I really can’t say enough good things about living at the Icon Apartments. The complex as a whole was quiet, peaceful, friendly, and very safe. The amenities were always well kept and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever I had any issues. If you’re debating living here, I would definitely recommend it!

Both Shyla and Noah have made this the BEST Experience and I am very appreciative of both of them! I am new to Oklahoma and was impressed with their friendliness and their helpfulness. I toured about 6 different communities and this by far, was the best overall experience. Thanks!

I lived in my Icon at Norman apartment for over three years and genuinely enjoyed my time there! My second story apartment was quiet and clean, and I always felt safe. The few issues I had were promptly taken care of by maintenance. The office was kind and quick to respond to my questions. Located in NW Norman, it was easy access to both Moore and Norman. I would gladly live here again and will happily recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Norman to check out Icon at Norman.

From start to finish, the most enjoyable experience Ive ever had. Rocky was amazing and answered all questions in a professional and knowledgeable manor.

The complex was clean very up-to-date. It was very quiet and the neighbors were nice. I highly recommend this property to any new potential tenants.

I have lived at the Icon at Norman apartments for 2 years. Every time there has been an issue, it has always been handled promptly. One day I had an issue with my key, Derrick took care of it while he was on vacation. They have a great maintenance here.

WORST APARTMENT COMPANY EVER!!!!! 0/10 do NOT recommend unless you want to be harassed by poor management for not doing THEIR jobs appropriately!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Great place to live, very quite and staff is always helpful. Amenities were always kept up very nice and location to everything is perfect for the area.

My husband & I lived here for almost a year & LOVED IT!! We had to relocate for work or we would have stayed much longer. The staff is super friendly & the maintenance crew is very efficient. We never had issues with noise through the walls, the pool is awesome, & the location is super convenient. The whole experience was just awesome! Can’t recommend the Icon enough!

We moved in with the expectation of enjoying the apartment while we waited to build a home. NO Chance. The place is terribly noisy and come to find out the lady above us is a night nurse and keeps her children up till the wee hours of the morning. Our fist night they ran back and forth till 4:00 AM. No sleep for us. We had a two bedroom and had to move the bed, etc into the smaller bedroom to try and minimize the running. Management was advised on a couple of times and we even called the on duty officer who turned out to be PD and lives in the complex. He was great but we were told that we had to expect a little noise. REALY? We moved out three weeks later and they now want us to pay a two month penalty, $1800.If I were you I would find another apartment complex!08/11/20Well I did call to follow up with the staff to Make it Right but was told the same line. We either had to wait for them to correct the folks above or evict them. Either of which would have been a real fight or wait the required 90 days to change apartments which we did request. The penalty for a good nights sleep is still $1800.Like I said before you should find a different apartment complex. They have built quite a few new ones in town.

I put the work order in on Sunday. Derick was here Monday morning early to fix my problem.

This place is beautiful and the maintenance team is excellent. The property is well taken care of. Management on the other hand Is less inviting. Their so called parties for the lease holders are a joke. The parking situation is less than desirable. Would I move back in to the property. Only if it had a different manager. Other that that I would have gave this place a 5 star review.

I had good experience with management and maintenance over past 2+ years. Received appartment in good condition, with any maintenance requests addressed right away. Wouldnt be moving out if:A. Rent didnt increase by almost 200 (after a military discount).B. Finding a job in another state/city.Good area overall though. 19th street is 5 mins away, i35 highway access, church is a good place to run around and workout ourdoors. Almost a perfect 0.5 mile loop.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over two years, and we love it! The staff is always very accommodating and they keep everything very neat. We especially love our maintenance guys! They are always very polite and friendly and helpful.

We lived at Icon in Norman for 6 months and the process was so smooth. We moved from out of state and did everything online or via phone and it was such a smooth process. We had a couple of repair requests and they were addressed promptly. It was always super quiet and we never had any issues.

Just moved in. I really like these apartments. Very quiet. Lots of restaurants and places to shop up the street in moore. Very prompt maintenance repairs!

The responded within 2 hours or less and also moved some boxes I had ordered into my home. So thoughtful.

Moved to the state and had to find a place pretty quickly. Im definitely loving it here. Maintenance is very reliable, the office staff is nothing but helpful, and the location could not be better. I dont understand the negative reviews. Quit expecting the apartment to entertain you, and go see a movie. Its a 4-minute drive.

I’ve been living here for a month now and the apartments are clean and spacious with a ton of closet space. My building is very quiet and everyone has been very friendly.

It is going to be 3 yrs that I have lived here. It has been a good experience living here. The maintenance people are great! They are so quick in fixing things. The people at the office are very friendly. I usually do not write reviews but I wanted to let them know how much I appreciate them!

Everyone so helpful- place always looks beautiful and well kept. Staff very friendly! Any time ( which has been only once ) I had a concern with an appliance it was handled immediately!

We love living here. It’s quiet, everyone is friendly, the office staff are great, and when we have a maintenance issue, it is attended to quickly.

I have lived here for several years. The staff have always been helpful and kind. I love the surrounding forest and our pool is very beautiful. Neighbors have been quiet and respectful. The management company does not try to make money off of you in any little way possible like so many others.

Apartment is very quite and good place to stay .Home wise its the best and clean apartment. But the recreation wise it has to offer more to the people .It would have been great if the apartment can provide an kids play area and an tennis/volleyball/basketball court.

One of the best points of this apartment is the cute little dog park in the back. Theres a huge freaking hole in it that Ive been asking them to fix for 3 weeks now, that my dog has escaped from. The only response Ive been getting is we put a rock in front of it/our supervisors are working on it, its not an easy fix. Woman the rock doesnt cover the ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE FENCE. Im getting really frustrated and if I have to fix it myself they wont like it.

For full disclosure, my wife and I have rented a house, a duplex, and an apartment. We had great experiences for all 3, but the other two places never felt like home as quickly as the Icon has and weve lived there since February of 2017. As we prepare to buy a home later this year, well be sad to leave as weve created a lot of great memories here. Weve slept soundly every single night but one since weve lived there. On that one night there were neighbors who were literally screaming (from partying) for like 4 hours. I made one phone call, the noise stopped a few hours later, and never came back.The Icons maintenance is also top notch. Very responsive and always does what they say theyre going to do at the time they say they will too.My only real feedback is that theres one lady there (I feel like shes usually there on the weekend with blonde hair) who seems annoyed every time I come in there which is very rare. The customer service from the rest of the staff is great, otherwise.

My husband and I moved here in April of 2015, and I have to say that our experience here has been excellent. From Nina and her staff in the main office to Rick and the maintenance staff, everyone has been great! The complex is pretty quiet, and pretty much everyone weve come across here has been friendly as well. We would definitely recommend the Icon at Norman for anyone looking at apartments in the area as Im sure youll love it!

Alert! Dont even try to apply! When you are applying, the black kid and Becky there just rambling sure to everything. They will not alert you anything about the tricks in the contract! When you want your deposit back even before the room is ready (and they said the room will be ready at April 10th and could hold it for 30 days if I apply, and you have to pay 300 dollars to apply first, today is April 9th), they said ok you signed it and not a penny will you get back. Be aware, once you are applying this apartment, you cannot change your mind after 24 hours even if this is long before you move in or the room is ready. I ask Becky, why are you saying you are hold this room for me when it is not even ready? She says You signed for it. Great answer!They will not tell you that!!! I will give negative 5 star if the option is available.

This is my home! It is really expensive but I love nice things and this place is really nice! The walls are more soundproof than any apartment I have lived so far! Ive been here for 4 years. I was the first person to ever live in my apartment! This is my favorite part! There was a few pest problems when I first moved in but the complex always responds to maintenance issues so this is the reason I stay! Most complexes ignore your maintenance requests!

Outstanding maintenance staff as well as office staff. Anything that needs to be done, gets done in a prompt manner.

Friendly and attentive staff. Lucky to have found this gem, especially since we have a dog!

Replaced the refrigerator filter. They came the next day after requested at same time changed the air filter.
