Lady is very rude & unprofessional. 100% consistent with other reviews. Forced to use cash, forced to rush out without my nails drying, demanding a tip (when I was planning on it anyway but had no shame in bringing it up before I even had a chance. I wasn’t even done with my pedicure yet), tried very hard to upgrade pedicure package when I mentioned 4 times i want just a regular. Also Made me leave after 3 minutes of my pedicure drying. Don’t go there. Only reason I went is because it was the only place open on Sunday at 530pm.

Been going to them for years, service is iffy. Have considered going elsewhere, but this last time, I had the absolute pleasure of Jazmin doing my nails. THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN YEARS!!!! From now on, JAZMIN will be the only one doing my nails. Going back tomorrow to have her do my pedicure. Amazing work and beautiful customer service. She has a client for life.

I initially went to this place because the spa i usually go to was closed. All i wanted was a REGULAR manicure pedicure. They tried to sell me a pack that i didn’t want and thats where the bad experience started. Just because i didn’t want to get the pack and gel color the esthetician gave me the worst service. She kept hurting my every single finger, i asked her so many times to be gentle but she wouldn’t listen. Extra 5$ to remove gel color, extra $10 to remove acrylic....just overcharging !!! I ended up cutting my own nails and i went to speak with the manager, she was sooo rude and cursed me out !! I will never ever go back and if you are reading this you shouldn’t either !!! I want to give it a 0 star !!

I only came here for the first time because the day spa across the street was closed. For starters I wasnt told that I was getting gel nails and it cost an extra $15. Secondly when I get my nails done trimming my nails down even never cost an extra $3 per nail. What the heck is that? Lastly the lady said the credit card machine was down and asked me to use their atm or cash app. I told her I wasnt using their machine nor cash app and she better use the card I gave her and she did and out of no where it worked. Never again. The only thing positive is the massage chairs were really nice and pedicure was decent.

I went last week and got my nails, & feet done. I got gel polish the polish came off in a few days so today when I got there I try to explain to the lady she was very rude to me she did not give me gel polish she did not listen to me as I tried to explain to her. I would never go to them ever again

The best place to come to do your nails especially with the girl Jazmin number 15 is a nice kind and very professional person very good talk good friendly talk I recommend them. I was very happy to eat her and super pleased with her experience at work.

I tried to come here and they rushed my service and when I requested a fill in, THEY DID 2 DIFFERENT SHADES OF WHITE. I asked them to fix it and he didn’t! Wow wow wow, n e v e r a g a i n. How are you going to advertise fill-in for $15 but then I got charged $30??? Literally no manicure, no designs but charged me ABOVE the price of a full set. Would really appreciate speaking to the owner, but with my experience Im somehow always being helped by the manager so felt no point in asking/arguing. This place is not where you should go for a great experience!! I asked for the $25 pedicure & they rushed my feet really fast & didn’t grade my feet all the way through. They tried to tell me I needed to pay $5 more for them to grade the rest of my feet. Never in my life have I ever had to go through that. My feet are naturally soft & don’t require much work at all. They just want to make people spend more money!!! Never go to this place y’all! This was the worst experience everrrrr. & I have never had a problem all my 12 years of getting my feet done. Make sure you have cash. They will not tell you the credit card machine is down until After you receive your services. They want you to use their ATM so you are subject to their fee and your banks. When I complained the manager just looked at me like I was being unreasonable. Very unprofessional

Everyone here was really nice and they were able to take my friend and I immediately for a walk in, didn’t have to wait at all. Although I repeatedly said I didn’t want gel nails and ended up with gel nails for extra money at the end. Was irritated about that but the pedicure itself was good.

Great salon ! I don’t go to get my nails done very often so I never know where to go. Looked this up in google and had decent reviews. I got the Milk and Honey spa pedicure and my daughter got the kids mani and pedi. Reasonably priced. My daughters nail tech was Jasmine. Kevin was my nail tech and he was very nice and gentle with the massage. (I’m not a fan of anything deep or intense) Very personable and outgoing. I will definitely be back here.

Went because they had kids pedicure chairs. For my daughters first experience I was not pleased. I don’t remember who we had but she tried to use a pumice on my daughters feet and legs and was really rough that my daughter cried. I made her stop and paint her toes and was still charged full price for her. (It took all of 5 mins) then I spent the next 2 hours getting mine done. My feet feel like they were scraped raw and the entire process for a mani/pedi was extremely slow. Just to find out my total was 95$. (Gel mani/pedi & kid’s pedicure) I’ll never go here again and feel terrible that my daughters first experience was this way. My nails look great but the service/experience was horrible

I came to get nails removed. I dont know if the employees think they don’t have time, or they just don’t care. When removing the nails they were careless and ruined my best friends nails beds and pried nails off. The woman who did my nails was cutting my acrylics vertically, which is an interesting method in my opinion. They shoved fake nails under the acrylics, which hurts... if i wanted that kind of treatment, i wouldnt be spending money on it. I’d be doing them at home. I had to ask to have my nails soaked and even that was a burden to them. Isn’t this your job??? They accepted more people for full services after they closed later on, which is another reason why there’s no excuse to rush the process. Just turn away people you’re not going to provide proper service to. Will not ever be returning. Ouch. Nowhere else i’ve been has hurt my nails.

The lady who did my nails tricked me into over paying. I told her 3 times I wanted a fullset for $25 & asked if they airbrush she said no OK...so she took out polished nails for me to choose & they were Gel...she never told me it was extra until I looked at my receipt & saw $40 than she tells me Gel is extra $15. Never coming back because I wanted the set I asked for $25. Bye ppl shouldnt do that to ppl.

I normally love Lee nails. Anne runs a professional establishment..But her new guy is the absolute worst. first of all he kept going out smoking cigarettes. next the polish he used was watery. I could see strikes. he kept saying its fine. it wasnt until I came out of the bag that he fixed it. and than had the nerve to say I make better for you. um no. it was not good to start with. I would normally give my peeps a 4 out of 5. Ive been coming for years. but this experience was the worst. 3. really 2.5

Went in for a pedicure and they up sold me. They charge for cutting your nails, the polish you use. Walked out paying 60 dollars for a pedicure. I been here 4 times its never the same price for the pedicure even though I get the same thing every time. Heres the menu below.

It all depends on what technician you go to. Some are awesome and the rest are not so good. One technician talked on the phone the entire time he did my nails and then he didn’t properly paint my nails. Another guy didn’t shape my nails properly. So your experience highly depends on who you go to.

I havent been here in many years, since the early 2000s. I work in a high-stress job and I wanted to get my nails done to feel nice and pampered. I went to Military Circle and saw it wasnt at that location. I wasnt too surprised, for the mall should be closed down anyway. I had to Google to find the shop. I was happy to discover it moved to Military Crossing. I went there and was in awe of how nice the shop looked, which is MUCH better than the old location. Most of the employees remembered who I was and seemed glad to see me again. They still have the same customer service and the beautiful nail work that I remember. This will always be my personal nail salon.❤

A friend and I went to get our nails done she got a fill in and I got a full a set and the ladies didn’t do a good job on mines I left with glue or acrylic on my fingers my cuticles looked horrible my nails got cut before anything i don’t know why but I didn’t mind I got a coffin and the lady did a pretty good job on my shape two different ladies worked on my nails I won’t be back me and my friend will try another place my nails don’t look like they recently got done

Worst experience ever! Completely unprofessional and rude. I will never return again. They rushed through my nails and did a very poor job. On my way to get my nails done over right now. The facility wasnt too clean either.. There were bugs underneath the chairs in the waiting area...and I did not see them sanitize any of their tools or using disposable ones.

The worker was rude and showed no real customer service. I ask to get the buff for my mani pedi, they charge $5, said it because its a lot of work to buff, really!!!? LEEve them alone, dont waste your time or money!!!

For so long I searched for a good nail tech. Well, I finally found a GREAT one! Kim listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. She doesnt rush and takes pride in her work, which makes customers happy.The facility is clean and up to date - Great place! I would give Kim 10 stars if I could!! Youll be happy with Kim!

Came in for a pedicure and to give my poor boot feet/ dry cracked heals some love. Walked out feeling like I had brand new baby soft feet! The lady took her time and gave me an awesome experience. Would recommend the milk and honey pedicure to anyone feeling embarrassed by dry, cracked, or callused feet. I walked out of there with brand new soft beautiful feet and cute green toes!

I went back for my second visit! Equally as pleased. Sophia gave me one of the best pedicures that I have ever had! She was the kindest person. She allowed me to zone out and just rest which I greatly appreciated. She hugged me as I was leaving! So sweet. I will continue to go back...Ann for nails and Sophia for pedicures. I wish that I had found them sooner as I leave again in 3 months.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this place is going to hurt someone. I have been here twice and neither experience was good. The first time I went was a couple months ago for a full acrylic set and the man that did my nails took three smoke breaks throughout the course of the appointment. He then failed to file the back of my nails by the cuticle and left about a quarter inch of acrylic over my cuticle. I decided I just wouldn’t go back but then I broke a nail today and needed my eyelashes removed and nowhere else was open. So I went back for a nail repair and eyelash removal. Now I have had my eyelashes done a couple times at my usual salon but my girl was out of town this week so I figured a removal isn’t that hard I’ll just go to this place. The girl that repaired my nail did great but then the girl that went to remove my eyelashes tried to do it with a q tip and oil instead of eyelash glue remover. I could feel her ripping out my eyelashes and decided to just pay for my nail repair and leave before I lost all of them. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR EYELASHES. There should not be any pinching during an eyelash removal. Go literally anywhere else.

Fast and good service

Full set w regular polish $23I went in for an overlay, but ended up having to get a full set after being offered coffin shaped nails. The coffins varied in shape, so I immediately requested to have tips applied to get my desired style, squ-oval - square with round corners. The acrylic was laid on too thick on the first nail so that one side was higher than the other. I informed the technician and he assured me that it would be filed down to my liking. I ended up having to coach my nail tech through each nail so the acrylic would look evenly distributed and natural as opposed to caked on. When it comes to the shape, some of my nails are perfect and some of them still need a bit more attention. There is glue and acrylic left dried underneath my natural nails. It took the rest of that night to remove all of the glue and whatever else was left over on my actual fingertips. Today makes day two and I am still scratching nail polish off of my cuticles, but I could tell that my nail technician was most likely new in his craft. He was very patient with his work and made sure to consider my requests. My nails, at least on one hand, are not perfect but I am willing to give the salon one more shot. We all have to begin somewhere, right?

Where do I even start... went to get my nails done exactly one week ago (gel manicure) and it only took two days for my nails start chipping, went to get it fixed that same week and the same thing happened AGAIN. THIRD time I came back I explained to a lady that works there what had happened and not only was she HORRIBLY RUDE, but she refused to re-do my nails, it was only after a 10 min argument that a really nice nail tech (Myra) fixed ALL my nails and did an amazing job. I’ve NEVER received such horrible customer service from a nail place in my life and I would strongly advice to save your money and time and go some place else. They don’t know how to run a business which explains why they were empty on a Friday night and if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Absolutely terrible job. I got a fill on my acrylic nails with gel polish, the lady doing my nails did not understand anything I was saying and kept filing my nails down to the thinnest possible. I tried tto explain the nails were to thin... nothing.I walked out of there and less than an hour later my nails began to break and chip away. Its now been a week and theyre all breaking. TERRIBLE job, not with my money.The only reason I even came to this place is because my usual nail tech was booked solid for two weeks and I had a trip coming up.Save the money and go somewhere with people that know what theyre back doing 🙄🙄

I recently moved from Texas and needed a new nail shop. So I choose this one. My nails where so badly done. Even my own children notice. The nails had to much acrylic and the shape was just off. I was very disappointed and will never visit this place again.

I wish I could give zero stars just gotMy lashes an nails done Christmas Eve lashes came off and nail broke complained to the owner she tried to charge me 10 dollars to fix my lashes that lasted 2 days.Charged 5 for nail repair keep in mind I paid 70 dollars for the services. Never again will I return the manager is rude and can’t do lashes at all. The sad part is she recommended me to get the service Never again.

By far my favorite nail salon in the 757! Ms. Lisa and the owner Ms. Anne always gets me right! It’s very clean here, they provide great customer service and have the best tunes playing!!! Ladies definitely check them out !!

I went to get my acrylic soaked off my nails and a simple manicure. The service was $25. When it was time to pay, there was an error that prevented the transaction from going through. Immediately, the man who did my nails told me I didnt have money on my card. I laughed it off thinking he was just kidding, but he had a straight look on his face. At that time, the owner asked if I would go to the ATM. I declined. Another man who works there came to the register and advised that there was a chip reader error due to lack of Internet service forcing her to call and rectify the issue. She called the service provider; however after 15 minutes they were still unable to take the payment. At that time, I offered to go to the ATM. The owner asked me to leave something I guess to ensure that I came back; however, this was an issue that THEY were having. The fact that I was going to the ATM was to help them because at the end of the day I did what I was supposed to do. It is not my responsibility to make an extra effort to pay you because you dont have a back up plan if your credit card machine isnt working. When I walked out of the shop to head to the ATM, the man who had done my nails chased me down to take a picture of my license plate. I understand that they want to be paid, however I had a good experience and would have returned regardless of the machine error at the end of the evening, but all this for $25?!! Upon my return, I still tipped the man $5 and informed him that all hed done was unnecessary. He proceeded to shoo me out at the store as though I had done something wrong. In my opinion, it was a very stereotypically racist experience and just plain rude to have to deal with such disrespect. Never again.

This place is awesome! I received a pedicure, the chair was very relaxing. I also got a fill in. Anne was my tech, she was quick and efficient! If you are in the Norfolk area this is the place to go!

Would give this place 5 stars but like every other place they do have flaws. One thing I can say is that they actually take their time on your pedicures, which is my favorite thing to get. So thats a big plus in my books. No one likes to feel rushed when the goal is to relax.

This nail salon is not for me. I was not comfortable with the older gentleman that did my feet. I have to pay $40 for a milk and honey pedicure which in reality should have been the basic ped.
