I’ve been to a few different gyms over the years and most days, I drag myself in and force myself to participate. It wasn’t something I looked forward to during my day. Thankfully, that has changed. I look forward to going and seeing other athletes who are fun to hang out with and very friendly. I look forward to the coaching. It is certainly well above anything I’ve experienced and I feel myself progressing after a few months of going three days a week. I’ll be bumping that to five days starting in June and I’m looking forward to seeing the progress. Great owners. Great coaches. Great athletes. Check it out

Dropped in here cause Im looking for a gym in the area. Everyone was super friendly and the workout was fun!

Ive been attending classes here for almost 6 months and its been such a fun and rewarding experience. As someone that had not done CrossFit previously it was a little intimidating at first and forced me out of my comfort zone but Im so glad I did it. The people have been fantastic. The coaches are all very patient and encouraging and really do a great job of helping beginners like me learn but also setting goals and challenging those that are more advanced. The gym is a new building in a great location. Its a beautiful facility with air conditioning, plenty of space, and all new equipment. Everything is in great condition and is well maintained. The owners are a young family that are really invested in helping others and contributing to the local community. They couldnt be nicer people. The people posting the recent negative reviews clearly havent taken the time to meet the owners or have any reasonable discourse over how pedestrians and cars can share the surrounding side streets that lack sidewalks in many places. In all of my experiences, CrossFit 11:24 is a great place run by great people. You should come check it out!

Great place to workout with trainers who really care about you and your safety! Its an encouraging community with workouts that will kick your butt.

I’ve been a member at a number of gyms (crossfit and not) over the years, but Crossfit 11:24 is by far my favorite. The coaches are incredible - great with technique and motivation (but also keeping you in check and safe), the programming is always challenging and varied, and the facilities are the nicest I’ve ever been in. It’s also pretty darn cool when the owners know everyone by name. It’s truly more than a gym, it’s a community.If you’re looking for a new gym, whether you’re an experienced lifter/cross fitter/runner or brand new to working out, look no further. This is the place.

Love this gym, and my trainer, Amelia!!! It is spotless, tons of light, fresh air from garage doors being open, and tons of equipment!!! If you are looking to do CrossFit or get a personal trainer, this is where you want to be.

The leadership and programming are fantastic! I always leave 11:24 feeling accomplished and motivated to keep pushing. But to be honest, this isnt just a gym - its a gathering place. The community that has formed in just eight months is incredible. People come early just to hang out and stay long after the workout is over. You may walk in alone but youll leave with at least one new friend and accountability partner. Love my 11:24 fam!

CrossFit 11:24 is such an amazing addition to the Whitlock Heights and Marietta Square Community. The owners and coaches are here to help others first, and serve with abundance. They do a fantastic job of creating functional fitness programs that are welcoming, judgement free, and suitable for all fitness levels. It is a great gym for CrossFit, running, prenatal and postpartum fitness, and weightlifting. A beautiful, fun, and inviting gym!

I’ve been to many gyms. The best is here at 1124!

For about three years, I have lived off of the street that this CrossFit gym recently opened on. They persist, dangerously, to run their route in the middle of a windy street that has many blind turns. As someone who takes this route home every day, it is not a safe situation because the CrossFit goers refuse to move out of the way of cars and continue to run in the middle of the road. The owner refuses to acknowledge this issue.
