouraged to do), so if you’re hesitant about going due to COVID, know that they encourage a very safe environment for customers.

It was my first time yesterday visiting this salon, after searching in the MetroWest area for a good nail salon for a while. The manager was very welcoming and friendly, and always seemed to be helping a customer whether it was paying, cleaning or getting ready for the next customer. On a Wednesday, they had over 10 nail techs working and I was amazed at how busy the place was. I had made an appointment ahead of time who took me before other walk-ins. I appreciated that even though all of the manicure stations were full, Lan did not have my wait and did my manicure right in the massage chair after my pedicure. The one minor thing is that the design on my nails was a little smudged at the end but I think if I was sitting at a table like normal, it would have been fine. It was easy to pay and leave a tip via Venmo. Overall, really liked this salon and will be back!! Thanks for great customer service and a welcoming, clean atmosphere!

The lady who did my nails always made sure I liked what she did and made sure they looked perfect. She was very careful with her work. 10/10 recommend going here.

I went in to this salon with high expectations, I know people that come here and there nails always look beautiful but that unfortunately wasn’t the case for me. I went in with a picture and left with it looking nothing like it. The woman that I went to cut and burned my fingers multiple times. She also tried talking me out of the design I wanted because the design she had in mind was “better” and “all of the girls are getting it now” I did agree only because I didn’t wanna argue, at that point I just wanted to leave. She also used a gel coat after the dip was applied which turns white nails yellow. Every other place I’ve been to had never done this. Because of this bad experience I definitely won’t be returning but I do appreciate the hospitality, everyone was very kind.

Cute, clean salon. I went for a gel mani and pedi. I chose to see Chloe based on her pedicure reviews. She was really nice. Her massage and pampering for the Charcoal pedicure were amazing. All of these are reasons I gave 3 stars. The remaining 2 stars were reserved for the quality of the actual pedicure and manicure, which was average at best. When it came to the foot scrubbing, cuticle cleanup and nail polish, it was a rush job. Same goes for the manicures cuticle and polish work. The polish was choppy, and the dead skin from the cuticles was not fully removed. My gel polish started chipping just 2 days later. I really loved the Charcoal pedicure concept, so Im thinking about giving this place another try. Ill go to someone else next time.UPDATE 6/8/2021: I went back for another visit and saw Nancy. I got the same Charcoal pedicure. She did a better job with the pedicure overall. She actually clipped my cuticles (though she did cut me in the process). Her massage was great, but her polish job was terrible. Im conflicted because I really love the pampering and the Charcoal detox, but the attention to ​detail is really lacking at this place. For $100, I expect much more. Not sure if Ill be back.

Omg!there are not enough great things I can say about this place! Kim is the most amazing nail tech I have ever worked with! She is talented and patient and deserves all the praise! She broke me out of me pink and white shell and made me confident enough to try something every time I come in! Having a nail tech you can trust is key and it is worth the 30 min drive!

I feel like services were rushed. My daughter and I had a mani and pedi and I understand everyone does things slightly different but my lady spent more time away from me and finished everything faster than the lady doing my daughter. Polishes were uneven throughout fingers and toes and messy and I asked that my nails be even length and that couldnt even be accomplished, some stayed long and others that had recently broke were short. I should have saved my money and done it myself or gone elsewhere. We will not be back.UPDATE:Your first issue might be that you are looking for a client named Sam. I have never in my adult life gone by that name and my credit card that I used to pay doesnt say Sam. Your second issue might be that they day I went 8/28 your iPad was set to a different language or something since you could not log in properly. I did call that morning and get a reservation for 2 I think at 3pm. Its really sad that if its not a good review you claim that the person didnt go to your place of business.

Loooooove this nail salon! I’ve been to so many nail salons and I’m never fully satisfied with how they come out. Especially when it comes to acrylic because I hate when they’re super thick and chunky looking. Kim did an INCREDIBLE job on my almond shaped acrylics. They’re not too thick but also not too thin that they’d break easily. Her attention to detail is spot on!! She is so friendly and gives an amazing pedicure as well. My toes look perfect 😍 she is very gentle too when it comes to trimming the cuticles. I highly recommend this nail salon and I highly recommend seeing Kim!

Vivian is very meticulous and professional and does an excellent job. I had always seemed to have rough edges, but not with Vivian. She is now my go to tech no one else but for me. They come out the same every time!! EXCELLENT WORK!

Perfect nails every visit🥰!! Since going to Mademoiselle Nail and Spa I get compliments left and right over my nails. Staff is amazing and SO friendly! They ask for your input so you walk out happy. Once you go, youll keep going back to them.They follow Covid-19 guidelines to a T (I work for Healthcare, so I am happy they take it so serioisly). Worth the price, my nails last 3 weeks.

Every time I come here, I leave happy . My nails always look good, I always get compliments. Today I got my toes done for the first time in forever .. I wore a dress . I always forget that’s not a good idea . The man who did my nails, got me a towel to put over my lap while I was getting my toes done so I didn’t feel uncomfortable . That was so thoughtful and so professional. I have no complaints about this place . Everyone here is amazing !!!! Highly recommended!

This was my first nail appointment since January of 2020, and Mademoiselle Nails & Spa was amazing.I am 8 months pregnant & needed a little pampering.I got a tropical pedicure that legitimately almost made me fall asleep in the chair & a manicure. Nancy was my nail technician, and she was wonderful.Also, the amount of cleaning and precautions taken while I was there was above & beyond.Ill definitely be back!

Jennifer was excellent. Salon was very clean. Followed all the COVID19 guidelines. Washed hands as soon as entered the salon. Plexiglass placed between worker and customer, and also in between customers. I had the gel fill manicure. Jennifer was very careful. She was calmed; took her time in order not to burn me with the heat of the drill.

Wanted to try a new nail place and it ended horribly. I just finished and my nails are nothing like I asked for. I wanted thin, matte tips and ended up with thick, shiny monsters that are not the original color shown. I said matte numerous times throughout, and the other nail tech translated I wanted thin. I dislike them so much Im going later to get them removed

I went here in December and they are very clean and safe. It was the first time I went to a salon after the pandemic and they made me feel very comfortable. The safety precautions include: signed agreement that you are not exhibiting or have not been near anyone with Covid symptoms, they make you wash your hands when you come in, they take your temperature, you can pay with no contact (they take Venmo!), the pedicure tub was covered with those plastic covers and the entire chair area was wiped down before and after my use. The manicurist have acrylic partitions between customers and everyone is wearing masks. Overall, I felt very very comfortable and would not hesitate to go here again. My pedicure was great and my nasty calluses were taken care of. The prices are competitive with other salons and I will be going here from now on!

Ive been Ive been so nervous to go get my nails done because of the Coronavirus. I booked an appointment online which was so easy. I arrived at the salon and immediately had me wash my hands before I touched anything and they took my temperature. Wow what a relief. I already felt so much better about being there. It is set up for social distancing with screens and everyone is 6 feet apart. While I was there they were constantly cleaning. When anyone left they wipe down the entire station. Its quite nice to see. Anyway since I had never been there before I picked anyone available to do my spa pedicure. It was incredible! It was an hour and a half long. I havent been pampered like that in such a long time. She did a wonderful job my nails look amazing and I feel so relaxed. I definitely will be back again. What a wonderful addition in Northborough. Thank you thank you!

They were top tier before covid and then they took cleanliness to another level when they reopened. I’ve been coming to Howie to get the liquid gel process on my nails, which has been working so well for me and lasts a long time - I’m pretty rough with my hands and it took me a long time to find the right process (and skilled person!) between NY and MA to keep my nails looking nice for a long time. I drive from NYC (I’m from MA originally and drive up regularly to see family), and I’ll continue to drive the distance because they do such a great job, for a great value! I never have to wait, I show up and get started right away. Howie is a perfectionist and it’s clear that he’s thought everything through. They are very professional, modern, clean, and friendly! I was pleasantly surprised when Alex (co-owner) remembered my name when I walked in for my second appointment. They are my go-to nail place now!

I have gone to many nail salons but this one is BEYOND my favorite! Alex and Howie have created a friendly and inviting atmosphere!
