The management here is extremely kind, Kaylee is an absolute sweetheart and has helped me with any concerns I’ve had since moving in. She has also been patient with me whenever I was struggling to catch up with rent which I’m very grateful for. Would recommend

Moved in here recently and ever since I moved in here they have been super kind, maintenence came out as soon as I left a message, they moved me in easy no problems at all, and kaylee has been very kind ever since I spoke to her over the phone and met up for the first time. 10/10 sterling park is a great place.

Shady managment, drug addicts regularly being around, NO CUSHIONS ON THE OUTSIDE CHAIRS, pool is usually dirty, water pressure is practically nonexistent, A/C regularly goes out, has roaches (and Im very clean, so GROSS 🤮), and just overall terrible.For your own sake, please do not move in here.

I moved in to Broadmoor 24 back in February of 2018. Ive always been impressed with the professionalism and solid effort (and success!) of both the staff and the corporate contacts. Maintenance and insects issues are dealt with quickly when they arise (thanks Todd!) and living here has been more relaxing than stressful, overall. In particular, Suzanne has been quite the lifeline! Her dedication and winning attitude have always made interacting with her both a positive experience. The grounds have been noticeably nicer to look at and, frankly, make my apartment more of a home, rather than just a place to sleep and keep my belongings. Granted, the buildings are older, but the walls are thick and noise issues are few and far between.

Very friendly owners, mind their own business and quick with helping out any issues in your apartment. The maintenance man is very good at what he does and quick . Thank you

Maintenance came out today (10/22/2020) and installed a new garbage disposal and did it really fast and not only did they do a great job installing it, they were very professional as well - the old employees and management as well would have probably taken a few weeks to get the same job done that took a total of a couple hours from making the phone call to the office to the service guys getting here and installing it - great improvement from the last group that was here - (Thank you from Amanda Sallee and family in P8)

Ive lived here for almost a year, and I have to say Im really liking what new management is doing to this place. Melisa seems to really care about this place and the residents and the maintenance guy in the red truck Den is his name I believe, bust his butt. I hope they keep this staff, as I plan to stay here until I purchase a home.

I moved into Sterling Park a few months ago from another property that the current manager used to manage and this staff and property has exceeded all expectations. I appreciate Melisas professionalism and her always ensuring my needs are met.. I told her Im following her where ever she goes next lol. Very very happy resident.

Worst customer service.Our apartment been out of a/c for weeks and no one answer the phone. Temperature inside is 80 degrees.Already have two work orders.If I don’t have the contract for year I would leave this place for sure.So be aware if you guys getting a apartment.

I came here to look for a friend of mine who is moving here out of state in a couple of months, Carina and Christina were absolutely amazing, they help me to send pictures and everything to my friend via email. The apartments themselves are beautiful. I cant wait until my friend moves up here so I can hang out with her at the pool and they have a gym which is a HUGE PLUS!!! Definitely would recommend going to see them.

We have lived in The Pines since February of 2017. We have loved our experience so far. They got us an apartment and move in date quickly, they have interactive activities for the community, and have maintenance men available 24/7. They have a pool, laundry, and nice work out center. I would recommend these apartments to my family and friends if they were looking for an all bills paid apartment. They are pet and kid friendly! Also in a good area, close to lots of shopping centers and restaurants!

Athena does great at managing this property! Things around here have been consistently looking better and better and its nice having someone who cares about the tenants.

Theyve switched management companies again third one this year nothing still gets fixed.there beginning to put a new definition of slumlord all be aware if you think about it. Move-in here you will regret it been here a year my lease is up Im outta here all they done is put some paint on it an call it remodeled its still bug infested with not just roaches but knats as well.

I have lived here for a little over a year and just signed another lease. I have heard many of my neighbors complain about staff and office management and things not being fixed promptly, but I havent had many issues. My AC unit was out most of the Summer, but they did bring me a window unit (luckily I was still on my old lease, which was all bills paid)until they were able to get to it and it is working great now. The maintenance guys are nice and Steve did a great job repairing some water damage under my kitchen sink. Im not sure why it took so long to fix it, but I know the new management and company walked into a huge mess here and I think they are really trying to get on board and get things straightened out. These apartments are really old, so there will be issues. That is to be expected . The office manager, Becky, has been nice to me and worked with me when needed, which is very much appreciated. Being a single mom can be tough sometimes. There are quite a few kids in the complex and it is also pet friendly, which is nice. The apartments are also really spacious.

Place is fairly quiet most of the time on any given day. Has a pool, (that they havent cleaned, just dumped a bunch of chlorine into it) a gym, (which has to be locked up because of drugies and such so no late night visits 😥) and outdoor fire pits with accompanying chairs (dont expect to have a clean cushion on that seat half the time).Also the current management is great! Keep up the awesome work yall are doing. We get it, the last ones left a lot of bs on your doorstep and its taking a while to get to it all. Thanks for doing your jobs. Seriously...

Move in date was fast! I love the size of my bedrooms. Bathroom is a little small. From what I heard and was told these apartments are under new management. They were all sweet and welcoming.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here... The pictures of the supposed updated living is only in some apartment. The apartment I had whoever supposedly updated it did a terrible job the paint on the crown molding was peeling, I had a busted sink in the bathroom, a light switch that went to nothing because it looked like there use to be a light in the living room but someone probably took it out, the only supposed new appliances was the dishwasher everything else wasnt new at all, they did a terrible paint job to the cabinet in the kitchen, the door looked like it can easily be broken down, and last but not least there were BUGS aka roaches EVERYWHERE I told the office and they did nothing,I even found a mouse in the bathroom, im so happy my lease to this place is almost over because NOBODY should live like that because now I have to throw away my furniture Because I refuse to take any risk of taking bugs with me.

I used to live here. I lived here for 1 year and they didnt fix anything like they were supposed to. The old manager stole $500 from my rent. The new managers dont really care about their residents safety. My apartment always smelled like sewage after shower because the pipes are messed up. The bathtub didnt drain like it was suppose to. They said they fixed it but they didnt and they didnt care.

We think it us a nice place, excellent management, stores near by. Apts look very good. I think well be happy there.

The apartments have exactly what Ive been looking for, from the rental prices,floor plans,to washer and dryer hookups,they even have a company you can rent the washer and dryer from.they are spacious and very nice. Have been here for about four years. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Bugs are virtually unseen because of routine pest control. I would recommend this community to anyone.

We have struggled with management since we moved in here. Apparently, the former manager stole our security deposit and we have discovered she is also in legal trouble concerning fraud and embezzlement (according to some maintenance workers.) We have paid our rent on time every month. We have set up meetings with the property management, they do not show up. Both of us are 19/20 year old kids who have a newborn and work 40 hours a week, we show up. The management is not present at the office consistently, but I actually went to their office and caught them there a few days ago. They said they were going to evict us due to an unpaid security deposit that we paid when we moved in 9 months ago. Our lease explicitly states that you cannot move in or even sign the lease if your security deposit has not been paid. On top of everything listed this apartment complex has a terrible roach infestation that the management refuses to acknowledge. Building c is probably the worst. In my 19 years of life Ive never had a bug problem. Also from my observations today (going to the office for my scheduled 10 am meeting to try and figure out the deposit situation to which they did not show up) I noticed there are MICE running amongst the buildings. I literally watched it crawl from under the leasing offices door. So red flag, potential mouse problem. Im seriously considering contacting the local News stations to expose what is going on here, its just that bad.P.s. most of the 5 star reviews on here are from old management or their friends who dont even live here. THIS is the truth.

When I showed up for a viewing of a one bedroom carina was amazing she showed me a couple of options that I could afford including a two bedroom then she informed me that she had a upgraded one bedroom available and it was a little more money but she showed me the apartment and I fell in love with it! She told me that she would give me a couple of days to think about which one I wanted. I called back that Monday and I decided on the upgraded apartment and I love my choice carina got everything approved and ready for me in a very fast and timely manner!! Did I mention I love my apartment and the neighborhood has gotten so much better than it used to be!! If your looking for a beautiful apartment you need to check out Sterling Park Apartments and meet carina she will get you whatever you are needing if she has it available and do it fast!! I have lived here for almost 2 months I have no air I was shown an entire different apartment!!! I was supposed to be downstairs due to health issues and also a washer and dryer unit ! I was not allowed to see my unit until I was moving in with the key lease signed and my moving company here with my things from elreno Oklahoma! I am upstairs no washer dryer no flippin air ! 3 window units installed electric bill out the roof and still 80 degrees in my home !!!!! Would I recommend this place???? Absolutely Not!!! Also the gym !!! Has been Quote out of order since I have been here also !!!!!!

I have to say one of the apartment complexes in Norman that is very well maintained very beautiful Apartments and the staff is unbelievable nice and go out of their way to help you in any way they can and addressed issues very promptly especially the woman Tiffany in the office you asked her to get something done she will get to it in a timely manner

This used to be an amazing place to live until recently. It is under new management and they do not seem to care about the tenants or the way the grounds look. The pool has been a nasty mess for moths, trash bins are constantly over flowing and stink with trash covering the grounds everywhere, there is no longer security to help with things, no longer after hours maintenance emergency because they fired the best maintenance man ever just to clean house they cant seem to decide what they want their rent to be, they would rather have the tenants pay out of pocket to fix issues that falls under their responsibilities than handle it themselves, and they will let just about anyone move in. Its really sad to see how far down hill this place has gone and is going. Almost every long term (4-10 years) tenants have had to move out because the new management is wanting different people in.

Im 4 months into a lease here, and I would absolutely NOT recommend renting here. The management ranges from non-existent to horrible. Prior to moving here, I asked a lot of questions about management and building policies, like smoking. One of the many problems Ive encountered is that I was not told that some residents have leases allowing them to smoke inside their units. Now I live above a chain smoker, and, after being assured by Becki Warren of Broad Management, which is apparently in charge of this place, that management would take care of the situation, she has stopped communicating entirely for three weeks. Its an unacceptable situation, and Im writing this to help others avoid a similar situation. I would not rent here or at any other complex run by Broad Management. They clearly dont care about their residents experiences, even though its their responsibility under Oklahoma law to ensure livable conditions.

I love the pines. They are willing to work with you and the apartments are spacious and nice.

They never answer the office phone, my apartment was expensive af for an unrennovated small box. Ive had black mold problems, flooding twice, random water being shut off, there was a fricken hole the size of a bowling ball in the ceiling of my bathroom!! When I told the office of these things that simply put in a work order that didnt get answered until four or five months later. Its whatever Im moving soon anyways I just thought they would make my apartment liveable and have updated appliances, if Im going to pay what I would anywhere else if not more.

4 different Management companies in less than 2 years too much wrong with this place just look someplace else you will thank me......

I have been living here since January of 2016, when we first moved in it was great until the summer came around. It was nearly 95 degrees in my apartment while it was about 100 outside, the maintance wouldnt fix it, then few weeks later my boyfriend was sitting in the living room watching tv when the vent hood fell on his head. All they did to fix the problem was move us to a different apartment and made us sign a new lease when the problem wasnt us. Fast forward to early March of 2017 There have been many of days where it is in the high 70s outside and it is nearly 75-80 degrees inside our apartment. We called and called the office and we asked if they could fix it asap as it is very hot in the apartment and all they said was we will get to it when we get to it. This isnt the only thing wrong with these apartments. I highly recommend to NEVER NEVER live in these apartments.

This place is a joke! Rachel in the office is very unprofessional. She yells and cusses at other employees and residents. Would highly recommend not renting from or working for this company. They are some very shady people!

The Pines Apartments Homes is a pretty decent place to live. It really isnt located on the best side of town however there were never any insidents that I knew of that took place near the apartment home itself.The Apartment:I stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath town house apartment for 6 months while I was doing a temporary job in Norman at OU. Overall the apartment was very nice. It was extreamly spacious and upon first entry was clean and seemed to have that home like feel to it. The appliences in the apartment are not of the best quality but all held up fine during my stay here. The windows can feel a bit drafty on cold days but that isnt anything that cant be fixed by either a blanket or turning up the heat a tad. The walls of the apartment place can seem to be a bit thin at times however as you can hear a lot of what goes on around you.The Complex:Overall the apartment complex itself is very well taken care of. They do routine maintanance on the entire place. The laundry facility isnt anything to write home about but it gets the job done and usually there is no problem getting to a washer or dryer for your things. Parking here isnt the best as the parking places seem to be made for clown cars and no one knows how to park straight in a spot. The parking is first come first serve style which at times can be a headache. The management here at the Pines Apartment Homes are very polite and extreamly helpful. I never had a problem with any of the other tenants or the Apartment staff.
