My 2nd time coming here I went to the lady on the furthest end towards the back. She was extremely rough and left me bleeding. I asked for a manicure with a clear gel. I previously went to them to get the same so I still had gel from the last time I visited. She did not completely remove the gel and applied the new gel as you can see it’s still prevalent in some of the nails. I do not recommend this place as I signaled the lady that did my nails the last time to give the current lady a better understand, she proclaims it’s just my nail. I told her I came to you last time and this did not occur. She just waves me off. They still charged me $33. I gave her 30 and she waved me off as well. Very unprofessional. Go to someone else this place may be cheaper but it’s not worth it.

Worst pedicure I have gotten in at least 10 years. Woman jammed cuticle pusher with a huge amount of force, did not make my nails even, only trimmed cuticles on one side & then clearly talked about me to the woman next to her when I asked her to do the other side, barely pumiced my heels, left nail polish on my skin, and didnt apply a top coat. The best thing I can say is it was so fast, I was done, including drying, in about 1/2 hour.I paid the $23 and when I gave her the $5 she gave me back and asked for the change, she tried to keep the whole $5. I still tipped her $4, since I know they are under paid, but in what world would such a sub-standard job deserve over 20%?This is not a satisfactory job. I suck at doing my own nails, but even I do a better job than this.

This is my 3rd and last time coming here. I gave them 3 chances this last one was my fault ! 1st time my toes were horrible i gotUp and repainted them myself. 2nd time my nails were curvy and i pointed it out today. Today, 3rd time she told me $53 the first time $40, 2ns time $45 now $53 like that’s so unprofessional. And then this is how my nails come out

Do NOT go here. I got the worst manicure of my life here last night. I got my old SNS powder dip removed to get a new powder dip put on. In the process the woman cut up my cuticles so I was bleeding on four of my fingers. She also did not remove the previous polish well enough so I have weird bumps and ridges underneath the powder dip she put on. I have paint all over the skin around my nails as well as on the back of my hand that she did not remove.My nails are square on my left hand, oval on my right hand.When I asked politely during the manicure to have her fix things as I saw them happening she did little to correct it and I walked out with a bad manicure.This was my second try at this place and last night proved worse than the first.

Was looking for a new nail salon & came to this place because I was in the area. Clean, small & quiet. Went on a Sat afternoon, no wait. People r nice & my nail technician Leo was very gentle with my hands. For first impression, they did good!

They gave me the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life, my nails ended up looking so chunky and thick, and the lines of the French tips were uneven and wobbly. The lady I had seemed to be upset when I asked if the length could be shorter when she was initially cutting them and I don’t think she understood the almond shape I was trying to go for (even though I had a reference picture). It was a frustrating experience and I left really unhappy. Maybe it was just the lady I had because when I peaked over, the other client’s nails looked great. :/

Tip to toe nail salon was excellent Ive been going there since 1994 and I love everyone. They are very professional they do an awesome job no was try to fit you in the best way they know how. Arrived at 6:45 to get a pedicure. I asked how long it would take and I was told by one of the workers there about 20 minutes. I was still waiting at 7:30. She had started to prep her station for another client and I asked her who would take care of me. She then proceeded to ask everyone else who was still busy with clients and none of them were avaliable. I can understand if you are busy. Say that. But dont make me wait 45 minutes just to tell me that you cant take me. Its so unprofessional. Thankfully I was able to get to the one salon on 157 and Broadway on time and they we able to help me. Seriously this place is a waste of time.

I came to have a tip repaired and the male nail technician tried to remove the broken piece with a metrocard. Whatever happened to sterilized tools???? When I told him that it needed to be soaked off, Kaye (the owner) VERY CURTLY said that he had other customers waiting. I have been a faithful customer for many years. Clearly, this establishment is run by one who is MONEY HUNGRY and LACKING in CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I will NEVER return!

Nails look pretty good. $35 for a gel fill in. Extra $10 to shape them which I didnt care for compared to other nail salons but the guy was nice enough to meet me half way.

Been going to my girl, Faye for over 6 years and no one does it better! Im an opera singer that travels much and has experienced many a mani/pedi. Hands down this place is always my first choice.

You sit there and wait for hours with an appointment. The lady that did my mani & pedi did a rush job. Her sister did my eyebrows and she was talking and coughing in my face. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. That was my last visit. Professionalism does not exist.
