They dont know what they are talking about. I called them for help with getting two cars off of my private property - they told me to call the police. Duh...the police dont take cars off private property, private towing companies do. Then they hung up on me! You do the judging....

I have used Mike for towing several times in the past and received excellent service. Mike completed every task in a professional manner. He assisted me with some very difficult special towing tasks and I was impressed. If I want a tow job done in the Newark area the future I will always contact Mike, he does a great job.

I called this company and they said they were in their way and they never showed up. Very unprofessional. They’ll let you down and are very untrustworthy. Do not call them.

This tow company is the worse.. They have an contract with my apartment building. I called them because someone parked in my spot. He said he was on his way, and never showed. Stop answering his calls all together. Doesnt make any sense. I will be contacting my rental office and letting them know. They should look for another tow company.

They fixed up one of my cars that was crashed did a good job. Only issue is one of my lug nuts stem was never installed when my rotors were replaced. Stem was just placed inside my door jamb. I called few times, no one returns my phone call, I think thats crazy after the type of money, I just spent with you wont happen again though.

Hands down best communication of any towing and recovery company I reached out to in the Newark area. Had a vehicle stolen from our fleet that had a GPS locator and Wilson F Towing agreed to pick it up and deliver to the nearest auction for me where no other towing and recovery companies in the area wanted to handle this easy task and they quickly and efficiently snatched the vehicle and delivered to Manheim Metro Skyline where we were able to dispose of it. They claim there is a $70 towing special on their website. When I called, he quoted me $90 for a 3.4 mile tow because it was not local. When I asked him what he meant by local, he claimed that a tow within the same city or 5 miles was considered local. Then I told him it is only 3.4 miles so it should qualify for the special. We argued for a bit and he hung up on me. Clearly he realized they are false advertising. Very unprofessional

These people will tow your car and mess up your whole car if u have all wheel drive n 4 wheel they will not put it on a bed expect for your control arms to be broken, alignments cvt joints etc.

The person that came to tow me was disclosing my business with my neighbor telling him that he should be charging me double the price just to go 1.1 mile. When I spoke on the issue and let him know that Im the person he should be talking and he has nothing to do with my vehicle getting towed and Im the one that is paying. He said Im not towing you vehicle. So unprofessional in many ways.

Theyre the most unreliable tow service in the Newark area by far. I waited 3 hours for a truck that never came. They told me theyd have someone available in an hour. Then when I call back they tell me there arent any trucks available. I question if they actually are a tow service and not some front to launder money.

Called to be towed, some time passed and after calling a few times phone was turned off. Never showed up. Had to call someone else.

Only problem i have with them is getting a receipt. Driver didnt have one but said would email me one. I have called and left messages and no reply
