Ive never seen a car rental agent can be like this. He may let his cronies to create a positive comment on his own business media. But the facts that he cheated people has not been changed. Such a dangerous and terrible place.I have rented car in the U.S. for many times but regretted to rent a car from here. It was the baddest decision I made during my stay. I studied at UCI in 2019 April to June. I saw the advertisement which showed 400 dollars per mouth for rent a car. I called them and confirmed the information. And it was a trap to let you come on his place. There was a old man, really tough and good at deceiving. cheated the price to 700 per month and tricked me the car I needed was rented out but reluctant to show me the same levels car.His manner will make you annoying and also be careful to answer his questions. He is good at trick you to get a longer rental contract and just show you the contract in short but let you sign it. When you sign it he is in the charge and you will find that money is not refundable also you only get once to change your car.Let you sign the contract immediately without time to let you thinking. Grab your card, force you to sign the contract and he only want you to get the ticket even when you are reluctant.The contract was totally beneficial to his party. He gave me the car but after that I discovered that it was not the age what he told (totally lair) and the car was in a bad condition. I doubt that how many times he has been used to local students.When I returned my car and I asked him why you did those. He even admitted GreedyA greedy man aiming for non-experiences student group. Even now I am working and back to my lovely city but those bad experiences continuing to follow me. Be aware and wish you have see that in the front before you make the decision.

Mark and the entire AM PM crew were extremely nice and helpful. I had to extend my stay a couple of different times and they did all they could to meet and exceed my expectations. I now use them for all of my visits and wouldn’t consider using any other car rental company!

Really really bad experience of renting a car from here. The boss is cheating on year of car and Intentionally make the cost higher. Anything is refundable and force you to sign the contract immediately. After you signed it, he is in charge. Poor car quality, after-sales service is no, unfair contract content and induce you to rent it for longer and charge your card since you havent decided yet. Bad manner, I wish I had never visited this company ever. It was the worst nightmare that I had experienced and the reason why I dont visit California again. Worst rental company ever seenand serious warning not be fooled by his sales pitch.

My wife was spending some extra time alone with friends on a SoCal trip and I had arranged a rental with one of the bigger rental companies I had used in the past. That bigger company tried forcing me to upgrade to an SUV at double the price saying they didnt have the car I originally reserved. I left and was in a lurch when I happened upon AM PM down the road looking for another rental company. What awesome customer service Mark gave us. He had a car comparable to the one I originally reserved at the big name rental firm for a better price. He drove my wife to the airport when her trip was done and the car worked perfectly. I will definitely use him in the future for personal and business rentals and would recommend him to anyone else looking for a car rental.

Thats terrible. I dont recommend because they gave me the car that have the register already expired. And I was cheated the cost gasoline. They asked me high cost of gasoline. If you want to have a car, you should go another store.
