I first heard about Zerorez on the radio and a few weeks later I saw them in my neighborhood. I then decided that I would take a chance and have our carpets cleaned. I set up my appointment online it was pretty simple. My appointment was kept and the technician was on time. Depar was our tech he was all around GREAT, from his communication style, helpfulness he helped move our sofas, the respect for our property and of course right down to the top notch cleaning he did. To make matters better he was also very knowledgeable about all things flooring. He answered our questions with confidence. I highly recommend him specifically for anyone who wants it done right. I will use Zerorez again for sure!

We were very happy with Zerorez. Our technician was very friendly and pleasant and he did a great job with the carpets. We had a bad pet accident and he got it all up with no problem. He was also honest about spots that wouldn’t come up completely, which we really appreciated his honesty up front. We were very pleased and will definitely be calling them again!

Brian from Zerorez came today to clean carpet and upholstery, all I have to say is, WOW!A little backstory… I had had a workmen come in my home covered in mud and get A LOT of red Georgia Clay on my brand new carpet, we are talking a whole trail of big muddy footprints. I thought for sure my carpet was ruined.Brian worked very hard and was able to get all the clay out! Of course I was thrilled but also so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail and knowledge about his trade. I cannot think of a time recently that I have had such incredible customer service and also been so happy with the service that I have received.I have always loved Zerorez, Love how soft and clean the carpets feel and how the stains do not return like they do with other products and especially enjoy that there is no chemical smell. This was my first time trying the upholstery cleaning and was so happy Brian was able to revive a huge light colored chair and ottoman that was not looking so pretty anymore. All in all even though I was already sold on Zerorez however felt they really went above and beyond on this visit!Thank you Brian and Zerorez!

We have used Zerorez multiple times now. Technician are always polite & professional. Terrelle really wanted us to be satisfied with the cleaning. Several areas that I thought were beyond ( rust stains on carpet ) he was able to completely remove. Our 20 year carpet looks amazing!

Cleaned carpet and did fabulous job. Very pleased with that. Also ordered grout cleaning. No difference before and after. Not pleased with that. Called and left message about dissatisfaction. No return call or acknowledgement of any kind. Disgusted about that.The owner posted a response to my original review that he had that he had referred this to his customer service manager to contact me. I have not heard from Zerorez to this date. The young man who came out that day said he did not know he was supposed to do the grout. It was not on the service order, but he could still do it. However, he used the same equipment that he used on the carpet. I thought their tv ads showed a rotating brush being used. Perhaps this explains why the job was not satisfactory. I am still waiting to hear from them.

Wish I could give them 7 stars!! Made appointment for duct cleaning asmoved to new house and not sure how clean ducts were. Logan and Bencame on time, went to attic and checked equipment and all ducts and said there was very little dust and did not want to charge me $300 for service did not need. WOW. Cant remember the last time did business with company that was this honest . Have used them for carpets for years and always been very happy. Now have new respect for the way this company is run.

My desire to clean my ventilation system in my home was constantly thought about. We purchased our home about 6 years ago. I just randomly said to him we need to clean our system as we were in the process of making other repairs . I liked the fact that he protected our home by using shoe covers, wall protectors on corners, and placed small plastic protectors under the one small table he had to move. The work started on time and was completed within the estimate. The carpet looks fresh and clean. This is our second time using Zerorez in the 20 years we have lived in this home.

Our tech, Quontavious, was polite, professional and thorough. He had our 6 year old sofa looking almost as good as it did before we added dogs to our household! He took the time to thoroughly clean the entire sectional, in all the nooks and crannies, and asked me to inspect it. He carefully rolled up and took two area rugs we are having cleaned and completely cleaned up after himself. Very happy with this service so far and hopeful about seeing the rugs returned after cleaning!

We have 20 year old carpet that we cannot afford to replace at the moment. I decided to see if having it cleaned would help. It looks almost brand new! One room had very bad makeup stains and I knew up front that they may not come out. They didn’t come out completely, but a good bit did come out and it looks 1000% better. The gentlemen who showed up was on time, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain the process, and some before and after so I had the opportunity to see the results side-by-side. The difference was night and day, even on my white carpets with 3 kids and 2 dogs. Great results and very happy I chose zerorez for my carpets.

Great service and my carpets look brand new! Only downside was that my scheduled window was 3-6p and I planned my day accordingly but they showed up at 1:50p. Usually this will be no big deal but I was in a meeting and had to rush off to put my dogs away and pack up my work equipment so they can come in and get started. This is not at all a bad reflection on the employee who was here but just wish they would have stayed with the scheduled window. And like I said on any normal day I would have loved them to be early to get it over with, this just unfortunately fell right in the time that was inconvenient. But overall great service.

The technician did a good job. The only negative that I can say is that he wasn’t vaccinated. Had I asked that question before scheduling, I would not have done it. Companies who send workers into people’s homes should require their workers to be vaccinated. I’m trying to talk to management about this, but I’m still waiting for a callback after almost an hour.Is this company under new management? I’ve used them in the past and don’t remember having such a hard time reaching them.—————After reading the below response, I did finally reach management. I was told that it was against the law to require employees to get the vaccination and that this company was not going to require masks. Of course, we know that’s not true. He even invoked the Americans With Disabilities Act to back up that decision. I doubt that they have many, if any, employees with disabilities who would come under that Act.No mask requirement and inaccurate information. Buyer beware.

My carpeting was stained and in need of cleaning, so I called Zerorez for the first time .My technician, Carlton, was professional, on time, and gave a thorough and clear explanation of the service. The two young men who came to my home were on time, very professional, were able to locate my dryer vent (which I thought it was on the side of my house but was actually on the roof), they went right to work and had the job done within a reasonable amount of time. They were careful to clean up the area after the dryer vent was cleaned. and they answered all questions that I had. Very please with the job they did. My only concern was that the service was priced a somewhat higher than other companies I had called, but they were able to provide me with a sooner appointment time.

The service man I had was great! He came in and assessed our carpet and recommended the bio treatment for our numerous pet stains. He covered the carpet in all the rooms which was awesome! He didnt just treat the spots he treated the whole carpet! He even recommended other services- air duct cleaning based on other stains he saw in our carpets (black marks along the edges of the carpet). He was very knowledgeable about carpets. Overall, out carpets look great (after the service) considering we have never had the carpets professionally cleaned in the 8 years we have lived here with our two cats. I would recommend them to anyone, they are professional and knowledgeable and did a great job!

Overall I was impressed with the company. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous, and explained everything. They offered me a stain removal for pets. I excepted and paid the additional $65. However, I was a little disappointed because it did not lift the stains as I thought it would.

The young man who cleaned our carpets was very professional. They were coffee stains in food stains on the carpet which he got up. when he was finished, the room smelled fresh and clean. He put plastic squares underneath the legs of furniture that stayed in the room. He wore booties to not bring in outside dirt. I will definitely use this company again.

I have been using them for years and they do a good job for a reasonable price. But, I usually wait until they have a 3 rooms special before I book their services. They wont move furniture, so if you want them the clean behind the couch you will have to move it yourself. Their normal service cleans my carpet pretty well so unless your carpet is really dirty I just stick with they normal service.

I would recommend Zerorez for duct cleaning! They two man team arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They used a camera scope to inspect my furnace and system and reviewed the photos with me. It was determined that only one of my two systems needed to be cleaned and treated. They worked efficiently and were finished in the time that told me it would take. They asked about my pets so we did have any escapees! I asked about other Zerorez services and they provided me good details on those services. I would hire them for other jobs!

Zerorez always does a great job. They are not the cheapest option, but a better value because they get everything cleaner, this don’t have to have them as often. They hire very professional people and the schedulers are easy to work with.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and punctual. However, when I made the appointment I was not informed that I needed paperwork to prove that my carpet was re-padded. Without it, I would have had to reschedule and at almost 9 mo pregnant…well, do the math. Hence the 4 stars.
