I had purchased vent cleaning. Read details of what is included. I ended up paying additional cost and actually found a coupon on their website for cheaper price. Wish Id known more about what I was purchasing. They did a great job though.

Buyer beware! They came to clean my air ducts, left a ton of debris in my system and did not replace my filter. Technician told me everything was done and when I turned my unit back on it sucked the debris into my system and destroyed the coils which now have to be replaced at $1500. I have tried calling several times, they VERY rarely answer the phone. No response to FB messages or emails. They refused to give me the name of the owner or even a manager. Was told the owner would contact me several days ago. They have no interest in communication with me about the situation, I was cut off and interrupted continuously in the very short amount of time they would even speak with me. They have accused me and my HVAC contractor of lying and refuse to accept any responsibility for the situation. The satisfaction guarantee they advertise means nothing, this company is wildly unconcerned with their customers satisfaction.

These workers are talented and very quick in their service. I loved their air duct cleaning service. Ofcourse 5 stars!

Had a mattress cleaning service. The service was quick and it looked great and smelled great right after the service was done. But once the mattress dried, the stains reappeared somehow and the smell is more like chemical, not very pleasant.

The 2 gentlemen that came out were kind, personable, and professional. They introduced themselves and called me by name as they did a complete walk-through of the house. They made sure they knew what I wanted done, and they got it done quickly and left no mess at all. Definitely recommend!

We initially had a major issue with the service. Complained to the company, Groupon and posted negative reviews. The owner of the business came to our house on the same day and fixed the issue and we are completely satisfied with the service.

This is a fly by night company. They have no knowledge of HVAC or Air quality and will use fear to get you to pay for services you dont need. Just came behind one of their technicians who told a lady she had Black Mold when in reality it was melted foam from a line set. After the tech found out she was calling for a second opinion he left in a hurry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Yesterday, the technicians came to my house to clean it up, budgeted my work at $ 500, negotiating with the owner of the house (since I am a tenant) we almost didnt close a deal and charged me a fee of 40 dollars for the budget, which was not mentioned in the ad, okay, I paid, the technicians left the house and returned 10 minutes later saying that they would do exactly the same job for half the price, in agreement with the owner of the house we authorized, when they said they finished the job, I questioned why they they didn’t pass the brush at the ventilation outlets, they said they didn’t do that, if I wanted I would have to pay more, however in the order of service this is described that they would do the service, removing the grids, passing the brush and the vacuum, I was disappointed with the job poorly done, I opened the exits and there is still dirt there
