Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Got us our car with only an hour notice, got us discounts I didnt know existed, and got us out very quickly. Would absolutely recommend and go again.

They were not very knowledgeable about the cars when i asked specific questions, and there was a french fry under the drivers seat when we received the car.Other than that, the service was good and they had several cars I would be interested in renting for the day, just for fun.

The employees here no zero about the cars and will bait and switch you at pick up. I reserved a corvette which then became unavailable and was told I would receive a 911 instead. All good. When I arrive they gave me a Boxter not understanding it’s a different car.

Well obviously service was better before covid-19 didnt have the vehicle I selected so had to get something else....... before they would drop off vehicle at nearest Enterprise location now they dont do that anymore either but pricing is a little better

Got a quote from a few Exotic Car Collection dealers. I spoke with Jordan was competitive, professional and catered to my communication preferences. He personally delivered the car and all financial information was as quoted and matched with emails. Working with Enterprise Exotic was a seamless and by far stellar rental experience from beginning to end. He even took the courtesy to back the car up onto the hilly driveway---details delineate perfection. 5 Stars to Jordan and the Exotic Car Collection (photo shoot was dreamy) with picture perfect car. I needed a nice car for a business trip, Jordan hooked me up with a deal on a BMW 740. I took an uber from John Wayne and was able to return the car to Wayne which was very helpful. The process is so streamlined, I cant imagine renting a car any other way now.

Had an issue with delivery. I had to drive to the office, a little upset. Erika was working by herself and still managed to streamline the pick up, saving the day for a wedding. One of the best customer service interactions Ive ever had.
