I’ve lived in so many different apartments in Norman and this one is by far the best. It’s quiet, clean and the staff is so responsive and helpful! I would recommend living here to everyone I know. They’re pet friendly, spacious and high quality.

I moved into the falls at Brookhaven at the beginning of the year and it has been absolutely wonderful. Denise and Amanda both were quick and prompt at getting me moved in. I moved into a 2bed 2bath. The apartment is nice and spacious and has a lot of updated amenities. The rooms are large and fits my king sized bed with a lot of space left over. The maintenance team is also extremely nice and get any maintenance issues fixed quickly. The community is quit and laid back and I enjoy the fact that they are always looking to improve the community and have things for us too do like the new gardening boxes that are being put in. I thought that was a lovely idea. The lady that plans the community events is extremely nice and friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed. Overall my experience at the falls has been wonderful and if you are looking for a nice quit place to call home definitely give Denise and Amanda a call!

After living at over 10 different apartment properties, I can honesty say The Falls at Brookhaven is one of the BEST. The communication between residents, staff, and maintenance is always fast, efficient, and clear. You never have to wonder whats going on when you need something. The managers are really nice and always sharing cool events and happenings, both on a calendar and online. Its always quiet, and neighbors are never rolling in with loud music or yelling, even outdoors. This is an amazing place for families, a great place to study or focus on work, and an easy spot to relax. I love it here!

I love living at the Falls at Brookhaven! Our two bedroom, two bath, pet friendly apartment is the perfect size for my family and pets, with room for an office! We have a beautiful view of our neighbors garden, and we love going for walks with our puppy to the two pet parks on property! My siblings love coming to hang out at the saltwater pool with me. Maintenance is always SUPER fast to fix any issue we have and management is consistently friendly and helpful! I absolutely love the location, not too close to traffic but just across the highway from all the best shopping spots in town! The Falls has definitely been my favorite apartment Ive rented. Please come check out the Falls, you will not be disappointed!!

I moved in nearly a month ago and I love it! Clean, quiet, and friendly apartments. Andrew and Lynn are so helpful and friendly! The little things makes a big difference such as trash pick-up and proactive maintenance. I definitely recommend it.

I have lived here for about 14 months. The office staff is amazing and always works with you. The apartment grounds are well maintained and they strive to keep it that way. I have had no issues and love living here.

I would like to share my 2 weeks experience with the community. I totally agree with some of the previous reviews (they will lie to you). I filled an application to rent an apartment. After they toke my deposit they told me We will get in touch with you in the next couple of days but they did not. I called them, they didnt even know how I am. Apparently they lost my application. I would never see myself dealing with these people daily. I asked the office to talk with the manger. They lied again by telling me will call you back and they didnt. So I would strongly recommend not to live at that place.

I feel safe and enjoy my neighbors in this friendly and quiet neighborhood. Being 82 years young and having never before lived in an apartment, my family and friends (and myself) were concerned about my welfare. Well, just relax! There are many pluses. Maintenance is routine, done quickly if requested and there is no repairs or yard work for me to worry about. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. My dog was welcome, too and enjoys 4 dog parks! Come join us!!

I have lived here for 16 months and honestly it hasnt been the best. The office staff is in constant turnover, they dont keep their office hours to the ones posted, and they dont always follow through when they say they are going to do something. Every time they ask you to resign your lease they raise your rent, too. Not just a little bit, either. They wanted to raise mine $400 a month. I had to sign on for an extra 15 months just to keep my current rate.In the 16 months Ive lived here, I have made 3 calls to the office for maintenance issues and Im a very low-key resident. In all honesty, if it wasnt for the location of the complex and my wonderful neighbors, I would not choose to live here. Their customer service is among some of the worst, along with their sister site, Legacy Trails.The newest manager, Andrew, has been the best by far, but he hasnt been here long enough for me to tell if hes going to continue to be efficient. The fact that they let their staff go home *four* hours early on a Saturday because the internet is down is bizarre and ridiculous in my opinion.

I have lived at The Falls for 4 years now. I have a 30 mile commute to work from here. There are several apt complexes that would make my commute shorter, but I just keep renewing here for several reasons: The apts are nice, new, and updated; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable; the rent is fair; the location is great on the west side of Norman. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! They dont even deserve a star! Management is terrible and rude!! They lie constantly, and they say they are pet friendly and have a pet park its very small and THE DOG PARK ISNT USABLE. They also tried to say my puppy had to be full grown but it was not in the lease, long story short they let it slide. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!! We are only finishing our lease!! WORST COMPLEX ON THIS SIDE OF NORMAN! try the greens or the icon!

I have lived here just over 4 years now. We have not had many issues. I havent dealt with management much but they have always been nice. There are a couple of minor issues. They do have a high turnover in the office with several different managers and staff over the years. They also raise the rent every year, but they have always worked with us. Its still a good place to live despite what many of the negative reviews say.

Most beautiful property in Norman by far! The landscaping is amazing, one of the least expensive places to live in Brookhaven, great sized units, wonderful tenants and so peaceful! Let me refer you!!

Staff is very friendly. They like to throw events for the residents, especially for the kids. Always have cookies and water for us. It’s a pretty quiet property. The staff keeps it clean and nice looking. Im going on my 2nd year here and I love it.

Live at another property but if you choose to live at this one note that the management here is top notch. You cannot go wrong with this group of professionals.

Worst management ever. Not sending me any picture proofs and my balance from my final billing statement that I have called and consistently asked for the past 4 weeks now. They need to learn how to do their job.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had 0 issues. They are very friendly, maintaince is very quick, it’s very quiet, very clean and neighbors are very friendly.

This place was nice and I thought it was a good choice. After moving out I regretted it. Me, my fiance, my brother, and a friend all moved in. We were concerned about the price since it was on the more expensive side. We actually got some discounts but we had problems with them implementing them. The first discount we had was for out cats. They actually gave us a deal with them and we were happy with that. They also gave us half off the first months rent because me and brothers step-father is a veteran.After the first month they gave us an eviction notice saying we didnt pay our rent, when we did because I had a receipt. Apparently the paper we signed to have the half priced discounts was not filed and so they thought we owed still. They made us upset but they fixed it and we were not evicted.They also have a high turnover rate for managers. I always saw new people I never recognized anyone but only for a month or two.Then half way through the 12 month lease we notice that our cats got infested with fleas. We have lived that other apartments and never had problems with fleas. They infested our cats and we got bit by the fleas. We had to vacuum a lot buy anti flea remedies of our cats while brushing them. I know they spray the grass but it didnt help. We stayed on top of our cats and had to buy extra stuff to keep the fleas down.Also during this time we were dealing with cockroaches. Me and my fiance have never had to deal with roaches but we learned quick. First we saw one or two during the day time and would kill them and then disinfect the counters. We had the apartments pest control do routine spraying in the apartment, and this kept them down for like a week, but then they came back. It was gross and we had to throw away food, and rewash kitchen utensils all the time.Me and my fiance put out sticky traps to see how many were roaming around. We put them in the corners of the kitchen to catch them. After a week we pulled them out and they were disgusting. They were covered in roaches 30 +. We called the office. Even the exterminator was surprised how many their were and it actually helping him see how many roaches he was dealing with. He put way more spray and roach food out to kill them. After find trails of where they were he was able to really help in bring down the roaches.He told the front office and we heard the source was from other tenants that moved in in our building that brought them. So I dont blame the apartment complex, but I do wonder if the monthly spraying someone would have notice something. But then I remember that some people on this earth are disgusting. Im not sure what they did but it really got the population of them down.After this we were so grossed out by the roaches we left. Also they were raising rent and we had another person moving in and there wasnt enough room for 4 people more less 5. So we decided to just move. Tired of dealing with roaches. We got even more grossed out when we were cleaning out apartments in the final weeks and after moving the stove and fridge we saw so many dead roaches. At least they were dead.In the beginning we thought it was a good place but it slowly then quickly got worst and worst here. I trust that the Falls at Brookhaven can get back the quality of service they had two years ago from reading the great reviews about this place. It just goes to show that after two years a business can really go down. I (and our roommates) have no real ill will against this place but I feel they have problems internal they need to fix. . Thank goodness I am really paranoid about this stuff so I always get receipts or get pictures of what I sign because I was able to reproduce the documents they lost. Even after leaving there was problems from the pet discount we got. It wasnt filed even thought it was approved by the first manager when we moved in. It was a mess but they helped us in figuring it out and helped us get out deposit back. I really appreciate that. I wish the best for the Falls and I trust they can help other tenants in the future.
