Was on time without any issues Driver was polite, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. He also was able to get me to my destination quickly which was helpful considering my childrens sitter needed to get home. Thankyou for doing all that you do. In these times of uncertainty with The CoVid 19 Strain evolving so rapidly causing millions of Americans to stay at home afraid for their loved ones,the unknown, of losing there jobs etc.,.... The list is long and different for some. The one thing is the same for all is that the unknown is scary and has us all holding our families that much closer to our hearts.

They seem to come quickly, but Ive noticed that they charge me an extra 2$ to take the same ride as when I call union cab they charge me the same price all the time I rather call union.

Have been a customer almost a decade, like any other company you get good and bad service, not every employee likes to work, but lately Ive had the worst service imaginable. La Primera Cab and Limo Service just gain a loyal customer. On Sunday I got a female driver who talked to me like I wasnt paying for the service requested and today Ive waited an hour and 15 minutes to be told they couldnt get no one to pick.

Most times its a hit and they are fast but once in a while like 1 out of 3 will be slow rude or prejudging like a mofo

Food was not soo good and it took long....

I called and they said they will send me a message when they are close and 30 minutes later they still didn’t send me the message and they never picked me up i had to call my dad to come and pick me up.

Condor taxi service is a fair yet exceptional cab service. They give you pricing over the phone and the pricing is fair for a luxurious ride. The cab service will send you a text to let you know when your ride has arrived and the drivers are always friendly.

Too expensive dirty

I had an issue with a driver, he/she took it upon himself to leave my teenager a nasty voicemail, after waiting for a manager to call, I walked in, the Young Lady on the counter, was very apologetic and courteous and immediately messaged the company manager. Lets say, that shortly after the manager called me and apologized for what happened. Long story short that driver no longer works for Condor. They took immediate action in order to keep me happy! Very pleased customer for the past 8+ years!

Extremely lousy service, they do not call or text to let you know that they are busy. You have to keep constantly calling them to find out on your own accord. I called for a cab about an hour ago and still nothing, this happens constantly. They honestly need to work on better communication with their clientele because this is unprofessional and annoying.

I got out of the car and put my daughter in the house and the guy in the car took my 8 month old son and told me he didn’t realize I had my son there an my things knowing there were there this just scared me so much never again I should of gotten my money back for kidnapping my son

The absolute worst cab company, no ETA given, they won’t even arrive after saying they will come. Waste your money elsewhere, in fact shut them down. If it was up to me they would get negative stars.

Always late, always come a hour later than the time you order the taxi. You get what you pay for, but they can at least be more professional, especially with their timing.

These taxi companies make a bad name for themselves and then want to complain about Uber. You must list hours that the company is available. Dont just have a person waiting for a cab and never come and then ignore customer calls. Very bad service and one star for that ★

They never answer the phones and if they do 90% of the time they put you on hold sometimes even forgetting about you being on hold. Needs A LOT of improvement !! Very unprofessional & not a happy customer !

They are the worst. They dont be outside when the say they are. They had me outside for 20mins with my baby son in the rain. In addition they changed they prices up in the last minute. The app said my ride would be 19 dollars but they tried to change me 25 dollars.
