Ive been going to the same two salons in Norfolk for the past seven years; and this place just became my new GO TO!Everything about this place is just BETTER. From the appearance and cleanliness, to the friendly attitude of the staff. From the amazing work they do; to the prices... which are just as great! (Seriously, what I normally pay just for the labor on my nails, I paid with tip.)I will hype this salon always!Thanks to my coworker for the recommendation!

Overall clean place. I just got a pedicure. Fair warning they will ask you what package you want but not tell you that its an extra $10, the sign says $35 for pedi, but with the tropical package it was $45. They just do a basic pedi, no leg massage or anything.My friend got gel nails, she hated the shape if them, very square looking chicklets even after she asked for rounded nails.Not a horrible place by any means, just be clear with exactly what you want.

10/10 i got my eyebrows waxed lashes and a nail fill here and she did great and fixed my eyebrows someone else messed up and the lashes are so natural and pretty but she has options for longer ones too. Also my nails were done the wrong shape from another place and she fixed them for me all of this for like 60$ more than reasonable for the excellent work. 🤘🔥 it was like 25 or 30 for the lashes 8 for the wax and the nail fill and fix less than 30 like wow this will be my new spot (edit) wow they did it again and really stay ahead of the game with the colors i got the magnetic color and wow

I Went In To Get A White Full Set Mind You The Length Wasn’t Long But The Lady Had The Nerve To Charge Me $60, I’ve Came Here Several Times & Has Never Been Charged That Much Especially When I Didn’t Get Gel. I Even Had A Gift Certificate With Them For $80 & The Lady Said I Have $12 Dollars Left When It Really Should’ve Been $20. So If She Cannot Do Simple Subtraction How Did She Come Up With That Price?

Great service, no appointment in and out in 45 minutes. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very clean and professional work center.

They are my go to now for my pedi. So relaxing and they make sure you try to stay relaxed especially during the spa pedi.

They are rude. I came in at 7:18. The sign says they close at 8:00 and all I wanted was a nail removal. The guy told me they were closing and upon arguing that the door said “8:00PM” he told me I’d had to wait. I waited 30 mins to get my nails popped off. Usually when someone does a nail removal they also buff your nails and even them out. He did not do any of that. Definitely should’ve popped them off myself rather than paying $10

Lashes came off same day horrible service

My 2nd time going but thoroughly enjoyed myself both times. The prices are great, the talent is great. I will be a regular from now on!

Tried this salon as it was closer to the house. I should have known that because they had availability when my regular spots didn’t the quality would be horrible. Their nail polish is watered down. Literally left bare spots on my nails and got paint on my fingers (and just left it there). It costs a fortune (three times local average). Shared towels and nail brushes. Totally unsanitary.

So I walked in to get my eyebrows done today and I feel like I was racially profiled I’ll tell you why so while my girlfriend and our friends walked in which are white and was all sitting together when they got there nails and eyebrows done and as soon as I came in to get my eyebrows done they told me to leave and they can’t do anything they are about to close mean while there’s still 30 minutes before they closed and it wasn’t busy. This is not the first time this had happened to me last time I tried to come in they told me I had to leave because I was taking up space and i wasn’t getting anything done while the nail salon was empty.

Men can get mani/pedis too. I feel like a million dollars. My stress is gone ........wow!!!!

Been a loyal customer for years. Recently had nothing but bad experiences, nail techs are about the money no passion with the nail work just about the dollar. Prices went up. Save your money. Tell them you don’t like your nails they charge you to fix them when they are the ones who messed them up. Go to black owned nail shops prices are better, more talent and at least they treat you with respect

My nails were uneven, gel polish covered my cuticles. Worst nail service ever. I was charged $70 for my nails... then when I asked them to fix them and at least try to make them look better, they said it would cost $20 more. I don’t recommend anyone get their nails done here.

Its okay. I keep coming back but the past 2 times my nails havent turned out how I hoped.

I have been a loyal customer for awhile now. Completely unsatisfied with everything never again will I go into this location and give them a dime. The prices they wanna charge are ridiculous for the length they wanna give. Go somewhere else unless you like for a place to give you what they want.

I went there today and got my lashes and brows waxed, they do a really good jobGoing back tomorrow to get my nails done.

The over charge for mediocre work. They do have lots of the mood changing colors and a pretty shop but the techs cannot do everything. The Main male tech they have is the one they hand all of the work to they cannot do but he is not so good with nails. He over drills them and is not good with shaping them at all. Its almost $40 for some not even 1inch nails after all the over filing they will do. And they are not good with gel polish so dont get that if you go. If youre the non acrylic wearing type then this is good place for you. Eyelashes and eyebrows this is definitely not the place for it they will over charge and the work will be bad.

I come to this shop to get my nails, pedicure, eyebrows, and lashes done all the way from Hampton. I normally spend about $125 and always tip. I came to the shop on 5/3 at 9:30am the second customer for the day and was going to get my usual. I normally go to Lee. I let the lady in the front left do my nails. She was very rude, rushed on my nails, kept sucking her teeth, said rude comments, and rushed me out of the chair. I called to complain because I didn’t want to bad talk her in front of other customers because I truly like the shop. The owner didn’t even acknowledge the issue and was very rude when I said I couldn’t come back until Monday(I’m going out of town this weekend). I’ve been going to this shop for about 5 years but today will be the last day they get my hard earned money.You should treat all customers with great service and know your loyal customers.

Horrible service been going here for a couple months. My nails each week kept breaking. I go in they made them thicker. Well here we go again pulled my pants up nails broke again so i go in and they are screaming and yelling saying its my fault. I had to walk out. I just got a fill two days ago. Dont waste your time nor your money! I would rate a zero if I could!

Ive been coming here for 12 years, would never go anywhere else.but the last three weeks I have had to go back every week to get a nail replacement.im doing the exact same thing for three years..I just want to know if anyone else has had issues lately. Maybe a different base they are using....

They were so awesome. My mom, grandmother, sisters and daughter and I went to get pedis and they got us in pretty quickly and even took pictures for us because they knew how special our outting was. I definitely reccomend this place.

I have been to nail shops all over Norfolk, and this is the best one! Very nice, clean open space. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Poor quality! The lady that did my daughters nails was RUDE and pushy, not to mention that she told my daughter her eye brows were bushy and needed a wax. I brought to the owners attention what his employee had done and how the nails were uneven, lumpy and the edges were completely exposed. He said he didn’t care and he just needed me to pay! Another customer also complained because they did her eye brows wrong! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS A MISTAKE!

Zero rating..Am not satisfy, they dont listen, give attitude and they give you what they want, they dont clean around the nail after they finish..these people cant do nail period. If your use to getting your nail properly done, this is not the place to go.

Great service at affordable prices

First of all, if I could give this place zero stars I would. My friends and I have never been to a place with such bad customer service before and weve been to ALOT of nail places. We just came back from a long underway and we wanted to relax and get our nails done. One guy there was being very impatient and rude with me when I was asking simple questions about prices, he was making feel stupid like I was suppose to know everything about nails. Once we got up and left due to the bad customer service he said out loud if you dont got money then thats not my problem for everyone around to hear. This is not a place Id recommend to anybody at all, EVER.

Terribly rude behavior. Someone actually walked in after me and they were assisted while I just stood there. Then some man approached me and told me not to touch the nail polish colors until I was assisted by an associate, mind you no one welcomed me or even asked what I was trying to get done. Not very good at nail...they do lashes as well and im guessing theyre not too good at that either because a lady came in mad as heck bout her lashes keep coming off...and that was her 2nd time bk in less than a week...smh...on the flip side they have excellent customer service skills...

Yesterday I went on to go to this establishment to get a fill on my ombré nails . I was very displeased with my service . She did not know how to do my nails how they were suppose to be . I was not comfortable, I could not understand her as well and it was just a horrible experience all around . Once I told her I did not like how I did my nails she got frustrated and even had the owner comment that she like them when they were horrible . I will never go there again sadly because I did not feel the passion when she was doing them and I spend money on really bad nails . And just unprofessional in my experience of going to get my nails done but I usually went to Lotus Day Spa who are amazing.

The lady who sits at station #2 did not shape my nails right nor did she cut my real nails before putting on the fake nails . I had to ask her to match my nails up to make sure they was even. She kept asking me did I want any other service after I told her no the first time .
