My favorite salon in the neighborhood. A little pricy but they took good care of me. Thank you ladies!

I haven’t had my acrylics on for a week and my pinky nail has broken and my gel polish started to peel off by the 2nd day .. my nails also feel lumpy . the lady gave me a small but deep cut and was not tending to my bloody finger unless i asked her to . very over priced for poor quality service . $80+ for acrylics and gel .. never again, i don’t recommend .

I’ve been going here for years. And always pay the same exact price for what I get. I just went and they overcharged me $45. They said I always pay that price. But I do not. I’m never going back again!

Clean, efficient, reasonably priced.. Miss Leesa is very accommodating and walk ins are welcome. Not rating 5 stars because this is not the place to go get a precision mani-pedi..

Who knew that there was nail magic happening in West 96 Nail Salon. I came in with the most horrible nail design and shape an hour later Choy reshaped and filled my nails into perfection. Choy has the sweetest personality. The owner took time out of her busy schedule to explain why organic nails were a safer choice. Whenever Im in New York I will definitely drop in to do my nails and try their other services. I highly recommend you go experience that nail magic and positive vibes.

Went there for a manicure... beyond the fact that I was disappointed with the quality of work, I was also cut twice. No apologies, nor a discount on the price! I won’t go back there again.

The girl didn’t do what I asked for and the shape of the nails was horrible I spent $80 which basically felt I threw the money out.

The nail job is great and fast make sure you go to the first chair forgot the lady name but so good only gave 4 stars because of the prices

Ive always enjoyed getting my nails done here! The place is clean and I appreciate the precautions theyve taken since the pandemic. The prices are great and the staff is very friendly too.

My foot is still bleeding a day later, 70 dollars thrown in the garbage.

I left there extremely unhappy. I get my nails done very often and have never had a nail technician not cut my cuticles or do the foot file without asking me first. I pretty much paid $40 for a polish change on my hands and feet since all she did was cut file and polish. When I asked her what the difference was between what I got and a polish change was she said “a massage”. I know now to pay attention to these things moving forward.If you are looking for a quick and good job, don’t come here.

Guidelines! Expensive but they did their job.

Have gone here multiple times and only came out happy once. Every other time had to go back because either a nail fell off due to a job not done right or once a manicurist shaved down my power gel so much that the color no longer looked like the one I chose. I would be ok with this if once I asked to it to be fixed they would do so happily, but instead they get annoyed and talk behind my back very obviously. Will never go here again because there’s no reason to deal with bad attitudes when your paying good money for good service.

My nails were pretty nice for like 2 days and now one nail fell off and 3 are cracked. I called the nail salon and when I tried to explain to her what’s wrong she hung up the phone!!!! I call back and all of a sudden their closed?!

First time here and staff was incredibly rude. When I asked if the tools were new/clean, they told me I could just go elsewhere if I didn’t think so. I needed a mani pedi done for an event so ended up staying. Most of the girls speak very little English which wouldn’t have been a problem at all except the price I was told kept changing and it seemed like we were miscommunicating. The experience was overall extremely unpleasant and I just felt like I was bothering them by being there. The manager was not nice at all. Two days later, my polish had almost entirely chipped. Awful place.

Asian workers are lousy on pedicures. They do as least as possible. Surface work. Owner doesnt give single dollars as change. Thinks girls should get $5 tips even when theyre lousy.Go somewhere else!!

This nail salon is horrible. The owner did my nails and gave me cuts all over my fingers from her filing. She also has complained about tips every time Ive been there, when Ive given 20% (and shouldnt have) - rude and unprofessional.
