A little on the ghetto side, but good housing for the cost. I do believe roaches might be an issue there. You get what you pay for.

I liked living there... Other than the fact its infested with a huge amount of cockroaches,But other than that it was nice to talk with everyone who lived there, and the manager Karen was very nice to talk too

When Naomi was managing the property I liked it. Since the new owners? Not so much. There is a lot of space for the money. However, it is roach infested. They do a poor job of spraying and it seems as if I see more when they do. Also, when management enters your unit, they dont leave notices that theyve been there which is a HUGE NO I came home a few weeks go and maintenance let themselves in without knocking or acknowledging. Come to find out, theyd been in and out of my apartment all day due to some air conditioning issue supposedly there were flies all over the place and it took days to get rid of them all.It has been a challenge living here. It has done what Ive needed it to do but Im out in August.

Just moved into Ashton Place, and I love it. It has had new owners recently, and they have run off all the riff/Raff. New roofs, and updates. My apt is very nice. New carpet, and applicants l have all new plumbing and electronic fixtures. And the walls arefreshly painted,but NOT white! Its a kind of tan. Very nice.

This page is a joke. They let anyone in, criminals everywhere. When my place robbed, just nine days before Christmas, we were told by the management that there was nothing she could do to help us and that her boss, the owner, has told her to remain out of it, that it was not their concern. I lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff. And they did it broad daylight right in front of the office. The manager openly admitted to seeing a man, one she knew didnt belong, on our back porch for hours....And said nothing! Furthermore, she refuses to identify the criminal or write a statement for the police.... so unless you want to be openly violated and burglarized dont come here.And to top of all this they are poorly maintained. Water pipe burst and flooded the entire apartment. It was days before they got in there to clean up and do repairs. Instead of pulling the ruined carpet they just pulled the carpet passing and left the ruined carpet in place with nothing under it. And the roaches and mice are unreal!

Ive lived in this complex for approximately 5 years. It has such potential but never quite lives up to it. The owner for the past 2 years had been trying so hard to get this place into shape. Its very old and needs so much attention. Its not neglected but overwhelmed with the amount of work & money that it needs to be back up to par. The neighbors are great and the questionable ones come and go. Management makes such a difference. And we have a good one now. Pros are lots of space for the buck, convenience to hwy 9, & genuine management. Cons are things dont get fixed right away, pool closed more than opened during the summer, the vent leak what the neighbors smoke, and no security. I think if you live here you should have patience, endurance, strength, positiveness, and a locking gas cap. Js

This place is a joke. Our apartment flooded with sewer water and I have a 1 year old son, the Owner and management basically said its not their problem. They threatened to evict another couple (whos apartment also is flooded) because they complained about it.
