I called early this morning to see if they had space for an herbal manicure and pedicure and they managed to get me in this evening. Very luxurious feeling services - took almost two and a half hours by the time you include that I changed my nails to gel. Jenna did my French tips and it was the last thing, very close to closing time, but I dont feel like she rushed through it at all and they look really good. It was a very pleasant experience.

I’m here visiting a friend who has gone to Lotus Day Spa for years and always spoke so highly of them. She treated me to the hot stone pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve had in my life! Mr. Henry did the pedicure and he did an amazing job! First time I’ve had someone use a lime on my discolored toenails instead of grinding it off (which I’ve never liked). I’ve never had such a great leg and foot massage even when I’ve paid extra to get more massage time. If I lived here, I would definitely be a return customer!

Customer service was alright, but what I asked for vs what I got was not expected. I wanted my nails to look like the picture with gel. Not only that the person doing my nails never did gel before nor designs.also they were running out of my color so I couldn’t get all blue nails. When I at least tried to ask for glitter polish on my clear ones the person didn’t feel like looking for it. I basically paid 91$ for this and my toes.

I had an amazing experience here. Vicky did my massage and facial and it was insanely relaxing. She was personable and asked questions to make sure she was getting what I wanted done. Definitely worth the money

I’ve been coming to only Lotus for a year. I’ve never been disappointed. I feel like part of the family. Over the Holidays because things were busy I didn’t get in. My tech called me to make sure everything was ok. They go out of their way to accommodate me as a regular like coming in early. I will never go to a different salon for anything. Lotus is my spa family, I love them.

I just recently moved out to this area and had to find a new nail spot. This place was amazing. Clean environment, courteous staff, nice color choices, etc. Jayleen was my nail technician and she was nothing short of amazing! Definitely recommend her and this spa! 🙂

This place is an absolute gem! Ive been going to other places to get my nails done and theyve all either said they cant do what I want or they do it and I leave disappointed. Ive never been treated as well as I was at Lotus Day Spa! Jenna was kind, and paid exceptional attention to detail. She took her time and made sure that my nails were perfect for my wedding day! This was my first time here and it will not be my last!

I have been looking for a good nail spa and when I ran across Lotus Day Spa and can surely tell I don’t have to look any further. Ebony has been doing my feet and nails since I started coming. I just discovered this place two weeks ago and I’m so glad I did! Tina did an amazing job on my nails (full set and fill 2 weeks later) and Ebony gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! So sad to be moving outOf the area after discovering this Gem! All the staffIs friendly and professional. Never felt so comfortable at a nail spa like I was here. Highly recommend.

This place was the best! I definitely got my moneys worth. I went to a different place a few weeks ago and got the same type of services but the quality of Lotus was 3 times better for the same price. Linda took her time with mt pedicure and massaged my feet and legs for probably 7 or 8 minutes each which I appreciated so much since I run a lot and am on my feet the majority of the day at work. I got dip powder also (hands) and LOVE how natural she made them look. The other place didnt go far enough towards my cuticle AND made them super thick which made them look fake. I have a long and curved nail bed and Linda did a fabulous job at giving me a more natural and classy look. Im a fan!

Great service, got exactly what I wanted and everyone is really nice. I feel safe as they have great measures in place to social distance too. Nails look great!

I went in for the welcome package, there was a mix up when I first arrived but after it was cleared up, Jayleen was absolutely phenomenal. She took excellent care of me from the massage to the facial, then my nails and eyebrows. Jayleen took her time and did not rush, she did such quality work that I will definitely be back to the Lotus Day Spa and they now have a regular customer. If you want to truly be pampered, this is the place!

Good system you can order online and they text you when ready is what I was told. They have online orders name on window when its ready. I haven’t tried online order but I will the next time I gey some.

I received professional, well mannered, precautions due to Covid we amazing service. The pedicures are peaceful and they really get the job done. The entire staff we polite, I worked with a women named Tina D. She did my gel full set. She was amazing, she took her time, patient and I definitely will make this place my go-to when ever I visit VA Beach. Thanks So Much!

Its really clean here. I appreciate that they line the pedicure bowls and that they open up freshly autoclaved tools for you. I am very particular with my manicure shape and Trina does such a perfect job. Call ahead, youll usually need an appointment.

Went in for the welcome package. The massage was a 5 star on its own. Unfortunately the bad attitudes of the nail techs, the over polishing of my nails thats still wet 30 minutes after leaving, my toes being cut 3 times, and being there for 5 hours instead of the 3.5 the website advertises absolutely brings the overall rating down.

This place is amazing!! Tina did my nails today, she was very attentive & took her time on my set. I’ve been getting compliments all day on my nails. I can’t wait to return for a fill, the best full set I’ve EVER had.

Update: 10/16/2020: I’ve actually gotten many compliments since this review and I have to give credit where credit is due! 🙏🏽🙂. I went in for an micro blade touch up recently. The first round did not last and was not really to my liking. Marie is the eyebrow technician. She is nice and professional, however I feel that she can further her skills and education to stay up to date. I had a particular way that I wanted her to do my eyebrows and she did not listen. I like the end result but for the amount of money I paid plus touch ups are an extra $100, I definitely feel that I should have gotten much closer to what I actually wanted. She also seemed a bit annoyed with the fact that the color did not stay. Maybe had she given after care instructions that actually worked, I decided to do my own after care, and I actually did not wash my eyebrows until they began to shed. It worked out much better! Not saying this will work for anyone else! And I did not use the A&D ointment she gave me to assist with healing, which is an old school method and my brows are much darker this time around.

This is my go to salon for the Hampton roads area! I’ve been going here for 3 years now and they are always amazing every time. All the employees are very talented, wonderful, and have great customer service. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! They take walk ins but fill up with appointments very quickly, especially on the weekends.

The spa was so clean and the masseuse was super nice and professional.They treat everyone with respect, regardless of race.

Got my nails done with Jayleen and she did an amazing job! I definitely recommend her and this place! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I am very picky and I appreciated that. She made sure I had a drink and told me if I needed to use the restroom or anything just left her know. Her customer service was through the roof. This is my go to salon.

This was my first time Lotus Day Spa and it was far from disappointing. This location does function as a “By Appointment” only location, which is very reasonable due to the high quality of service provided. I called ahead and was accommodated for a last minute appointment for a pedicure. When I first arrived the staff greeted me and were very friendly. Stephen preformed my pedicure and was very professional and pleasing to speak with. I highly recommend this location for any Day Spa needs!

Best quality mani-pedi Ive ever had! They took their time, had great attention today detail. My eyebrows also look fantastic! My skin is glowing from the facial and the massage was top notch!

I love my nails. Theyre powder dipped. The first time I went, Jenna took care of me. Since it was October, I wanted a sugar skull on my ring fingers. Although Jenna said it was her first time, she said she would be able to do it. Jenna is a sweetheart. I went back last night but this time Jenna did my nails in purple.

I never received a call back. I called twice to schedule an appointment. I guess they are too busy to have a new customer.

These people are amazing. They always do an amazing job, they remember who we are and they have a separate alcove with just two pedicure chairs if you’re going with just one other person you can have a private little party. My friend and I have been going there for about a year.

My husband treated me to the herbal rejuvenating pedicure. It’s a must for pregnant women! Best pedicure I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many in my life. And they let my husband sit in the chair next to me. Everyone is really friendly and not in a fake way. Only thing I would change is how the gel polish is displayed. You can only tell the color by looking at the top of the cap, but some don’t have the color there. Some have fake nails painted with the color attached to the bottle, but most don’t. It’s hard to find the right color because you can’t see all the options. But other than that, this place is perfect and I’ll be back! We live in Hampton but it’s worth the trip :)

This Spa deserves more than the allotted 5+++++ stars! Lotus Day Spa is open late on weekdays and the staff are so warm and friendly! Stop in and see Thao I was accepted on a same day appointment with her, & shes a bubbly, outgoing, detail-oriented associate! My experience was splendid & I plan to be a regular!

Great place to go for a pedicure. They have several options and the prices are not bad. I had a very relaxing pedicure and they dont rush you in and out. For those looking for non toxic chemicals they do offer Zoya nail polish. That was a selling point for me. I highly recommend making an appointment. While I was there they were so busy they had to turn away quite a few walk ups. They will take your temperature and you do have to wear a mask.

Always a great pedicure 👍. I got the herbal pedicure and paraffin wax on my feet and the hot lava rock massage on my calves too. They have a really good spa all around massages, feet and hands. The cold limes that my toes were rubbed with were absolutely amazing.

I got my first-ever set of acrylics done here with Tina. She helped me pick a style and color that perfectly fit my preference and functional needs in a very friendly and fun way. We had a great conversation, everything was very clean, I made a same day appointment (the person who made my appointment was very friendly and called me when they ended up having an earlier opening), and Im very happy with how things turned out. Great prices too! Ill definitely come back.

Had the best pedicure in my life! So relaxing. The technician even asked me things like when I last shaved so she wouldnt damage my skin with the exfoliating scrub. Only thing I didnt like was how cramped it was in there. Will be returning!

I was able to get attended by the manager and she was great. Everyone was nice. I got dip powder nails and they looked so nice. I got a lot of complimented on my nails. Also, I prefer to come here for my upper lip wax which is cheaper and same quality if not better than European Wax Center.

I LOVE Lotus Day Spa. I’ve visited the spa two times and am very impressed at this point. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I always feel welcome when I’m there. I’ve had my brows done and a mani & pedi by Thao and she is amazing! I can’t remember the name of the lady who did my nails this last time but SHE DID THAT! Lol. A month later and no peeling, chipping or cracking. I’m going back tomorrow to get another mani and pedi. I’d recommend this place to anyone. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

I am new to the area and had a horrible experience in another place so I came to lotus nervous and tense ! When I entered the place I was welcomed and helped right away, on time with my appointment. Everyone was extremely nice and calming. Bianca threaded my eyebrows for the first time, that I myself had been butchering for a while. She talked me through it and made me feel extremely confident on the service. I LOVED IT ! She shaped them exactly how I wanted them. Will definitely make this my to go salon!

I got a basic pedicure and a full set of acrylic, custom design hand painted by a lovely quiet manicurist! It cost me a $135 for those 2 things, coming in at the most expensive mani/pedi Ive ever gotten. Not even a week later and 4 out of my 10 fingers are already loose and about to fall off and my gal polish on my nails is chipped! So for the price I paid the product has not lived up, greatly disappointed.

One of the best places in Norfolk. I went a few different places before finding lotus Day spa. When I walked in, Kelly was very welcoming. I felt right at home. The staff is very professional and friendly. There are so many options here for all the services that are offered. You will never hear anyone say that something cant be done. Special requests are their specialty! I often request nail art that is very unique and sometimes difficult, but the nail techs are always up for the challenge. My nail tech today, Jaeleen, was absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture from Google with a design I wanted and she nailed it! If youre looking for a place that is worth the time and money, please visit lotus. I highly recommend this place!

The service at the shop I have visited for years has steadily declined so I decided to visit Lotus day spa. It was the best thing Ive done. The pedicure and manicure were one of the best Ive had in a long time. There was none of that typical rush..rush, got to get them out of the chair for the next client! Not only was the service awesome, both young ladies that serviced me were engaging and professional. Karen and Linda..thank you. I will be making this shop my new regular.

Beautiful atmosphere. Relaxing as always. With my experience I never been to a place thats so quiet and peaceful. They have their own private pedicure room for couples. Not only they have that but they also have packages where I stayed for more than 4.5 hours max. The package I had was the experience package. I had an hour massage, an hour European facial, an hour herbal pedicure, an hour herbal manicure and an eyebrow wax. I felt rejuvenated afterwards by the time I was done I feel Jelly. I also checked in with their yelp account to redeem a free glass of wine. The music was so smooth and the staffs was so sweet. I also had consultations before each services. Im so happy that I found this place and this will be my go to place. I wanted to post this review to let you all know that this kind is the best spa in the Norfolk city. I have to book my appointment or they are pretty busy and booked fast. The customer service is wonderful.

Could be better with customer service. Linda is great on pedicure but had one technician stated he cannot do my nails since he only does appointments. Minding you I made appointment for three services. If you planning on coming out here plan on investing an entire day. Thanks Linda for a superb job on the pedicure!!!

This by far was the most amazing pedicure I have ever had. I did not feel rushed and it was more than just trimming and feet maintenance. The young lady I had made me feel pampered and so relaxed from the hot stones, down to leg,ankle and foot massage. They use packaged sterile utensils that are opened up in front of you.

I’ve taken my husband here for a pedicure and although pricey the service is undeniably worth it. I came back for a fill in to be fixed from Nails Only and Karen did an amazing job with my nails. She was also very accommodating since I had my very busy 9 month old with me. Love love love the results!

Ive been getting my eyebrows done here for a while but I will be changing that. I broke out in a bad rash all around my eyebrows after getting them done yesterday. This has NEVER happened and is extremely painful. Dont go here!!! i cant put on makeup and even Neosporin on my brows, it burns to the point of tears.

I highly recommend Lotus because they provide the best service in the area! I got a lava stone pedicure with Mr. Henry and he really took his time making sure everything was perfect. I had Ti do my nails and he was very precise with his work. I usually don’t let anyone else do my waxing for me, but Bianca did a great job! She made sure everything was up to my standards. She also does threading, so make sure you ask for her! Overall, my experience at Lotus was the definitely the best and I will never go anywhere else.

My husband scheduled me for an herbal pedicure. It was the BEST pedicure I have ever received. I will never be able to enjoy a simple pedicure again because this one went above and beyond. It made my pregnancy feet feel good as new.

This place inside was not what I expected. First, you should mostly like call and make an appointment because when I walked in, it was crowded and I went to the front desk and was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and I was given a look like I shamed my whole family. She then said all I have time for is a regular pedicure($30), which was fine because thats all I wanted. I got my nails done and she did a wonderful job on the scrub. The nail techs there are very talkative which is great, not so quiet while a stranger is rubbing your feet. After I was done. She told me to wait there till my feet were dry. This was a disappointment because I am the worst at knowing when my nails are dry. So I waited about twenty minutes and went and paid. I paid in cash which you get a 5% discount if you do. Overall, not a bad a place.

LOVE......LOVE......LOVE this place. YNA is the best. She takes her time, a perfectionist, and an all around talented nail tech. Have had every service except waxing and lashes. I enjoy every service every time I come. The staff is friendly and attentive to you as soon as you walk in the door.

Went to Lotus Day Spa for my birthday and got the Spa package that included massage, facial, mani, pedi….etc I was not happy with my experience. The gentleman at the counter tried to argue with me about what was included in package. I pulled it up online on my phone and showed him a brochure he had sitting there that stated what I was trying to tell him and he continued to tell me I was wrong. I think the staff needs to learn their products and service packages that they offer. The place is clean Ill give them that but thats about all it has going for it.

I havent had the chance to get here as much as Id like, but when I was a more regular customer I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed every minute. The staff is so incredibly caring and sweet. The service you receive is miles above other places. Once things settle out with me I plan on going back in a regular basis. I wouldnt think of having a manicure or pedicure anywhere else in Hampton Roads!

I am so disappointed by this place. My friend and myself were going for the first time and were going to be regular clients because of their amazing reviews. However, this salon’s disorganization and lack of accountability is ridiculous.I made an appointment a day in an advance and was told 4 pm by the receptionist 3 times and paid a $30 deposit. We arrived at 3:30 the following day only to be told that we didn’t have an appointment. After insisting that the receptionist booked us at 4 pm, they looked at the schedule again and said the appointment was at 5:00. I advised that I had a dinner at 5:30 and again, we were booked for 4pm. We were told to reschedule for another day, which we begrudgingly did.We asked to speak with the receptionist who ADMITTED to booking us at 4 pm several times to the point that she and the front desk staff were actually arguing about it. However, the staff made ZERO attempts to honor the 4 pm appointment or even refund the deposit given their mistake. I stated that I wanted to cancel the rescheduled appointment and also wanted my deposit back. At this point they stated there was time and we could be “squeezed in”. This salon get a lot of business and was packed when I arrived for my appointment. I was already going to spend at least $90 in services and I was not going to be “squeezed in” at the mercy of the line of customers when I was booked for an actual appointment.I will never come back to this salon and the search continues for another one.Note to this business: when you make a mistake and your client doesn’t, bend over backwards to rectify the situation and ensure their continued business. You can’t make a mistake and then further inconvenience your client when they are paying you a significant amount of money.

The receptionist Kelly was so kind! She was able to get me in without an appointment at the last second. She asked if I need a drink halfway through the appt. The nail techs are great and they place amazing 90s music. I would definitely come back here.

Jayleen did my toes and she is amazing! Lotus day spa is a great place to get your lashes, brows, feet, and hands done. Ive gotten my eyelash extensions done here and they were gorgeous 😍 need to go back and get them filled in again.

Made an appointment for 5:30, came in at 5 was sat immediately. Asked for ballerina powder dip nails and Tony was not the most helpful. My nails are all different shapes and none of them are ballerina shaped. They’re not straight on the tips and the angles are all different (even on the same nail!) Not to mention there are brush strokes in the top coat. I’m very disappointed.

I had an hour hot stone massage by Thao, she worked her magic on my sore muscles and helped to loosen the tightness. I also had a pedicure, best one ever! Definitely will be returning. Happy relaxed lady now.

I got my nails done for vacation and knew exactly what I wanted. Black coffin nails. Well my nail appointment took two hours and they were definitely not shaped like coffin but more like a rounded square. Then I was very disappointed when my nails started popping off three days after my appointment. I would not recommend anyone to get their nails done here
