It seems like it’s about time to find a different residence. Between the rent price hike and constant issue with the A/C, it getting harder and harder to be comfortable here. There is still damage to my building from the hail storm that has yet to be done. Also, the only usable internet comes from Cox. Hopefully the apartment get access to OEC Fiber or at least faster AT&T speeds.

I lived here for 2 1/2 years and never had an issue. The place was quiet and we enjoyed the pools during the summer. The location is great for west Norman restaurants, retail, and grocery stores. I would still be living here if it werent for extenuating circumstances. However, be aware you will be paying a water bill based on the apartment communitys water usage, not your own. Its based on your apartment size and how many people are on the lease. Even though I barely used water some months, my bill was still high $40s to mid $50s for 1 person. And the last month of my lease when I was hardly there at all, it was still $48 and they took it out of my security deposit. They also charged me $50 to shampoo the carpet when I left and took it out of the security deposit as well. So you may have to take some bad with the good.

Ive lived here for 6 years and have absolutely no complaints. The office staff is quick to respond and easy to work with, the grounds and apartments are wonderful, maintenance gets things fixed quickly, neighbors are quiet and respectful, its a great location. We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit and it is so spacious. We did have some paperwork issues when resigning our lease one year, but the office was super nice about it and admitted it was their mistake and worked with us to get it fixed. Ill be moving soon to be closer to work and Im so sad to go! I definitely recommend these apartments if youre looking for something in the Norman area.

My window got broken out during the hail storm 4 weeks ago and has not been repaired yet. The front office never answers my calls and I havent heard anything about it getting fixed since the week it happened. So today I delivered a repair or move out notice and the manager up in the office was very short and not pleasent at all. If this is how you guys treat your tenants I dont recommend living here

I have lived at Cimarron Trails Apartment for over 4 years and have had outstanding service with the Management (Stephanie); Maintenance Staff (JD) an Case & Associates. They are the best of the best. The Manager, Stephanie has gone above an beyond with this latest move for my wife and I..we can not say enough about how tirelessly she has worked on this latest move. Thank you very much!

I have lived on Case and Associates properties for about 5 years. I started with them at Mission Point in Moore and moved to Norman about 2.5 years ago to Cimarron Trails. I have loved it the whole time. The leasing manager Stephanie is very chill and always makes time to talk to me when Ive got something to discuss with her. The office girls are always sweet too, from Brittany that was here when I first moved in and their newest addition Amy is always bubbly and fun and ready to help when Stephanie isnt there. Any and all maintenance requests are always handled quickly thanks to their Maintenance Guy JD. Hes quick and leaves a note every time explaining what he did. The ONLY reason Im leaving is because I am purchasing my first home. Otherwise Id probably stay here for another 5 years. Plus its super close to absolutely everything. If you want to be close to convenience this is the place. :)

I lived there for 2.5 years. The complex is older and so suffers from maintenance issues common to older buildings. The maintenance staff is very responsive and can get things done for the most part in a timely fashion. The exception seems to be roof leaks, as I had a persistent roof leak for around my last year there. No one found it despite the numerous times I’ve reported it. The complex is priced well and competitive, but I would also say they said one thing, they did another thing. This is particularly so with regards to the return of my security deposit on move out. I was told by front office staff they would be relatively lenient with the move out inspection and so I some small items go that I otherwise would have addressed. They dinged me for all of it with the move out inspection. Let me make it clear, they have every right to do that. My point here is a lack of communication did not make it clear that I would be dinged for small things. Nor was I aware of the auto pet fee at the move out. My pros - good complex, fair price, responsive maintenance team. My cons - beware of staff saying one thing and doing another (i.e. demand specificity from them), communication issues, and maintenance issues with older buildings.

Great neighborhood and apartments to live in on west side Norman. Maybe a bit pricey to some, but 650 a month for me and my fiancé was great. The only few things we had a problem with, was mold growing in the shower, temperature issues in living room getting to hot or cold during seasonal times (yet maintenance was awesome by fixing cracks in windows and doors to help this), bad wasp and bee issues during spring/summer time and the office told us “well we already did something about it” when the issue only worsened and we had to fend for ourselves, and lastly the carpet having issues. Great things about the place is the area of being on west side Norman, and being close to everything. Decently affordable, and never felt micromanaged by office. Maintenance was AWESOME when we needed anything, and neighbors were all very chill! If you’re looking to live on west side Norman for 580 or more a month for just one room, one bath, than check this place out! So many great memories here! Thanks cimarron!

I have never been happier at any complex I have ever lived in. I moved my daughter and myself to Norman where I grew up after leaving my very abusive husband in Yukon. The price I am paying now for this beautiful and spacious apartment is less than what we were paying for an apartment in Yukon with less space, with no extra amenities not even a balcony or patio. There were bugs in that apartment, horribly insulated, and very shady characters living there. It wasn’t uncommon to see the police out there. And that was the best complex we ever lived in. I have no complaints at all. I love this complex so much I got my friend to move in here. So happy! Oh and close to everything.

It took a week for two major leaks to be looked at, in the meantime it had dried so who knows if I have mold under the carpet, my outdoor patio doors look horrible with all the caulking and I never found out if my window in the other bedroom was fixed because nobody told me when they went outside to look at it. Ive loved living here, but have had some issues with maintenance getting taken care of lately.

Management is my worst complaint here. They are extremely rude nearly every time I go in there. Mind you- we pay rent on time every month and have never had a complaint- so it is unwarranted. The sprinkler system is jacked up and just pours water out and creates huge mud puddles all over. Pools are nice and well maintained. If you have an issue with a neighbor, dont expect any help from the office.

Its in a great location, and its a pretty good complex, but the staff are all jerks. I hate asking them for anything because they just make you feel like a burden. Find another place to live. Bottom line. This place used to be fantastic, and the used to part was only about a year ago.The first complaint is the apartment themselves. When I moved here I was shown an upgraded unit, but the unit I was given was not in the least bit upgraded. (even if you pay that fee for the upgrade) . Youre given an apartment that the previous occupants cleaned slightly, and the owners/mangers didnt even bother to inspect or clean before signing new tenants into. My fireplace had wax caked in layers on the floor stone piece. (which I still have some remnants of to this day). The carpet was/still is, frayed and ripped up in areas. There are also spots and random paint issues everywhere. Also, let me throw in that I was not allowed to see the unit before signing my lease, I was shown one that is their stock unit. (and I rented a 3 bedroom, and was shown a 2)Second, the office staff. Dont even bother calling in or asking questions to them, as they are quick to get you off of the phone, or play coy. Steph is the one who a lot of people have issues with, myself included. On several occasions I have caught her in lies. She would rather lie about something than to simply say Ill look into it, or let me call you back. There is absolutely no safety patrol as they claim. Several cars have been broken into, an apartment, and other odds and ends things that have happened. People I dont recognize roam the parking lots, along with people who do not live here use the dumpsters on the property. And, when you do make a complaint about it to the office staff, they say to call the onsite patrol. In my two years of living here I havent seen the patrol, ever. (even then, when you call the main line to get the number you have to click/dial through a million options). Simply put- it isnt secure, and they dont care.If youre military youre better off somewhere else.I am not exaggerating when I say there is dog poop everywhere. Our neighbor just moved in and his dog poops in the same area every day, and this guy ever picks it up.The hours are posted but if you come in near the closing time, dont expect to get any packages because they closed an hour before they are supposed to. Or, they closed the blinds and lock the doors 30 mins early and are simply sitting in the office waiting for closing time.

The STAFF particularly STEPHANIE has to be the biggest freakin liars ever, they’re never in office when they are supposed to be and they never take responsibility for their mistakes it’s always an excuse! Stephanie is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and loves to play Victim!!! They will make it hard for you to leave and purposely defame your rental history! Case and Associate property doesn’t care who they allow to run their apts and they never contact you back! The upgrades they did look horrible with their fake vinyl hard wood floors and cheap carpet! Overly priced with 0 amenities! I would not recommend anyone to live here!

When marry worked here i would have given this a 5 star but she is gone and now we have to deal with the ruddest lady ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. They replaced the balcony floors with wood instead of concrete so now if you drop something your neighborhood is gonna complain. The grounds manager is a jerk so dont even bother talking to her about anything cause she wont get it done shell just complain about you talking to her. Overall the worst apartment Ive ever inhabited.

RUN as fast as you can!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a roach! My sister and I were so excited to move here and at 1st things were going well. That didn’t last very long at all. Let’s see, where should I start?1st and foremost the Customer Service absolutely SUCKS! Stephanie has to be the snobbiest person I’ve ever met. She has no clue what it means to have good customer service and I don’t see how CaseUSA still employs her. They are never in the office when they’re supposed to be. You hardly ever can get them on the phone and if you do you probably won’t get your issues resolved, at least not without attitude and resilience. They leave early and swear up and down they were there. A lot of people get off of work 5 so it’s already hard enough to get there before they close at 5:30. If you show up at 5:20 trust me it’s too late, they’re gone! When you bring it to Stephanie’s attention she will argue you down and get so defensive instead of doing what most decent property managers would do and express a little bit of compassion or at least say it won’t happy again. Nope! Not Stephanie. She’ll make you feel like you were wrong for bringing it up. She’s completely rude and annoying and just down right inappropriate. She throws temper tantrums and acts like a child!!2nd, something is always breaking in the apartments. Whether, it be the a/c, the stove or garbage disposal, etc.. it’s always something. It doesn’t usually take maintenance long to get there but they can’t seem to resolve the issue the 1st time around as you’ll need to put in another request for the same thing eventually. The upgrades they did were very cheap and wasted our time having people in our unit to do them. We could’ve done without them.3rd, good luck finding a parking spot! If you make it home after 530 prepare to walk a mile, (not really) but you get my point, to your apt.I could say more but the customer service part alone is enough to make anyone cringe. The only thing decent about this place is the people living around you. No one seems to bother you much or be in your business. The ground work is kept nice and clean. If you want to be treated with respect find another place to live

I am writing this post for a friend who is a current resident. First of all, I dont even give them a 1 star if I could choose 0 that would be ideal and fitting for this complaint. Well where do I start, I dont even know why they put their hours until 5:30 knowing no one is ever there past 5:20. How unconvinent for half the people who work in the city. 2, why dont we have a drop box for information that needs to be provided to you like notices checks for rent etc. for example I went to try to turn something to the office mind you it was 5:28 and I sped there from the city and as I arrive STEPHANIE pulls the blind and locks the door. Talk about great costumer service and 3, that takes me to my next point, STEPHANIE clearly Im not the only one who says you are beyond rude. Like we get it, we all have bad days, how about you cheer up or just quit? Its sad that I dread going to the office because Im scared Stephanie is there. And 4, phones. Really whats the point of having them when they arent answered or my voicemails arent returned. Parking, I get it that may be out of your control but goodness this is ridiculous. 5, appliances. We pay so much for rent and yall cant upgrade? I literally tried making a baked potatoe in the oven, 2 hours later still raw. 5, noise. I can hear my neighbors all day everyday and again why even compliant when the phones dont get answered, voicemails dont get returned or Im scared to go in because of Stephanie? One good thing I can say and maybe this is why I even bother giving this place a star is because of breawna. Shes great. Always helpful and has a smile, quick to answer my questions. Yall need more girls like her for the staff. NOTHING like Stephanie.

1.Do not live here, as of August time frame to October(Current Month) 2017. There has been a string of thefts from someone stealing from cars. (Mainly truck toolboxes). I was literally there for one day and mine got broken into.2.My friend who lives there had to wait 5 days to get their A/C looked at only to be told it looks fine when they could not get it colder than almost 80 degrees.3. One of the times I stayed at my friends I was woken up by yard workers with lawn mowers that were catching rocks with their mowers which in turn get flung at the apartments either slamming into the wall, door, and in some cases the window.4. There are random cats all over the apartments that will either poop everywhere and make dogs go crazy (if you own a dog) or become hostile with the person and hiss or swipe at you.5. To be honest, this place may have been good at one point but its a total cesspool of just garbage now.
