I was a little skeptical about renting from someone not on the airport grounds, but service was fabulous! Shuttle over was quick. Picking up and returning the car went smoothly. Great price too!

Rented a Benz for a good price. I will always use Midway when visiting Cali.

To begin with I got a free upgrade, the car was brand new and it was very clean. Manager Juan and his staff members were very friendly they helped me with my luggage while it was raining heavily outside with a big smile on their face. Extending my trip was easy, I was able to speak to the manager directly without have to wait and listen to automated recording.

40 minutes for somebody to turn up. check the fine print they have a huge amount of restrictions. Most of their cars are at least 2 years old and not in the greatest condition

We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience renting our vehicle at Newport Beach. Every staff member was happy to be working there and it showed that they loved their jobs! Thank you to Juan Castillo and his team for making our car rental a really pleasant experience and we loved riding in Mercedes style!!

Just had to call to make changes to our reservation. All other car rentals Ive used I hate having to call because the wait time to speak to a real person is typically 20 min. Juan answered my call on the 2nd ring!! I saved 18 min (or more) of my day because he was so efficient and accommodating. I appreciate that and will be using this office more frequently. Thanks!

I had a reservation made for Wednesday, August 14th, 2019. Upon landing at John Wayne (SNA), they informed me that they didnt have any cars for us to take from the lot despite having a reservation. Pretty much, 5x of us were left trying to find other options, which wasnt easy. Most rental companies dont have economy cars on the spot the day of. I would not take my business there in the future.

Just did 5 days in Anaheim, they picked us up from the Airport in a shuttle, they were very friendly and loaded our bags. Our car was nice and the whole process was pleasant. Would totally recommend them to friends and family.

Was gonna get a car for a week. Jessica told me that I needed a credit check even though I had my utility bill and 3 forms of I’d. Subpar service because online it doesn’t state that. I don’t feel like I was treated fairly.
