The tech was so nice & friendly. The place was clean & efficient. So nice! I will definitely be coming back!!

I knew I should have walked out as soon as I walked in, but I was desperate for a gel fill. The salon was dirty and covid precautions were merely for show. The equipment was not sterilized and the technician used a nail file to clean the table top AND THEN used the same nail file on me! UGH!!! The fill itself was rushed and sloppy. The price was decent ($30) but I will not be going back here. Enter at your own risk.***Update: 3 days after the fill and my nails are already cracking and chipping. Let me reiterate for you, find another nail place.

Very good work on my manis and pedis. They more help in the shop is only 2 workers. Their prices are cheap and the working good.

Im not sure who the man was that did my nails but he was EXTREMELY unprofessional.!! I requested coffin shaped nails. And I wanted them wide not slim. This man got a whole attitude because apparently wide nails are not basic for coffin shaped nails. I have never made a request in a nail shop and got argued down the way I did here.. Its thenext day and I need a fill in already. Dont waste your money. Spend it where the services rendered match the prices, and u are appreciated for patronizing. If I could give ZERO STARS... I dont think anyone here actually knows how to do nails. They charge $22 for a full set and when I gave the man $30, expecting change, he simply said thank you, closed the cash drawer, and walked away as fast as possible. When I asked why Im not getting my change, he told me because the length of my nails cost more. $8 more?! Whatever.My nails look horrible. The lady put on 6, yes SIX, layers of polish on each nail, so they didnt dry for over 4 hours. Chipped and scraped all up hours after getting them done and the salon wont even bother to see me about it.My nails are shaped horribly, the acrylic is so thick it doesnt look even remotely natural. Add on 6 layers of polish, some chips in it, $8 paid extra than whats advertised, and you have yourself an experience at QP nails.Dont. Go. Here. Ever.

I enjoyed my pedicure, very relaxing. It was not crowded or super busy. I love that they paid attention to detail and their clients. When I visit the area again, I will return.

This place is HORRIBLE! All i needed was a fill. While removing my existing gel polish he drilled off almost all of my acrylic and thinned my nails out...then refused to replace it! Then was told i would have to pay an extra $30 for him to put it back. Hell no! Then couldnt get the color polish i wanted because it was old and sticky. Its been two days and one nail already broke. Save your money and time. Find another nail shop!

I love this place they will have you looking and feeling like a new person.

WARNING!!!!!!!! I was extremely disappointed, I went to this place today and left out with not only my feet sore but got cut up so much on my feet they had to go in the back to get peroxide, antibiotic ointment and bandages and they still had no remorse and still wanted me to pay the full price as I walked out of the shop limping due to cut of feet. I would never go to this place again and unless you enjoy getting cut up by a company that dont offer professional quality care you would stay away also.

HORRIBLE! I asked for ombré nail simply just using pink and white acrylic..... dude slapped them together and didn’t even bother Tryna blend it out I’m highly disappointed and disgusted

The worst service ever... Lady clipped my toenails extremely too short. After being instructed not to she ignored me and continued to cut. I really try to give this place a chance over and over again but this is the very last straw.

Make sure you ask the price of everything. I wanted a silver gitter and received platinum and was charged a hefty price and the gentleman didnt tell me it was an extra charge. This place is a family owned business and the staff was very friendly

Seriously wish I could give no stars. I am going to a wedding this week and came here to get a full set and a pedicure. I WAS NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. There is nail polish all over my fingers and part of my nail is still showing on several fingers. My nails are shaped inconsistently and he barely touched my feet. The nail polish on my toes looks like a five year old painted them. I was charged $85 for a half ass job, and when I stated that I was not satisfied the man became confrontational. He tried to tell me I could get a free fill next time and when I told him there would be no next time because I did not plan on coming back, I was met with an attitude and informed that he was going to cut all my nails off and take the polish off my toes. I have limited time between my two full time jobs, and he just wasted ALL of it and created a problem that I will have to spend MORE money and time to fix. I am beyond angry.

One star is too much for this place. One of the worst experiences Ive had. The first time, I went to get a pedicure. They do not clean my feets well and they think that a little exfoliating fix everything. I gave them another chance today with a Full set. OMG HORRIBLE !! The acrylic WAS SUPER THICK and the man put 3 layers of nail polish one after another without waiting for each layer to dry. AS YOU KNOW THEY NEVER DRY!!! I think they don’t know anything about nails. Dirty and badly done work. Without counting that it is 0 natural! My nails look like I have them for 2 weeks. The gentleman was doing my manicure running because one more person came and did everything dreadful !! I do not go back! Do not waste your money with these people. 😡

Very baddddd experience! I will never return or recommend this place. They cut my toenails to short and one of them ended up bleeding. The gel polish is so thin, my nails are chipping after only 2 days. They told me one price and when I got ready to pay, it was higher....stay away!

Got there at 10:15, my daughter got a fill in, lip and eyebrow wax and we were out by 11:30 ... No one waiting when we left with 4 technicians on duty.

I drove all the way out here...place was closed during posted hours. Please keep you r hours open updated.

Sent my sister there for a pedicure she was treated very rudely and insulted I would not recommend this place of business to anybody in the state of Virginia or surrounding states.
