I did uv gel with extensions, my nails fell off within a day. I called he told me he will fix it so I went he fixed and again it came off in less than 3 hours…You need better glue!I’ve been to so many other salons my nails lasted for atleast 1 month!I’m so disappointed I will never go here again!My nails cost $79

Took 4 hours for a manicure and this $52 service was suppose to last 3-4 weeks!! Didn’t even last me 1 week. Left before getting my pedicure because the service was so bad. This was only 1 week after getting them done - chipped on anything and everything. Pretty much fell off my nails. Will not be returning.

Terrible experience this is my second time going there, the first time the nail polish chipped off before the end of the week. Today when I went for the $27 deal they had I had a lady today who did my feet everything was fine until it was time for her to do my nails she started doing my nails then a Caucasian lady came in complaining that she had an a appointment with some lady but I didn’t know it was the lady who was doing my nails. So the guy at who makes reservations came over to me and told me that he was gonna finish my nails which I didn’t understand why am I being put on hold when I was there first .mind you I’m the only black person there... now I don’t want to make this about race... So the guy who does reservations decides to start doing my nails instead of giving me one of the other ladies who was not busy so as he starts doing them the are looking really trash but I’m not gonna complain till it’s done then I’ll tell him the problem. So when he’s done I ask him to fix my nails because they look cheap and you didn’t put the glitter on my whole nail & he starts telling me that he can’t put it on my whole nail and be glad that he didn’t charge me for the 3rd color.. like sir you are NOT doing me a favor I’m paying for services that are not to my liking so we end up going back & fourth and him fixing my nails because he was not trying to fix my nails.. I even requested for the lady who was doing my feet to finish my nails & he told me no so I told him either fixes my nails or he’s going to do them all over again so he tells me “ I’m gonna put another coat on there and that’s all I’m doing” and I told him “ no if my nails are not to my liking your going to redo the whole thing over” then he gets Loud telling me that I need to calm down when I’m talking to him regular. Why am I’m the only one in there that is not happy about my nails??? Why couldn’t he get another lady to do my nails. Now a hour later my nails have chipped off my feet are ashy they didn’t put anything on my feet. NEVER AGAIN ... I will never recommend this place to ANYBODY

Strongest hands in Manhattan. Got more than a deep tissue massage. I can postpone my chiropractor appointment as I heard/felt bones pop, my face and head pressure points were worked. $75 is more than reasonable for 60 min as on Park Ave you pay $80 for 30 min. Friendly desk clerk too.

Terrible service. They leave you waiting halfway through your manicure to tend to other customers. Then they come back to you and do a rushed terrible job.

Friendly courteous staff. Pricey but I guess thats the City for you. I can get the same for much less but I do like the two girls that take care of me very much. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Thats the only two reasons I go there. They did have a fabulous incentive special for the holidays, buy a $100 gift certificate and get a $150 value. I did take advantage of that!

Im currently sitting at the salon with my roommate. We came for gel manicures and regular pedicures.Not only was my pedicure chair broken and theassager did NOT work, the towels were dirty and instead of getting a new one she just flipped it over .She then asked if I had sandals or slippers and I said no three times, it was visible I carried nothing and was wearing flats.The individual booking the appointment yesterday had zero answers to my questions and had to call me back twice after hanging up to schedule an appointment. Per their special appointments and students get 10% off plus their before 6 p.m. gel special. No shoulder massage, no hand or leg massage. My roommate started before me and she rushed so quickly I was done 20 minutes early.We were overcharged. After shelling out $55+$5 tip, I left with gel nail polish cured to my skin, my roommates nails have spots on them.Then they had the audacity to tell us we should tip them more .No professionalism .No kindness .

I have been a customer at the 23rd street Queen Jane nail salon for over 8 years. Ive stayed with them because my gel manicure is done well and lasts. Ive read the negative reviews and am quite surprised as I have always found the staff accommodating and friendly. And they also do great pedicures and leg waxing.I have never used a Groupon or gone to any of the other Queen Jane locations, so I can only attest to the 23rd street location; and would highly recommend it.

Friendly efficient staff, clean and calm nail salon...reduced prices for mani pedi during the week are definitely worth it.

Terrible place!! Don’t waste your time and money. The owner or person in charge was soooo rude to her costumers. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I won’t go back there not even in my worse nightmares.

Queen Jane nail salon is the worst salon I have ever contacted. I bought a deal from groupon for regular manicure-pedicure and called them to make an appointment 3-4 days in a row but someone picked up the phone said we are busy call in 15 mins, I called them again and I got the same response everyday. So, again after 2 weeks of gap called them for appointment, same response I got from them again.They are full and they have no space for any appointment they said. I really dont understand why, if they are so busy with their own walk in customers, whats the use of selling deals on groupon? I suggest people, not to buy any deals before they check the reviews. I should have done the same thing. But, thanks to groupon for refunding my full amount on my request.

I have the same problem as previous reviewer; purchased a Groupon, called on Tuesday morning and was told they had no appointments available for the entire week. I was told to call back at 8:00 p.m. later in the week. Really??? My co-worker was there last week for mani-pedi when the place was empty and they were telling people on the phone that they were booked for the entire week, and the place was empty. Something is not right here.

Rude, and poor service. Altogether, I do not recommend. Never again!

Dont purchase Groupon for this company they dont want to book your reservation or if you walk in and theres nobody there they dont want to take your reservation just want to steal the money from Groupon buyer beware
