5 star 🌟 for sure best towing and polite customer service i ever seen, with fair pricing. Am happy to do business with you. You rescued me yesterday night at 8pm, i couldnt get a towing who could help me tow 2 Harley Davidson like 8 miles away after my shipment was canceled. But allabovetowing responded positively and told me not to worry a driver will be with me shortly, within an hour a very polite driver showed up,. There service is excellent, i would recommend. Did i mention they work 24 hours.

I’m surprised that this place has good reviews, maybe there are just a few bad apples here. My insurance is connected to this company and I had the worse experience with 1 driver here. Of course it is fine to be late, but it’s a different story when he kept changing the time of towing my car, and lied about eta (promised 15 mins) which I had to be at the location to wait for over 45 mins. I called 3 times and he didn’t pick up!

I received bad services.I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive. Once he did he came with so much attitude and while he tried to figure how to take my car away and realize the car couldn’t start (which is the reason I needed the car tower for because my car just wouldn’t start).He got upset that the car wouldn’t start so he packed up his stuff with anger, attitude, wouldn’t listen and just simply left my car behind and didn’t help us at all and didn’t give me the service that I needed .Overall bad service and bad costumer service.

HORRIBLE service, extremely unprofessional. Our car broke down around 10:30 pm. We put in a towing request with a dispatcher called AJ. He said the driver (Alex) would take one hour to reach our location. After about 90 minutes, the driver tells us he’s almost there. After another 20 minutes when he had still not shown up, we called back and he said he can’t make it. The dispatcher cancels the request after lying to us and giving us an excuse. We were left stranded past midnight while he had to look for another provider.

Both my insurance and I let this tow provider know that the clearance for our apartment garage is precisely 72. We confirmed this with them FOUR TIMES on before the appointment, verbally confirmed this individual detail, and also let them know the car is far from the entrance in an underground garage. They said that we will take care of it, well use a smaller flatbed, etc.I took off from work to get my car towed. When they arrived, they brought a tow truck that required 8-9 feet of clearance and said that they couldnt take the job. Both my insurance and I were proactive and confirmed this with them on FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS (including on the day of the event itself!) and they still took the job, only to waste our time and my day off from work on their arrival.People take time off to get stuff like this done. Its absolutely not cool to take a job that you cant fulfill when the most basic requirements have been clarified multiple times, days beforehand.

He had us scheduled for pick my car up and had to wait 70 minutes but when the time he was scheduled to arrive he said the truck broke down. Bad company for sure.

They will leave you stranded

Come to find out on my way to work, my battery had given out on me. So dead my key fob would not even open my doors. I contacted my insurance company roadside to see if I could have someone come out, get in and get a battery delivered. Unfortunately with the stores being closed at that time i had to wait until the next day. Dispatch for the company kept me informed on when the driver would arrive and my experience was wonderful. The gentlmen was able to get into my car ( i have super tinted front windows but he still got to the door handle) and mind you my battery was pretty tricky to get out as there was a lot of corrosion on the bolts and it was in a tight spot, but he took his time, didnt get frustrated, got the battery out and got the new one put in. He deffinetly was my hero for that. There was a bit of a language barrier but that still did not stop my top notch experience. Many thanks to this gentleman again.

Worst towing experience ever. Stuck on side of the rode.. Said one hour, kept calling and giving me different times. Shouldnt have been over a 2 hour wait. Horrible business. I understand being a little late. But over 2 hours and still Im still waiting. My insurance company might lose a customer due to this.

Called them at 1:30pm theyd be there in 30 mins. 2hrs later no one showed up. I kept calling back and the person kept saying almost there. I was stuck on the side of the bridge for more than 2hrs and had to cancel my tow and call someone else. The worst experience Ive ever had.

Cant remember the drivers but he was super nice and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. He knew how to properly tow my vehicle while also keeping it safe from damage. He knew where my jack kit was which had an eye bolt I had no idea about. Basically best towing experience I have ever had plain and simply.

Waited two hours for them on the side of the freeway. They went to the towing destination instead of my location. They never even showed. The CHP had to call a tow for me. Unless you want to waste your time don’t even bother.

MR These guys were expected to come in 30 minutes but came in only 10. I was locked out of my car.. but They did the job as expected and they’re really nice people. They helped me go through my day as painless as possible, strongly recommend their services as they not only help you get into your locked car but other services as well.

Worst tow company I ever dealt with. Had me waiting for a hour and a half on the side of highway and never came and ignored my number after trying to reach them. Finally when I got a hold of them I was told they didnt have the right equipment to tow my vehicle and were very rude about it. I highly recommend anyone else but these people.

Their service, specifically Kumar, was fantastic, timely and effective. It took him 10 seconds to get my dead battery started. Highly recommend!

These clowns came out to jump start my car with their portable charger and it did not work. Instead of trying to tow it, they just left me.Very poor service. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Broke down off 101 in Mountain View at 2am. They were to me in 20 minutes! Sunil, my technician, was courteous, professional, and knew his stuff. Had my car loaded and secure in another 20 minutes, taking extreme care in the handling of my baby, a Tesla Model S. They are the standard by which all other towing companies should be measured. I was expecting a tow truck when I call to have my tire change after I got a flat, instead I got a man who didnt know how to change a tire and on top of everything didnt know where anything was in the car. The guy finally arrived in a car of his own, and was completely clueless on what he was doing. A tow company should already be prepared and bring everything. To make matters worse it was raining and he asked me to hold the umbrella while I stand and get wet. Horrible service. Would give zero stars if I could.

Booked them through GEICO. My car brokedown on I680. Even after 1 hour they did not show up and did not have courtesy to call me and tell that they are not coming. I was waiting in the cold night on highway without any help.
