100% the best company ever they came and quoted us a very fair price 700 dollars less than all our other quotes. They were very honest came fast and did a great job towing my truck and trailer. When B&F tried to rip me off

Best security I have ever seen for your vehicle & personal items!

This company used everything in there power to up charge me. My car was towed around 3:40 and they didnt have my car in the system until 20 minutes before closing time. They charged me 50 bucks for less than 30 minutes and 50 bucks for the next day. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!!!!!! I will make sure to report them to the BBB and my attorney general.

We were on our way from New York going to Miami and somewhere on the Jersey Turnpike something hit our windshield and cracked it really bad! It was all broken!!! After a couple of phone calls to various places that couldn’t help us out, we found B and G auto body. They told us to come right away and they’d fix it up. So we get there, they knew who we were and what to do. The job was finished and we had a new windshield in under 10 minutes! Everybody was super nice and friendly too!!! Highly recommended!!!!

The staff at this location are extremely rude and condescending to the customers. My car needed to be towed off the road and when we called the staff members were unhelpful over the phone in trying to explain to me what are the best options for if they could help get it towed to a mechanic. We decided to not use this company to get the car towed from them to the mechanic due to the unpleasant experience we were having and decided to use another company to tow the car. After signing in and paying for my car to be retrieved they followed me and my mother around and were making rude comments. I warn everyone to avoid and consider other towing companies before using this one.

Have used multiple times over the years and theyre always responsive and professional when I need them for truck towing.

Used Betts towing this past Sunday. Would recommend their service. I was given the price on the first phone call. The driver called back within five minutes advised me where he was coming from and how long it would take to get to me (approx 1/2 hour). Betts was timely and professional and did not have to look for an ATM since they take credit cards.

To pick up a vehicle or collect personals on Saturday or Sunday it does require a 1 hour call ahead and someone will meet you at our shop to assist you. Hours to do so are 8am-12pm for both days. Some cases may be different depending on terms on the tow slip.
