Great customer service! Great pedicure. Was done by a guy, who was caring, took his time, attentive. The pedi is $32 and you get a leg wrap, a callus heel wrap, leg massage, and a lil chair massage while you are drying. This place feels cozy and quiet and doesnt feel like you are in the city. Very relaxing!

Technician who did my pedicure was great, but cannot day the same for the one who did the gel color manicure. Very sloppy and refused to fix the paint when I asked her clean around the edges so that it’s off the cuticle skin (peels much faster and allows water to enter). Expensive for low quality service

I was SO excited to find this salon in my neighborhood. I went in for a gel manicure before a trip, and the next day noticed my left hand had no shine. A day later, the polish on my left hand completely changed color, and the pink turned into a brownish purple. I went back to the salon a week later when I returned to town to show them. Clearly a mistake was made and the technician left something off of my left hand or missed a step. I was going in for another manicure anyway, and wanted to show them the issue. They were EXTREMELY rude. All I wanted was some sort of gesture and acknowledgement of their mistake. I said that last week had been my first time in as I was new to the neighborhood, and had been excited to make this my regular salon. Their lack of customer service has lost my business. Im quite disappointed as I was looking forward to this being my neighborhood salon. Their prices are already higher than most nyc spots, but I was ok with that for the sake of convenience. I have never posted a disparaging review about a local business before, but just so disappointed.

This place is amazing! There are so many other nail salons nearby that will skimp and rush, but Sunshine Spa & Nails does quality work. Ive gone for Manicures, pedicures, and waxing services, and all services and technicians have been great. Highly recommended.

I rarely rate places but this place is too good not to say something. The best manicure and chair massage I have had in a long time. I have been to MANY nail salons all over the city and its been tough to find one that has the perfect combination consistently -- calming atmosphere, friendly and considerate staff, clean environment, quality service, and fair prices -- they certainly go the extra mile. Got a foot massage thought it could have been a little bit more pressure. But the gal was nice. And I was just a walk-in. Very clean place but very quiet!

Walked in without an appointment and received the lemon tree spa pedicure. Great service and one of the best pedicures I have had in years. Plus, the foot massage was amazing. I would definitely come back again!

The service was horrible & over priced. I’m all for paying a high price for good service. The nail tech I had did a horrible job. You would think being on the upper west side they would do great work. 80$ for a silk wrap & it was awful work. Just awful.

So peaceful... they take their time so its relaxing. I walked in for the first time 10 years ago and wont go anywhereelse!

Im not one to review businesses, but Kim did such a great job on my nails I felt compelled to do so. My silk wraps still look great 3 weeks later. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in today for a mani & pedi. The service was good - she did a nice job and didnt rush through any of it, however, I was really the only person in the salon so I cant say if this is always the case. The price for both was $44 after tax. Ill definitely be back when I want a thorough job or I want to unwind a bit, but, for the everyday, Im on the hunt for something cheaper.

These guys did a fantastic job; they were very kind to me when I was completely stressed out. The space is quiet and soothing- the massage chairs are better than any I can remember trying...and the price is right.

Just went for the first time but I was so pleasantly surprised, this will definitely be my new nail spot!Coming from China & Taiwan where they do amazing jobs with nails and pedicures, its been very hard for me to find a place in UWS that does the same immaculate job of cleaning and grooming that Im used to. They dont skimp here, are very friendly and polite, no rushing, great environment with music and ambiance, not that pricey and nice color selection.Definitely recommend!
