I usually don’t write reviews, especially not bad ones. But I took a lot of time researching salons in the area and took people’s reviews into consideration, and if I can help someone be at ease with where they go, then I will post a review. My friend and I went to get our nails done here, and I called beforehand asking if it was appointment only. They said they were taking walk ins. So we got there and they could see both of us right away, so great. But before they would take us, they informed us it was cash only. They said nothing about that over the phone, and there’s no sign on their door stating so. So we had to leave and come back. Luckily for us, they could still see us right away. In the process of getting our nails done, other people walked in seeing when the next available appointment time would be. Every single time someone walked in they said, “ten minutes.” Our nails took over an hour to do, so those same people kept coming back and were continuously being told the same thing, even though it wasn’t accurate. I was upset for them, because I would want to know the true time so I could go somewhere else. They nail techs were very nice, but in my opinion they lacked professionalism for essentially lying to a potential client. For how long everything took, I feel like the nail done in the end was just sloppy. I didn’t like the shape of them, and I ended up filing them down the next day to try and get something I liked. They also didn’t cut our cuticles down at all, which you can see in the pictures I attached to the review. The paint job was sloppy towards the beginning of my nails too. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to a family member or a friend.

The lady at the second table, I don’t remember her name, is the best!! Very nice and she gave me the best pedicure, massage and everything! She pays close attention to the little things and makes sure she leaves you looking good!

They do a great job with gel polish. I got my nails done three weeks ago tomorrow and the polish never peeled up or chipped. I’m rough with my hands so this is amazing. Will be going back. One thing everyone should know is they are cash only.

The service was welcoming and nice. What i didn’t like was the price. Price says $25 for pedicure (color included). I got a pedicure with French tips... and paid $30. Explain why it makes sense to charge me MORE for LESS paint than what already comes with a standard pedicure.

Excellent quality!!! There are typically 2 or 3 nail techs working. I trust each of them with my fill-ins, pedicures and waxing. One of the best nails salons in Norfolk!!! The only downside would be the cash only policy.

Im a regular customer and they never disappoint. You can go to any nail technician and be satisfied with the results. This is the only shop I trust to wax my eyebrows and do my nails!!! The only downside is this establishment only accepts cash.

Favorite nail shop in Norfolk!

2 stars for customer service. I waited with my 4lb dog in her bag for 30 minutes. There was no sign in the window or on the door that started no pets welcome and this was my 4th time coming with her with no problems. I finally got in the chair to get my nails done and was told pets are not allowed. I explain that I been here 4 times before with her and no-one ever said that to me. I t took her home which was 3 mins away and when I return I had to wait once again. No consideration was given. If it wasnt for the other three visits going well and my being new to the area I would taken my business somewhere else.

Rude as hell is all I can say. My regular nail tech was not in today and I definitely felt it. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in nor never asked what service I needed today. Sat there for a hour without even being acknowledged by the older lady at the first table nor the blond headed one at the third table. I ended up just leaving and taking my business else where.

The last few times Ive gone here the service has been excellent, but today I was seriously so disappointed. Rachel did my pedicure and fill-in (both gel) and she did a HORRIBLE job. Nice lady but she rushed through the whole process and charged me 80 DOLLARS for it all. Im very unhappy and will not be going to her again.

I have been to this shop on more than one occasion and if they are having a good day they are nice....But I had one of the ladies do a pedicure and she cut me 3 different places and i was saying ouch, she never apologized for it just kept going. They never even offered a discount or anything.Went back to get my nails done and the price was excellent but my nails are so thick they make my hands look like a transgendered person. SMHNEVER AGAIN

Great place! Just visiting the area and this place was the closet to the hotel. Once of the best pedicures Ive gotten.

I went inside, they both had customers but no one greeted me like usual nail salons or asked me what I wanted. Still I sat down and waited patiently for about 20mins, I decided to leave because I felt unwanted .. it was about 5pm on a Thursday

I love this place. I moved to Norfolk and I had to start all over with over lays. 3 months later I havent had any gaps and/or breaks. I use my trumb nail to break the tape to open cases. lt worth the drive to go to this nail salon. The ladies are wonderful and have great personalities.

Came in to get my brows done. The good: techs were nice and they spoke english most of the time! (Yay), all customers getting serviced left happy, clean and neat shop, they dont stop serving you to take care of someone else. The bad: if they are all busy and all u want are ur eyebrows done, it may be a while. My wait was almost one hour, there were 3 techs. Would like to give 5stars but it was a really long wait to me! I will be back for a pedi next time!
