Once you stop in here, why would you go anywhere else. Its hard to find an honest mechanic look no further. They are fast and persise.

Very bad experience. Went to get a alignment and they did it with my hubcaps still on. After aligning the wheels, my steering wheel was still crooked. They offered to take off the steering and straighten it that way. Then a price of $50, went to $60 then back to $50 as a favor. I argued about the service and got my money back. Wont be using them again.

I got a flat tire in the middle of the highway, called a few tolls with no luck, Veloz was fast and had very good service.

Great place for tires, especially decent used tires. Much faster service than conventional places like Pep Boys, Firestone or such and prices are good as well. Make sure to check the used tires they find, sometimes they can rush it a bit. Have gotten new tires here as well, and they were ok...but probably better using places like Costco for new tires. Always friendly staff, owner. Will definitely be back when the need arises. Can’t comment on towing services.

I called this towing service since I always see them, especially on street cleaning days, I got sent to voice mail and a text saying Not working so much for 24hrs. I understand needing a break, Im sure towing cars comes with many headaches and can take a toll on a person. But 24 hrs implies there are multiple people working/on call. Any way Im just mad over one incident. You may get lucky and have the best experience of your life.

Velez Tire/Towing great services. I needed two new Tires and Balance. However, the mechanic offered me that he will balance all 4 for the price of two Tires. Also, the mechanic said if your car continues to shake at a certain speed, you can bring it back and we will take care of it Guess what my vehicle drives great I didnt need to take it back. I will continue to have Velez service my vehicle.Thank you Velez Tire/Towing.

I was broke down like 3 blocks away from Velez towing and they said it was going to be about 45 min away I had walked to there place of business to see if they didnt have any tow trucks in there place and there was 3 trucks parked so I called Borges Towing and they came from ironbound less then 30 mins

They gave me a great deal on tires........ but then two tires went flat on the highway 30 min after i left.( I could have gotten into a crash and died).I went to another tire shop and they told me they forgot to put patches on the inside of the tires.***They prepped/sanded the inside of the tire for a patch but never put the patch on.*** they also never balance my tires and I paid money afterwards to get them balanced.I called....... owner doesnt give a shitt.

Super quick service for a low price. Ive bought used tires, gotten my brakes changed, oil changed and tires rotated here on multiple different occasions so I know its good stuff. Would recommend for a quick tune up for the low low $$$.

I was going around the corner from where I was stranded and he was charging me 60$. When I first spoke to him he said 50$ for somewhere further I initially wanted to go, I changed the route to somewhere closer ( a mechanic shop). He told me to call him back and so I did and then he lied and said he never spoke to me that the price was now 60$. He’s a liar, he’s very rude, he makes up his own damn prices. I called another towing company they charged me 25$ to go around the corner 0.6 miles to be exact! He refused me service, he hung up the phone on me. Stay away from scam artist like him!!!!

I been seraching for my tire size which they are a very difficult size to find so i was told to try this place...I was so happy to find out that they carry them and at a nice price.They are very fast and dont have you sitting around to long. When you have a company the first thing you need to know is how to deal with customers because you are the one making money out of us not the other way around. Your business grows depending on the service you give. I would never recommend you to any family or friend that may find themselves stranded.

Quick Patches for Flat Tires...Most regular auto shops dont patch tire punctures- after roaming around found this place and been coming back for any tire troubles...

This had to be the worst mothers day i ever had:These ppl are bunch of thives. I took my car in for a wheel aligment n tires cuz my tires where striped. First thing first the tires i had on my car have warranty. I had told them to put my tires in the trunck of my car (the stripped tires) I had also told all of them prior that my tires have warranty. The deal was they rotate my tires put their tires in the bk n mine in the front. What they did was swaped my warrany tires for theirs kept mine and took 4hrs to do an alignment charged me n sent me on my way. mine you they close @7pm and they eaited till closing to send me on my way. Now at the moment i didnt realize the swap till i took my car bk to get my new tires that where warranted. The guy said those other tires arent ours... when we called velez their answer was you would have to come to my shop n search between a possible 150 tires we have to recycle and search yourself because e can search right now. I dont live in jersey Came to Jersey to see my mother for mothers day. I was outraged, pist off. I went to their shop to get a refund for the aligment because the alignment they did was wrong. The guy named Jonathan said i cant do nothing my father is the owner and your gonna have to talk to him with all that he was just talking n never made the effort to call the owner n notify him. I was brushed off. I never got my warranted tires bk or my money.I SUGGEST TO NEVER GO THERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ACT LIKE YOU READ NEVER THERE.

Velez is the only tire shop I go to. If you want a cheap used tire or a brand new tire, either way they have you covered.

They arrived when promised and a plus for me is they work along with my mechanic shop that I have been with for over 20 years so I all I had to do is make one payment to my mechanic shop when my repairs was done.
