My experience with Legacy and staff has been excellent. They have been extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. I have dealt with multiple apartment leasing groups and Legacy was superior.

Great apartment living - would recommend! Im having to move to be closer to work after living here 2 years. I have been very comfortable here. Grounds well kept, built in 2017 so appliances great and paint is bright, floorplans provide lots of natural light. Most pet owners are responsible for pet waste pickup. Havent had but one maintenance issue and it was fixed within a day without fuss. Parking rarely an issue - some apts have closer parking than others so choose wisely if thats a big deal for you.Pros: Location, clean, good neighbors, parking, dog parks, nice pool. Good lighting for walking the dog at night.Cons: Amenities are slim besides the pool, maybe a gym membership these days but it doesnt include childcare there. Wish new mgmt woulds add a playground. Normal apt things like I frequently hear my upstairs neighbors cat thundering around. Also minor design annoyance in my floorplan: thermostat is directly opposite wall where dryer is so when doing laundry I have to turn up the A/C or we freeze.

I have lived here for 2 years and the parking is a real problem and the management refuse to do anything about it. So if you are considering moving here be prepared for a very real parking problem with no plan to fix it.

Great place to live! I have always felt safe here and the location is perfect - close to shopping and I-35. Very quiet and peaceful, friendly management, and a nice size apartment. Maintenance is excellent and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Legacy Trails!

This apartments are wonderful to live in and pet friendly. The dog parks give her a place to run around, although I do wish they were a little bigger. The apartments themselves are clean, great layouts and make it easy to share with a roommate!Plus Pat and Kaysea in the office are always accommodating and ready to help!!

My mom and I have been living here for two years now. We moved into a brand new apartment, the layout is perfect. Both rooms are masters, walk in closets and garden tubs. Its a quite community and beautifully maintained.

We have lived here since March and it has been the best experience! The property is very well kept and the customer service is awesome! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

A clean atmosphere and feeling safe are two of the most important things to me when choosing a place to live and Legacy Trail provides both. The communication from the office staff is great although things do tend to fly off your front door clips with the wind. The fenced in areas for dogs are nice too! Overall, a great place to live!

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and we LOVE it! We have a great amount of space in our apartment, perfect for our pups. The location is a perfect distance from Target, the gym (membership included) and a Neighborhood Walmart. Definitely recommend living here!

Legacy Trail is a great place to live on the north side of Norman. The office staff is professional and courteous, and they have done a great job making me feel welcome. The maintenance team responds quickly and makes sure repairs are done right the first time. The apartments are brand new and a great size for the price. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a new home in an up and coming part of Norman.

Staff was very professional and helpful despite me being super unorganized and having trouble getting all of my documents together quickly. They were very kind and patient with me. The apartments are so spacious and absolutely beautiful!

The office staff is very helpful and always willing to work with to fix any problem. Maintenance staff is quick to get thing taken care of. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the Norman area.

Great clean apartment complex. Well maintained grounds and is per friendly. Only complaint is Parking can be a bit of a hassle because if you work later shifts and come home after everyone else is already in bed.

I can’t say enough about these homes. Yes, homes not just your everyday apartments. The staff and friendly tenants here really make you feel at home. I’m a little on the older side of the spectrum and they really do cater to all ages. For example, on Monday and fridays I can set my trash out in front of my front door and the staff will throw it away for me. The maintenance man is a really nice fella. He has helped me install a new shower head and even helped me take in my groceries once. Legacy Trails really is luxury living! The pool is always clean and the grounds too. I love the details in character that the buildings have. The location is perfect for any type of living. I believe these are the best apartments in Norman! Trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed by choosing to live here! The only way I’m leaving is a free ticket to heaven!

I’ve really like living here. It’s not student living and is really well kept. The apartments are really spacious and well organized. The bedrooms and bathrooms are separate and are big. Everything is high efficiency and we can see a difference in our bills. The office ladies are great with everything and got us into an apartment in a hurry. The apartment has a sound barrier around it, making it enjoyable walking around or at their salt water pool. The apartment is a little further from campus, but Ive found I can make it in about 10-12 minutes with pretty much no traffic so its really well located.

If I could give these apartments negative stars I would! We lived there for almost 2 years and management was HORRIBLE! The apartments are no where near luxury as they are described and are cheaply made. The manager changed about every 3 or 4 months and one manager would promise you something and youd never get it because of the manager switching out all the time. If you have a problem with management they laugh and tell you that they wont give you corporates information. Once you find corporates info on your own, they do nothing about the horrible managers there. The managers pretty much do whatever they want and go unchecked by corporate. If a manager decides they dont like you, they make living there hell and threaten to kick you out repeatedly. They dont give 24 hour notice before entering your apartment. We finally broke lease and got out of there after they hung a notice on our door saying they would and could enter the apartment whenever they wanted to. Unless you enjoy being harrassed, stay away from Legacy Trail!!!

Pros: Great location! Within walking distance of a Neighborhood Market and city bus stop. Close to Rock Creek Park for dog walking. 2 bedroom has lots of space. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Units look very nice. Has a pool.Cons: Kitchen cabinets are crooked. Walls are too thin, so you can hear the neighbors often. People drive too fast through the parking lot.Have been here 12 months. Plan to renew our lease.

The staff is friendly and professional. Not difficult to reach and communicate. Perfect location right next to I35 (and youd never know you were that close) with easy access to many shops and restaurants.

The apartments are so spacious for the price. Beautifully done. Pet friendly with dog parks for your fur babies to run around in. The 2bed/2bath is perfect for roommates. The ladies in the office are super friendly and professional. Grass has been green since I moved in and the location is great for campus and shoppinh in the Norman or Moore areas.

Ive lived in LT for about a year now with my wife. The property is beautiful, maintenance is attentive to needs and the layout and inside of apartments are gorgeous.

This is by far one of the best apartment complexes we have ever lived in. They are pet friendly and the staff is amazing to deal with.

While the units are nice and new, the company is awful. I have had a lot of difficulty with rent. They say it has not been paid when i have documentation that it has. They are quick to send letters but never reach out to try to discuss anything with you. If you do anything wrong they treat you like they have it out for you. No one has ever called when they have a question, they just send letters. And it is impossible to talk to anyone. They do not answer their phone. I cannot wait to leave this place. It is just a matter of time. No wonder the complex still is not full when they have been open almost 2 years.

I rented here due to a referral at first, but once coming into the office i was greeted by a manager and was phenomenal . This place is brand new and beautiful as well. Animal friendly without breed restrictions. This is my first apartment to live in and has been a great experience thus far.

We live this place for almost one and half year. Recently, we really fell uncomfortable with the new apartment manager. This person is disrespectable not only to his clients but also his colleagues. He did not respect the commitment made by his colleagues. We are paying more than what his collegues was committed with us. This guy is completely unprofessional. Money is everything to him. He will use all tactics to increase the rent and charge to you all the way. Although other employee are very cooperative, this guy is completely non co-operative and not helpful at all. Also, the surrounding communities are very mixed. If you have alternative choice, I will strongly recommend you to avoid this place.

Awesome maintenance response times, mainly new constructions stuff. Office staff, Jordan and Jenna are wonderful. My apartment is so well insulated, may average electric bill is $45.

If I could rate this a -5, I would! Me and my family were supposed to move in, but changed our minds because of the lack of communication and organizational on there part. However, we have not signed a lease yet and they will not give us back our deposit and said this it’s a policy of there’s, but that policy isn’t printed anywhere, it was NOT said to us and it’s NO WHERE to be found in the lease agreement (which I have printed off and read) I had to get really rude with worker there because she doesn’t know how to communicate and won’t send my calls to her manager. I will continue to worn people about this place and the unprofessional people that work there.

It’s easy to get 5 stars when they pay to you submit reviews.Living here was okay but the only thing I really miss is the location. The apartments look nice but they were made cheap. Cabinets were crooked, cracked, and the wood floor planks didn’t want to stay down. Office management changed about three times in the year we lived there so there were a lot of inconsistencies. Upon move out, I spent three days deep cleaning and I was still charged $75 for a general cleaning fee. The office says this is any time you move from an apartment, but this is the first time in many years I’ve ever been charged a cleaning fee.We never had any noise issues with neighbors, so that’s a plus. Living here was comfortable and the only issue I had was the final bill- probably would not live here again.

Cheap construction, noisy and the staff is awful to work with. Terrible attitudes and difficult to work with when you leave - lots of unrealistic charges when moving out.
