I called MMI and they gave me several option of times to come service our dryer vent. They were VERY responsive and offered even same day appointments.They came early. Cleaned everything and did a fabulous job. They showed me all of the crud stuck up in the vent and even climbed on the roof to get to the vent.Very very courteous and great all around guys. I had a great experience with them, Alex, javi and Angel were great technicians and it showed that they were very experienced with their work. I have been having congestion problems for months and it’s all because the ducts were fullll of dust,their price was slightly more than other surrounding companies, but well worth it because they took the time and care to go through each duct thoroughly and also clean up after themselves.

Ive been living in my house for 4 years now and I never got my dryer cleaned. My Dryer error code came on so I called one company and they said they cleaned it but the error code did not go away. I called MMI i talked to Victor and same day 2 technicians came to my house. They found the problem with my vent. They repaired the problem and cleaned the dryer same day. Fantastic work. The crew came by to do a dryer cleaning, the amount of lint accumulated shocked me and I realized how much of a fire hazard I had. I have a family do safety is top priority they swiftly cleaned out the vent and also installed a UV light system in my duct to help maintain clean air in my home. I had my ducts cleaned and they were very professional, they wore booties on their feet to keep the floors clean and cleaned up after they were done, I got before and after pictures and I was very happy I got them cleaned, I’m a realtor and I always recommend them to get their vents cleaned by MMI. MMI Home improvement did an amazing job at my comercial building. We had a small electrical wire inside our ducts. We used a different company but their treatment did not work.Team of six employees were working about 9 hours cleaning and sanitizing our ducts, they also fixed one of our furnace and our duct work. It has been 2 weeks now my place smells like new and my ac is working better. Real professional company. Actually work better

I called MMI home improvement air duct cleaning after I noticed that one of my rooms isn’t getting cold and hot air as the other rooms. They came for an inspection the same day as I told them it is very urgent since it my 2old daughter and 5 years son room. I was really surprised they could manage to come so quick. They inspected the whole via cameras and ultra sensor system and noticed the duct that goes to that room was damaged,eaten by rats or squirrels also all the ducts was very dirty and full of bacteria growth. They quoted me a price and which was very reasonable and .vitaly and his team came day after and as promised . I was so surprised of the amazing service. We had to have a complete new a/c system installed. They worked with us around our schedule. Each employee that we came in contact with was professional and kind. They had to work all day in the attic in the Atlanta heat and never complained. They worked diligently until the work was complete instead of leaving it half done like some only to return the next day to finish. Had a leaky drain on the blower by the furnace and AC in the basement. Needed a replacement on both. Called MMi home improvement and received a prompt, professional answer. Vital came to the house and explain everything very professionally,Instead of trying to upsell, he informed us that our AC was too small and our furnace was too large.
